Cindy was amazing! My Roscoe did not only learned but I was trained on how to work with Roscoe. He has been amazing and I am happy to to work along with Roscoe. Keep in mind that dog training is not only an effort for your dog but also yourself!

VIP has become part of our family. They love our dogs as we do. Customer service ( pups, too) come first. We are so very grateful for the training, walks and pack hikes provided by Cyndi and Vinny! Ps - this was today, 8/16!!

Cyndi was fabulous helping us get a new puppy trained to fit into our household. She was very professional and helped our new puppy acclimate quickly. We hope to get her into the group walks soon!

Cyndi and her husband are a great example of a solid small, local business you want to work with. She is great with dogs snd knows her stuff , their communication and flexibility is great as well. She helped us with in home dog training when our Golden was a puppy for sessions 1/week for quite a few weeks, and then COVID happened. We continued with the lessons while we couldn’t meet any longer, and then reached back out almost a year later when things improved a bit in 2021 and Cyndi came back over and we picked right back up. We’d highly recommend VIP to anyone that needs dog training. Great to work with!

My husband and I are huge dog lovers and currently have 4 dog children. Cyndi Picano with VIP Pet Services has worked with three of them. We first reached out to Cyndi four years ago for help with our recently-adopted lab-mix Fitzy. He had been in shelters and rescues almost his entire life and demonstrated fearful aggression to my husband and other dogs and humans he encountered. Cyndi met with us to assess the situation, and we scheduled weekly visits for her to work with Fitzy. Always patient and calm, Cyndi worked wonders with Fitzy and with my husband and me. She showed us techniques to calm Fitzy and alleviate his stress. A year later, we adopted a cattle dog, Stasi. We soon learned that she’s very territorial and a herder by nature who’s prone to nip our other dogs and guests in our home. Again, Cyndi worked her magic. While Fitzy and Stasi were new to our family, Cyndi pointed out that the behavior of our beloved senior Jack Russell, Jastrow, whom we have spoiled for years, could use a little tweaking just to remind him that he doesn’t run the household. While Jastrow still thinks he’s in charge, we were able to curb some of his naughty behavior with Cyndi’s help. We highly recommend Cyndi – not only is she the best at what she does, she’s also a lovely person. My dogs love her, and we enjoy working with her.

They are so good with my dogs. They give them lots of opportunity for supervised structured playgroup. They also provided training in a variety of activities. My dogs are so excited to go to playskool!

Awesome Pet Services located in many local pet store retailers. Hopefully they resume service soon they've been out of commission for a little while due to Covid concerns.

Very detailed oriented and I can tell they really care about my two dogs. I trust VIP pets with my fur babies and know that they'll take good care of them on their mid-day walks. I highly recommend all their services. Great company and great people!

Amazing trainer! Vip is working with a very reactive adult lab mix I rescued. She was returned to the shelter multiple times and was in danger of being put down. She would go crazy around other dogs, but she is actually making major progress now, which will be life-saving for her. I never realized just how much professional training differs from the DIY route, so glad I found VIP!
