I been using this place for years they have just about priced me out @ 65.00 for a small-medium size dog to be bathed and shaved is craziness. While I understand price increases to some degree but they have almost doubled since I started using them and the services have remained the same. I wish them the best but do know if I can continue using them.

My dogs love this place! Maha, the owner, is friendly and professional as well as the rest of the staff. Service has been the same great quality for years now and the prices are very good.

We have taken all of our pups to Dazzing Dogs. Maha is simply the best groomer. She cared for our Yorkie from the age of 6 until he passed away at 16. Never a bad cut. Ever. Same for our 3 year-old Miniature Schnauzer, too. She comes home looking like a show dog. We picked up our 2nd Schnauzer yesterday, and Maha was waiting for us early this morning to give her the first trim. Our two girls look amazing. Highly recommend Dazzling Dogs and Maha as your preferred groomer. You won’t be disappointed.

My grandmother took her dog here to be groomed and her dog came out with cuts all over her tummy, her nail was bleeding, and worst of all, they almost killed her! My grandmother’s dog is a double-coated dog and they used way too high of heat to dry her off and the dog was left gasping for air. Please, for your dog’s sake, never, ever go here!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! The lady was so rude and my dog left absolutely traumatized and terrified. I am scared of what they did to my dog behind closed doors- you have to be extremely careful with groomers because abuse is common in these faculties.

I brought my Pomeranian in a year ago for a pom cut. To my SHOCK I came and picked up my dog to find her SHAVED! They tried to tell me she was so matted she needed to be shaved. First of all you are not supposed to shave a pom. You are supposed to use scissors. She had some matting on her belly but not bad enough that it could not be cut and or brushed out. One year later and she has spots where her hair has not grown back. Beware

Good price, great haircut. They mistook my dog with someone else's, meaning they mixed up our phone numbers. All good though.

They always do a great job with my pups who detest getting their nails done. But they are fabulous with them and get the job done quick and easy.

AVOID Dazzling Dogs for pet grooming Dazzling Dogs has gone down hill fast. There are reviews of them cutting/injuring dogs from grooming, and they'd nicked mine a couple of times in the past but I tried to be reasonable about it. Recently, though, the quality of the groomers has fallen. My dog was cut very badly and the rude groomer blamed my dog, who understandably was in a state of high anxiety when I picked him up. The overall grooming job is a mess. Besides the bad cut which was explained as an existing "scab that just came off" (I don't think so), the groomer AND the owner/manager were extremely rude. She claimed that she couldn't do his nails and attempted to muzzle him in front of me, which sent him into a panic. She then snapped, "I'm not gonna get bit!" The whole thing was bizarre and unprofessional. Message to DD: You are groomers. Your job is to handle dogs of all stripes. My dog is a terrier, but a well trained one. You clearly have very low quality people on board, since my vet trims his nails in seconds with no issues. I'm never going back and I recommend no one else use their services either at this point.

Took my dogs to get a full groom, and when they called, the groomer informed me that my dog is too stressed. I let her know that she is 15 yrs old and that of i came in to calm her down if she would finish her, she said yes. I get their and she then said no she don't feel comfortable and the owner said no. I was still charged and they did nothing to her, even though they said they trimmed her nails, barhed and ckeaned her face up. It dosen't look it. To top off this is the second time i went there and was unhappy the first time.

I take my 5 for nails. A couple of them really don't like it. The staff take extra time to make them less afraid.

I dropped off my shihtzu, Bruegger, to be groomed and after I left and was back at work, I received a phone call that I had not signed a paper that stated that they were not responsible for any injuries, including those from their negligence. Who in their right mind would give anyone else the right to treat their pet with negligence! I understand that animals might possibly receive an accidental injury at a groomer. Scissors are sharp and animals move. But I don't believe any responsible pet owner would sign a form releasing anyone from complete negligence. That is so not right!

We brought our Cavachon to Dazzling Dogs for the first time last weekend. Grooming has always been a dreaded word in our house because Nilla Bean is a naturally timid dog and it takes her a while to warm up to strangers. At the last groomer we had to go get her out of the crate ourselves because she was shaking in the back corner and wouldn’t let them touch her. I told the owner and she put Bean with an experienced groomer familiar with shy dogs. Well, for the first time in Bean’s history of grooming she seemed to have a good experience! She was happy, perky and excited to see us when we picked her up. Her cut was beautiful, not a nick or a razor burn on her and it was just what we’d agreed on. I was happy to see her look so adorable, but even happier to see her playful and unafraid for the first time ever after grooming. I love Dazzling Dogs and am so glad we found them!

This is the worst place we have ever taken our pedigree schnauzer.they had only 1 groomer who knew her job. I gave instructions on what was to be done. We travel 22 miles each way to go there. He wasn't even bathed. I don't know who they think they're taking advantage of but they just lost our families 2 dogs. Think twice before you go there!!!!,

The owner is terrible / rude. Instead of asking me what I wanted, she TOLD me what I was getting. I should have left as soon as I got there. They shaved my poor Sheepadoodle BALD, no facial hair at all; no 'puppy cut' as we discussed. I was mortified. My beautiful, fluffy baby looks like a greyhound (not that greyhounds are not amazing). The groomer knew she messed up because all she did was apologize. Her skin is nicked up, razor burns and he nails are atrocious. NO they are not affordable if you need more than a bath. I paid $75 for this mess ????

My dog was shaking the last two times we picked him up after getting groomed. I do not want to make false allegations, however, I do believe he was abused while there. He was limping the last time. I will never go back to that place. If you love your pet, I suggest you find another groomer or stay there while your pet is being groomed.

We've been bringing our dog Ozzie (13 yr old, larger than average Yorkie) here for a few years now, soon after they opened. Amazing staff and service, and excellent grooming. The most important part is that Ozzie is a happy dog when we pick him up. You can tell he has been treated well and has had a great experience (it's all in the wag-a-meter)!!!! We've used another local kennel/groomer, and he seemed terrified when we picked him up, but we have NOT experienced that here. The owner goes out of her way to accommodate when reasonable. I don't always expect a yes, especially if I'm the poor planner, lol. They are a busy place and we often call last minute. Usually, calling a few days ahead is best. I'm not sure why some of the lower Cary location reviews are attached to this location, but Holly Springs is awesome!! We highly recommend. Some businesses become a part of your family routine, and this is one of them, thank you guys!!!

I love Zoe at Harrison Point shopping center but they let her go. I did not like my dogs haircut by the new people and she got an ear infection after grooming. Wish they hadn't let Zoe go.
