Out of a lot of basic supplies, e.g., pee pads. High prices. Polite service. Probably not going back.

They have everything your pups could ever want! Very friendly and helpful.

Pet store in Hillsborough. Specializes in more premium items for pets (dogs and cats). We go largely for the self service dog wash, but occasionally get other items from the shop. Dog bath is stocked with shampoos and conditioners. They also have a brush for working the shampoo into the coat. They provide two towels per dog. If my dog needs anything besides these items, I bring it with me. I usually call to schedule a time to use the dog bath. It runs about $15 for my one medium/large dog. They have a raw bar of dog treats there, which I really appreciate. They also have foods, sweaters and jackets, and a lot of other unique/cool items for pets or pet owners. They are around the corner from gold park which has a dog park, so they are very convenient for a muddy dog.

They are very generous people! I needed food for my cats and they came through.tge store has a wonderful variety of pets needs also.

Huge variety of food and toys - my dogs get what they need, and staff has been great about local recommendations for dog walker, vet, etc. Great neighborhood resource!

Great place! Knowledgeable, well-stocked, and the self-service "doggy carwash" sure beats pulling fur out of the bathtub drain...

Friendly independent dog and cat pet store. We primarily utilize it for the bath which is well tended and clean. The people who work there are "pet people" rather than "I get paid to do this" people. This is not a pet superstore with five aisles of dog food, but rather more of a boutique store with higher end merchandise.

The DIY dog bathing facility was so nice! What a life changing experience. Worth every penny!

This is the place to get the best stuff for your dog. There is an incredible variety of high quality products, from harnesses to food to coats. The people who operate the store are always extremely friendly and helpful. They have happily fit both of my dogs for harnesses. I have to drive 40 mins to get there, but it is always worth it. I like to get their gear here if I know it needs to be durable and high quality. I also love the dogs who sweetly greet me whenever I come.

These folks are extremely knowledgeable about dog food especially, and helped me pick kibble for my pup who had a hard time gaining weight. Highly recommend.

Decent store for most of your pet needs. The staff is knowledgeable and the products they have available are of a higher quality for the most part. While this is definitely a pet store that holds itself to a higher standard the prices are still pretty high, even considering the quality of goods available. That is my biggest issue with this store. The selection can be limited with some items but, for the most part, the selections available are decent. I find it better to know what it is I want before finding out if they have it rather than going in and selecting from what is available. There are a lot of great options for goods that they just don't carry. To sum it up, I would say it's a pretty quality store with high prices, that the staff there is great and that you will never feel pressured into buying something or feel like your questions aren't being answered honestly to the best of their ability.

very smart staff and always quick to help, they have answered any question we have had about our dogs diet and health over several years now. They make it feel more like a visit than a shopping chore !

My family (myself, husband, daughter snd her husband, and my son) drove specifically to visit this store. I had thoroughly enjoyed my visit there just a few weeks ago and was eager to show it too my husband. We walked in, With masks on, sanitized our hands, and proceeded to shop. We were approached and asked if we were all together and were told only 2 family members at a time were allowed....very rudely....we were not in line for custard next door and killing time - we were there to make purchases to support the store instead of ordering from amazon. We immediately left....there were no signs indicating this policy....I thought she was going to thank us for coming in and ask if she could help us find something....we were not just one family but three households representing many pets. ...we felt singled out possibly because we drove up in a large truck and possibly didn’t have the same political opinions as this lady...she was wrong... .we visited Sunday 8/9.

Calling this place a pet store doesn't do the shop justice. When you walk in and talk to the owner you can tell just how much she cares about dogs and animals in general. All of the food they offer is naturally sourced and top of the line. The same goes with everything else they offer. After speaking with Lisa, I can't imagine getting my pups food from anywhere else. I would highly reccomend coming here for anything pet related that you may need.
