Always happy with the care the staff and vets at Tenth Street give my pup. They take time to answer all my questions.

This vet gets 5 stars and I wish I could rate it 10 stars if I could. They have done a superb job with caring for my furbae, Every time. The team is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and super caring. I recommend them!!

All the attendants and techs were very courteous and professional. My Kudos go to Dr. Guyer for not only her professionalism, but her empathy and her ability to work with you and your animal for optimal outcomes for both is something I highly value. At a time when most things seem to be clinical and cold, 10th St always tries to be warm and welcoming in spite of the less than courteous people confronting them. I appreciate the dedication of everyone there.

Very friendly and professional staff. They stay on schedule. They are accommodating if I have to reschedule. The doctors are professional and make their synopsis of our pets easy to understand. And they listen. Kudos overall for this team!

Dr. Cathy Geyer and Ashley are excellent in caring for both our dogs. It’s always a pleasure to see them both! Spotty willbehaving her dental cleaning in November as well as a cyst removal by Dr, Geyer!

On 12.22.21 I brought my fur baby in for what I thought was an arthritis flare and received news that she either needed emergency surgery (which she couldn’t handle) or I needed to put her down. The staff was so compassionate that day, my vet tech even cried a little with me. Dr. Geyer was amazing when giving me the news. She was straight with me and made me understand it wasn’t about me or the time of year, it was what was best for her as an individual. I was able to take her home that afternoon and our family was able to have one last night with her. We brought her back the next day and I’m the COVID world we live in, staff welcomed my husband, myself, my 2 kids and even our other dog and let us all in the room to say our goodbyes. She passed very peacefully and we all have been completely at peace with the decision that was made. I have total trust and confidence in Dr. Geyer. She is caring and compassionate, takes her time with you as the pet owner, and really does what is best for her patients!!

We have been going to 10th Street for about 20 years and consistently receive great service and our pets get a lot of love and comfort. This past week we had an emergency with our cat and the staff understood it was an emergency, got us in quickly and treated us with kindness and respect. This time we saw Dr. Geyer who is wonderful and did a great job at communicating all of the test results and possibilities our cat was facing. She ultimately needed critical care not available in town so Dr. Geyer got on the phone until she was able to get her a spot at NC State in the ICU - which is VERY difficult to do right now as all vets are overwhelmed with patients. Dr. Geyer has checked on our cat daily even though she's not in her direct care right now. We always feel welcome at 10th Street with all of our pets and every doctor we've seen there has been a blessing. You can tell they really love their jobs and care about their patients.

Tenth Street Animal Hospital has been my primary vet for over 25 years and I would recommend them to anyone. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is very professional. But what I love the most is Dr. Cathy Geyer and her sincere love for animals and personal touch. She genuinely loves my sweet 12 year old Springer, Izzy, and I know she provides the same care and advice for her as she would her own animals. I am sure Dr. Geyer does this for all of her patients but it sure makes me and Izzy feel "Special!"

I’m going to leave a 5 star because the staff has been amazing…. From entry to exit every time. My dog has a surgery scheduled for tomorrow that was inevitable. I just wish we had known to do it sooner to alleviate her “troubles”. But do I recommend…absolutely!!

I had a great first visit with my rescue dog with Dr. Geyer and Ned. The staff is friendly and responsive - they text back very quickly. Dr. Geyer was super knowledgeable and great with my dog. We had a very pleasant experience at our appointment. Highly recommend taking your fur babies here.

Very responsive and willing to see my dog quickly where as other vets in town will try to make you wait days to a whole week in a time of need. Very professional at tenth street!

Say you both mutually agree weeks in advance for an appointment at 930. They will cancel it if you’re not there by 935 but have absolutely no issue making you wait in the parking lot for over half an hour without any word. Respect goes both ways and my animal deserves that respect as well which they don’t seem inclined to give.

I have taken my pets here for many years. Just recently my dog needed to be seen right away. They worked me in that day. I was so thankful.

I've been taking my animals to Tenth St. for a long time and the staff has always been kind, caring, responsive and professional, even though they work under difficult and stressful situations. They are by far the best in town. Thank you Tenth St.

Both my cat and dog were well cared for by the veterinarians at Tenth Street. They are thorough, and truthful if they don’t have an answer. I’m happy to use their team for my pets.

Dr. Smithonic is the absolute best! She’s always treated our animals like they are her own which helps them feel less afraid to be there. She is a very compassionate person and vet. The other staff members are kind and friendly. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

They did all they could to diagnose my sick cat as quickly as possible and hopefully saved his life- I’d give them more stars if I could!

I was seen as a “work in” appointment. The vet was very thorough and attentive to my cat’s symptoms

Everyone that works there seems so caring and attentive to my dogs. I’ve never had a single issue when taking them to the 10th street vet office, and my pups are always so excited when they walk in. The pricing is also super competitive.

I called with 3 sick dogs hoping to be seen the same day. I don’t know her name, the receptionist had me hold for a couple of minutes after I explained the problem, came back and said come on down and we’ll work you in. I really was shocked. I remember saying right now. Dr. Smith was very observant and gentle with all 3 of them. Mostly I appreciated that he was listening to me as I explained what had been going on. He diagnosed kennel cough which is what I suspected. They had been boarded for a week, previously to this, 10 day’s ago. Dr. Smith and staff was nothing but professional and understanding. This really was my first experience with this vet office. I recently changed from Firetower where I just couldn’t connect with anyone on a personal level.

I have so much confidence in Dr Cort Smith. He is thorough and we feel so secure that the best medical care is given by Dr Smith. He is a keeper. Cotton is relaxed and not crawling in my lap. He is a happy dog and a treasure to us. Hard to believe he is 12

Texted when got there. Waited in car. Nice vet tech came to get me and my kitty. I was able to go in with her while masked. Very nice friendly staff, vet (Dr. Wyatt) and front office person.

This vet has been outstanding and I could not more highly recommend them! The people and doctors who work there are amazing and their attention to detail is incredible. They are able to pick up on the littlest things to spot problems before they get too big.
