Great service every time. They squeezed my cat in when he was having troubles to get him looked at before their next available appointment. Prices are very good.

Wonderful veterinary hospital! The friendly and professional staff really works hard to meet the needs of the customers. They answer questions and assist with concerns with the health and well-being of the animals they care for. Dr. Lapierre is outstanding.

I recently had my two dogs here for the first time. They were so relaxed and comfortable, I was shocked. Receptionists, tech, and vets were all amazing. I’m so happy that we have a place to trust!

I dropped my cat off here yesterday for a De-claw, we also wanted to get her spayed during the De-claw so she would only have 1 surgery so there was less risk and it would also be less of a painful experience on our pet. My girlfriend picked her up today because I was working and calls me and tells me she still has claws. So I pick up the phone and call the office and ask what happened. They tell me how they didn’t see anywhere for a De-claw, only to be spayed. So I explained how the entire point of this surgery was for the De-claw and that’s what I made the appointment for 100%, plus to be spayed. So apparently the women at the desk wasn’t working that day We made her appointment and overall recognized they were at fault,and with little to no remorse all she had to say to me was, “well we will give you our special price and just give her another surgery in a month and charge you half price for the anesthesia.” Oh and she also tried to turn the blame around and say how we could of reminded them of the surgery’s when we dropped her off. *Let me remind you that we had already scheduled and made the surgery for a De-claw and a spayed. But mainly for the De-claw. And it wasn’t brought up again from them.* The lack of attention to detail was unacceptable and overall led to an incorrect surgery. I don’t take surgery lightly. Which is why we made sure she was only going to need one. The fact that with no to little remorse she just talked so easily about putting her in another surgery because they can’t get it right the first time is unacceptable and unprofessional in every way. MAKE SURE you remind them even after you’ve scheduled your pets surgeries for EXACTLY what you wanted if you go here, because they are obviously incompetent and unable to do it themselves. I’m writing this so Hopefully this post stops this from happening to another pet.

No it is a waste of time to bring pets here. My mother had a dog that went missing last Thursday and the same day someone else brought him in. Then the vet here claims they had never seen the dog before-bologna-as in how could they not recognize him when my mother has brought him in many times before in the past 12 months for vaccines, and other appointments?

Its been 7 yrs since I lost my sweet Bella. Mark and the staff we're so supportive . Bella was a patient for 11 yrs . NO better place to intrust your pets than Northeast vet....

WONDERFUL! This is a great place to bring your pets. I'm a new client. I had to take a sick dog and have him put down. :( They were very professional, yet compassionate. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail! They are very reasonably priced also. Take your beloved pets here!
