Everyone who works there is very friendly! My sister is a vet and the Doctors are always available to answer my questions my sister may have after reviewing any test results I receive. Everyone I have met are great with my dog and care about their patients.

I have been taking my dog here for almost 3 years now. I recently had an emergency situation with my dog and the emergency vet was not available. A 14hr wait time. When i called to tell them about the wait time the vet squeezed my dog inbetween her other surgerys and preformed my dogs surgery. She didn't have to do that, but she did. I appreciate all the staff here. They always take such good care of my girl Dory !

I made an appointment here over a week ago and today suddenly they have no record of me, had me calling around all morning trying to tell me that I must’ve made my appointment at a different vet (I didn’t it was here) then offered to make me another appointment, which I was supposed to get an email for and never did so I am assuming they didn’t actually make that appointment either. Save your time and just go somewhere else.

I called on Tuesday, which is my only day off. Weekly my schedule changes(waitress) and our schedule doesn’t come out till the Sunday before the week starts. It’s hard to make appointments. The lady I spoke to was so sweet. She thankfully had a cancellation and worked me in. She was so helpful. I was blown away by how great the Doctor was. He was so nice and went over everything with me to make sure my little girls ear infection would get better. (Something we have been dealing with for a couple months ). He gave me more options in five minutes than two previous vets did in two months. So happy with this place!! We will now be full time patients there with all 5 of my animals!! Thanks again!!

My family has been taking our furry babes to Friendly Animal Clinic since the 80's. Dr. Jones and his team are the only people I trust with all my heart, when it comes to my babies. Very kind, and understanding staff.

Dr. Jones was great for my cat! He really took time on the phone to explain his exam and the bloodwork results. He is very calming and knowledgable and I felt like we were in really good hands. The staff has always been friendly and reliable- I have had nothing but good experiences.

This was my first time at FAC & I will definitely be back. In the past, I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable vet who I know has good intentions for our dogs well being. At previous vet offices, I felt as though we were being taken advantage of and not listened to. Due to COVID, I was weary of not being able to go inside with my dog because of previous office experiences elsewhere. But the Dr. here gave me no worries whatsoever! She called & explained everything to me and took the time to answer any questions that I had. It’s so great to know that you have a Dr. to trust for your pet, just as you would for yourself. Thank you FAC for taking care of my sweet Piper! You made it a seamless transition for us & we will most definitely be back.

Friendly Animal Clinic is the best. I totally trust them with our dog. He is a rescue and very sensitive. The staff at Friendly always treat him so well. They are professional, knowledgable and affordable. The NexGaurd is the only flea medicine that works for our dog and the vet prescribes it for him and she takes care of all of his medical needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Friendly Animal Clinic for taking care of our baby.

Highly recommend taking your furbabies to Friendly Animal Clinic. Great staff that are both knowledgeable and compassionate. They treated my dog that needed extensive treatment with the utmost care and got her on the path to recovery. She is now doing great.

We started taking our 6 week old Golden puppy here and had a good experience at first, but recently left after a string of bad experiences. We started seeing Dr. Longstreet but some of the information she gave us (like animal bones being good to chew and giving our puppy melatonin each night to help him calm down) heavily conflicted with what other vets in the practice were saying and what I read online. Animal bones break teeth! I was very bothered when the melatonin made my puppy so lethargic at 5 months old that he started peeing in the house while laying down! After another vet at the practice misdiagnosed him with a urinary infection, charged us for an X-ray, and put him on antibiotics - the next day I figured out it was the melatonin myself! This vet never asked me what medication my dog was taking either. Just charged us over $300 and took no responsibility for their mistake. I also found it lazy when I asked how much food I should be feeding my puppy and they said multiple times to “check the back of the food bag.” Our new vet took her time to do the math based on his weight to figure out his resting caloric daily need.

Competent, professional aides and doctors. Very open/responsive to questions and alternative therapies. Been with us through several additions to the family and have no plans to change it up.

They've done an excellent job caring for my dogs over the past 16 years! I've always trusted the senior doctors, and the two newer doctors we've seen more recently are very attentive and caring.

Absolute best experience here. These doctors are so caring and take the time to explain everything to make sure pet owners understand all the details of their pet’s care. I wish I had found them sooner! My sweet boy isn’t well and I am worried, but today was a comforting and encouraging experience. Thank y’all for taking care of my dog and of me!

Very Friendly place. Its my first visit here for my 7 week old GSD male pup. Dr.Megan was absolutely superb in guiding a first timer. She examined my pup and walked me through the results thoroughly. Let me ask all my dumb questions. I am happy overall.

I was sent there by a very good friend after rescuing a very small and very sick newborn kitten, and they were and have been absolutely AMAZING!! The entire staff from the receptionist, to the techs and the vets were all very caring and kind, quick, and they answered ALL of my questions without allowing me to feel silly for asking, and they didn't rush me. They assured me and helped me throughout the process of caring for the little one who is now doing great! *Due to Covid, I wasn't able to go in, but I KNOW the kitten was taken care of and they called me right away. I have recommended them to a few others and I WILL go back!

I started taking my three schnauzer puppies to see Dr.Jones and colleagues In 2001. I never considered any other doctors to care for my babies. Always there for my schnauzers, who had different and complicated health issues as they aged. Super, compassionate and friendly clinical and front office staff- I now have a toy poodle and would not consider any other group than Dr. Jones and staff. They welcomed me back when Choco joined my family- through the years still super staff, great care and happy they are here for us. Loyal to Friendly Animal Clinic- thank you for your compassion and wonderful care!

The vet we had was super gentle and loving towards my 7 yr old cat. He's timid and frightened easily but she was able to keep him calm even during his shots. I'll definitely be back
