I HIGHLY recommend this practice! All the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are responsive, polite and it's obvious they really care about animals! The doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate, most important they listened to what I was saying and they helped me resolve several ongoing medical issues with my dogs. Both of my dogs are excited to get out of my car and go inside! I'm really grateful that I found this practice...I love them❤️

Dr. Jones is a wonderful vet with a great staff and takes good care of our dogs. Fairly priced too.

My family and I have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years. We’ve always known the CAH team is wonderful but recent events have made it even more obvious. Recently our dog Buddy died and the CAH team has been incredibly supportive through such a difficult time in our family. Through every yearly checkup, illness, and up until the very end the CAH team has been there through it all and has treated our dogs with all the care we could ever hope for. We couldn’t ask for a better vet than Cardinal Animal Hospital.

I was referred here shortly after moving to the GSO area. My baby has been experiencing quite a few issues, and CAH was SO quick to get us in! Finances are pretty sticky right now (thanks COVID), but they were willing to work with me if needed. Nothing shows how much a vet cares about animals more than the willingness to be flexible with payment arrangements if needed. Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Jones have both seen my dog, and both are kind, professional and helpful. Rather than try to get you to do everything all at once, they are great about recommending which treatments need to be prioritized. The staff is super friendly! I was glad to finally have the chance to meet them once the lobby was opened to vaccinated, masked clients. Added perk? They are less than 10 minutes away from me! I could NOT be happier with them!!

I previously used this clinic for my pet rabbit for years. I took him to them following adoption, they did his neutering and treated him annually for seven years without incident. Services were always paid on date of service. Then, my rabbit suddenly had a medical crisis. I called them to determine severity and if I needed to bring them in. I was told, "this clinic doesn't treat rabbits." I said, we have been going there for YEARs. She confirmed this was true, but said Dr. Jones no longer treats bunnies. Yet, I never received notice that they were changing their practice. And, they offered NO assistance and referred me to a clinic that has never worked with rabbits. I think they thought it was helpful, but even the other clinic thought their referral was odd especially since they had no history of exotics. At first, I assumed the person answering the phone must be new, so I called back and asked to speak to one of the many technicians I had come to know or the doctor. She confessed that they were "minimally staffed" as the doctor had to leave for personal reasons earlier that day so no one was available. I asked her to give my phone number to anyone for a call back given the urgency of the situation, she refused. Instead, she said she called the doctor who supposedly said, to repeat that I don't treat bunnies. The next day, I called and got the years worth of records for my bunny who was successfully treated by a PROFESSIONAL who does care about the work and animals. Thankfully this experience connected me with a better clinic. I only hope no one loses their pet due to this vet's "approach." I certainly would never trust her or them every again, not even to clip nails.

Best place for all my dogs very helpful staff.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Do not take your pet here!!! This place is not a reliable facility for pets, and on top of that, they treat the employees terrible and underpay them. BOTH PETS AND EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

Staff seemed super friendly and they took great care of my fur baby...I would rate them higher if there was a chance to meet everyone but covid makes this a 4 out of 5

We have been trying to find a closer veterinarian to our house for years, and what can I say, but Cardinal Animal Hospital is fantastic! Even in times of not being able to meet the veterinarian face to face, I was very impressed with all the staff and Dr. Jones. They took great care of Kona Nalu, and I felt confident in leaving her with the staff at Cardinal Animal Hospital for her wellness exam. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff for your hard work and professionalism during these different times.

Did a great job on my kitten....

Dr. Jones is fantastic! Took our new puppy to see her and we were able to get in the same day we called. Did a very thorough exam and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

It's an okay place to bring your pet. They overbook and have trouble with the madness that causes. I am on the lookout for a better veterinarian office in the area.

We recently took our Manx kitten, Louie, to Cardinal. We had disappointing care elsewhere. All of the folks were wonderful, and we feel confident that Louie is getting outstanding care. We wouldn’t take our loved cat anywhere else in the future. We heartily encourage you to take your pet(s) to Cardinal if you want the best care in the Triad!

We've used several other vets in the area over the past few years but Dr Jones has been the best by far. She is knowledgeable and practical in her recommendations for our dog. She makes us at ease as pet owners. We've been taking our pet to Cardinal Animal Hospital since 2015.
