Both my Pups, an Aussie and Chihuahua really needed a bath and nails done. Took to AMC , they came back absolutely beautiful. Nails short and coats so soft, smelling awesome. The Aussie was really shedding , now just loose hair. They brushed him and de shredded him. They give you a report of what they did and if they noticed any problems or concerns. Doc Stacey and his assistant Sherry and the rest of the staff are wonderful and caring. They take time and really care. They check up on there clients, have a great website and remind you by mail and email when your pets are in need of updated shots or medications. DOC Stacey Chappell really cares about your pet family and goes above and beyond to help in any way and so does his staff.

All of the staff were very friendly and caring. All of my questions were throughly answered. They get you in and out with little wait time but also without feeling rushed in the exam room. Great care at a great price. Would recommend to anyone!

The care givers at AMC are excellent. I walked out of the office with a feeling of relief as to the care my animals will be receiving at this office. A problem that has been of concern since my cat was a kitten has finally been addressed and he is doing much better. This office is definitely caring and professional.

My highly reactive dogs were loved on, reassured, and given every consideration. Dr. Chappell acted like we were the most important things in his life. He is the best bet I’ve ever found, and I’ve had animals all my life. Staff is great- can’t say enough good things about them all.

Cheap, fast, caring, hospitality off the roof for the pet same as for the pets guardians. Highly recommended the Vet is very humane and professional, understanding and simple don't be worried or stressed to go there they will make sure you will be feeling good about your pet besides your pet walking out happier than when he went in. Used to love the staff here but it has really gone down hill since corona virus. My main complaint I think her name was Laurie. Very rude. It is not your place to tell me how to train my animal. As he is a rescue of abuse I am very picky with who I let handle my dogs and she is one I am not comfortable having with my animal. It is not your place as a vet to correct my animal, you are there to ensure his safety not work on his pulling habits. Of course he’s going to pull towards his owner when I had to leave him there for two hours (for only an exam I might add when I had an appointment.) Kelley was super professional very nice. But I’m not going to return to someone who I can’t Trust with my animal.

if you dont have money to put down they will not even look at you animal , was a terrible experience, my dog was hit by a car and was unable to use her back legs we sat in the parking lot for over 3 hours trying to get the 800 dollars that said we had to put down before they would see her ( a wonderful man in the parking lot offered to pay the down payment , but our daughter paid it ) but it was too late nothing else could be done and we had to make the decision to put her down . the question in the back of my head is if we had had more money could they of saved her

I've never had a bad experience at the Animal Medical Center. I've boarded my dog and she is well taken care of.

We have been with Animal Medical Centre of Greensboro since my husband and I moved to GSO- for our 2 pups and 1 cat. They are the best! Always excellent service, extremely nice staff, and take great care of our pets :) strongly recommend.

Just got a puppy. A coworker recommended them. I am very happy that I listened and took my fur baby here. They are friendly and answered all my questions. I did have to remain on the car during visit. I believe it's a covid precaution which is fine. I will not be bringing my girl anywhere else bit here

AMC is by far the Greatest Vet I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Chappell is AMAZING! Doesn't take advantage of people by doing a bunch of unnecessary stuff. He is extremely knowledgeable & speaks to you on your level in complete detail. Would Never take my furbabies anywhere else! ❤❤❤❤

The vet takes the time to explain things.

They saved my puppy’s life the other day after he ate the roots of a poisonous plant. They handled the emergency visit swiftly and promptly. He was treated within 24 hours I had him back the next day. Healthy and back to normal. Thank you for saving my little boy. I will continue to bring my two Pomeranians to your vet as long as I live in Greensboro.

Wonderful staff. Very patient and understanding of my anxious, difficult little dog. They have given great advice regarding medications, and behavior strategies. Very fair pricing structure.

Could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people when I had to make the hard decision to put our cat to sleep. Wonderful and loving people, very understanding.

This clinic is such a gem. I've been going to them since moving to Greensboro and am so happy I found them. I cannot say enough good things! They have taken outstanding care of both my dogs and are patient and empathetic when I'm an anxious dog mom. Everyone that I've interacted with on the staff has been kind, polite, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Whatever is going on with my pups, they are quick to see them. Their examinations are thorough, their prescriptions/ treatments effective, and the cost consistently reasonable. I highly recommend the services of Dr. Chappell and his stellar staff.

0 stars. 2020 update. The Comment the owner posted below my post is a lie. They did not even apologize to me. Please refer to my Photo im submitting to see my recepit from this business. I have emails to and from this business and it is not the wrong vet i assure you. So stop deleting my review. The vet who I dealt with her name is Doctor Poore (a temporary vet they sometimes have sub in). After a month the owner of this business emailed and called me back to give me a free wellness check up. I did NOT take this offer. They have disgusted me enough. I was really disappointed with my first and last experience here. First off the business denied I was a customer here but I have contacted them and they now acknowledge I was. Dr Chappell is the Main vet here and he was NOT who i dealt with. It was a woman named Dr Poore. I also found out later there are many other nearby Vets that offer FREE Wellness exams for a pet's first visit, this one Does Not. Here is my story from this awful place: I Took my dog, Panda a 5 lb Chihuahua here 4 a Rabies shot and check-up. My dog had to wear a Muzzle since she was growling and feeling very threatened as always when there are strangers near. I did not have a problem with this at all. But I had a problem with the overall service. The vet assistant, a young blond girl, did not hide her disgust for my dog. Her face expression was almost a snarl each time she looked at my dog. So I did not feel like my pet was treated like one of their own at all. Unfortunately there was worse to come. I waited almost 40 min to see the vet, despite I got there 10 min early. And Finally when the vet, an older wavy haired woman who I found was Dr Poore comes in, she touches my dog on the waist and belly and automatically states my dog looks very healthy. This just seemed very unprofessional like she was trying to get the appointment over with as fast as possible. The needle and Rabies shot was given. Now the worse comes.. I began to tell the Vet about my other health concern: a round move-able lump in my dog's right thigh. I ask the vet if it is a concern and what it could be. She automatically asked if it caused any pain for the dog in which I said no. "So it shouldnt be a problem then" She said immediately. (At this point my little dog wasnt barking or growling anymore and was still wearing the muzzle) So I asked the vet if she can help feel the bump and make sure it is nothing serious..but she didnt even look at my dog or move closer to take a look. Instead she said to me "If it is not painful or causing any problems at all it should be fine. There's no need. It should be nothing serious." I even said "please" which to me, made me sound like I was begging her to PLEASE check my dog.. and she still declined to check my pet. She did not even budge from her corner of the small room. What is worse is that she gave me no answer as to what the lump could be. I felt like she wouldn't even come near my dog or touch it again after the rabies shot was given. I left that place devastated....knowing I had paid $65* (updated) to received the worse Veterinary care I have ever experienced in my life. I understand these people must deal with dogs and all kinds of pets every day. And I understand many people despise chihuahuas.. But I was shown no respect or care and my concerns were ignored during my appointment. I changed vets immediately after and have made my experience known to other pet owners I know as well. It is now 2020 and I have came back to put up my review that should stay up. It is rude for these people to deny that I was not a customer here. If Animal Medical Centre wants to contact me directly, they can they have my information saved on the system. Check my Photos to see the receipt and transaction if you cannot find me on your system. Stop hiding my Google reviews. I wrote my review for these people months ago about my experience in Feb 2018. The public has the right to know what service I received here. Stay away!!

Dr. Chappell is the best veterinarian in the world. He is the most compassionate, genuine & loving doctor. He works tirelessly to make our babies feel better. IF he can’t fix it then nobody can. He is the only vet we truly trust. We are beyond fortunate to have Dr. Chappell in our corner. He is so patient, thorough & understanding. His staff is very friendly & knowledgeable also.
