I have never had an issue with this place. Over my lifetime, I have spent hundreds of dollars on dog and cat supplies. I had an awful experience with one of the employees there. I will never grace this store with my presence again. She might even be a manager because I rarely see her, and when I do she has no smile for anyone. I really wish I had noted her name. She's older with dark hair. Thanks for the most rude experience I've ever had.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a fish from their store that has ich and caused a massive fish death in my tank. The fish I have before I get the new fish are always doing really good until I get a new fish from this store and it dies within 3days and then immediately the rest of my fish start dying. I treat for ich in an attempt to keep them alive but it never helps. And when I bring the original fish from home to get the refund they tell me my water is full of ammonia and that’s why the fish died. Even though when I test with my home kit it shows little to none ammonia in my tank.

Got 6 tiger barb from here they had ick they all died and 11 other of my fish first time this has happened at this place probably will have to start all over

Associate assured me stand was for 10 gallon tank . When I took it back & told her it 10 gallon would reach edges it went down in cabinet she thought it was funny & said well try another one . She really dosent have the personality to work with people

Inventory of items needed is always in stock. Staff are familiar with stock and treat customers with respect and courtesy.

My Yorkies, Beauregard, Tinkie, & Esa'Bella, go in on their birthdays and pick out a toy. We enjoy going for treats, too!

Having recently adopted my fur baby I was immediately welcomed into the Pet Supplies family with congratulations and joy. They helped me choose the right shampoo for his first bath! The fact that they have a self-service doggie spa/bath is incredible! I can get my doggie clean and keep my bathroom clean at the same time! It was a great set up with a special. 5 washes for $35! Worth every penny. They even laid out little treats on the towel juat like a human spa! Can't wait to get acquainted with my neighborhood pet store!
