Carly was extremely nice and welcoming for our first time visit today! Bentley wasn't stressed when I picked him up. I was pleased to see the groom! Exactly as discussed. It was so nice to see a follow up note from her staying he did excellent and notes on what she did. I definitely recommend Waggerz and Carly.

Reid gave my German shepherd a bath today. He was able to do a great job too on her nails which she can be shy about. They were on time and called me as soon as she was ready! She smells great, thanks guys !

This was our first time at Waggerz and I was super impressed. Check in was easy and my dogs look terrific. My two dogs are rescues and have a hard time around new people and especially with having their nails/paws touched. They both got great nail trims and they look and smell nice. Plus, they got cute bandanas. We'll definitely be going there again. Awesome job! Thank you, Reid.

I was a first time client when I called to make an appointment yesterday for my dog to get bathed. The staff was friendly and took amazing care of Athena. She is so soft and smells amazing and her fur coat is so pure white! Athena left super happy and I will be coming back for sure! Her fur coat glistens in the light ⭐️ I’m really hoping this will help reduce the amount of shedding in our house.

Took my dog Stella for the first time today, absolutely loved Waggerz! Will definitely be my new go-to groomer.

This is a clean and welcoming environment for pets as well as pet parents. It's obvious the owners put a great deal of thought in the design and vision for this grooming salon. When I pick our Pomeranian up after her visit, she truly looks, smells and acts as if she has been pampered at a spa (she's such a Diva)! Christmas 2022: After the Peppermint Bark shampoo for her Christmas “do” ????, our baby girl is so soft and fluffy since we are letting her hair grow out in the cooler months. I just want to hug her all the time, she feels and smells that good. It’s so obvious the groomers enjoy what they do, such a festive salon!

Not inexpensive but they did a great job.

Recently relocated to the Garner area and was looking for a new groomer for Bourbon. Literally every place was booked this week for Thanksgiving which is understandable but this place had an opening so I gave them a try. They WILL NOT disappoint you!! Literally from the time I booked online til the time I picked up my pup everything was great ???????? My dog is not the easiest thing to handle but the professionalism they had and the way they made me feel at ease was such as amazing feeling. My groomer was Carli and she was very patient with my dog. He got a bath and haircut and I know he gave her some attitude but she did such a great job on his cut! I stood in the lobby in awe of her work. I recommend to everyone to check this place out. Thanks Carli!!!!!

Had my dog serviced to get shaved and bathed a while ago due to matting, which is understandable and went smoothly. However my wife and I had a appointment for my dog to get a bath and a face trim. The receptionist grabbed a comb to check if there is matting, which she was able to successfully comb her. The receptionist wasn't sure if our dog was fine to get serviced so they got a owner. The owner did the comb check and insert it the comb itself, not fully brush through it. She went on to make excuses saying that the curls will shrivel up and get tangled. The owner informed my wife that our dog needs to be booked with a groomer to be cut for another date. We had originally asked for her to get a haircut when we called to book the appointment, however they informed us that they didn't have time. They said they could do a bath instead. Its really frustrating to show up and be turned away when we already had to reschedule twice and had been making sure our dog has been brushed everyday. I understand golden doodles are difficult to groom but if they didn't want to do her in the first place then they shouldn't have wasted my time. Excited to see what kind of excuses would be said this time. Every other "negative" review are being defended with more and more excuses. They cannot seem to take any criticism lightly.

I took my dog to Waggerz for the first time. She only needed a nail grinding service but I still called ahead the morning of to make sure they could fit us in. They were very flexible and asked me To bring her shot records. She is usually very nervous for any grooming but they after they took her back said she did great! They were all so nice and sweet to my dog. We were in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back, such a better experience than a big pet store!

This was our first grooming experience here. Easy scheduling and check in. The staff are very friendly and took great care of our pup. We will definitely return. We love the Christmas photo! Thank you, Rebecca for doing such a great job.

Amazing!!! My lil buddy Dakota, a flat coat retriever, got a good pampering today. He was overdue. De-shed. Bath. Ears cleaned. Teeth cleaned. Nails clipped. And groomed. Looks like a whole new dog! He’s as happy as we his parents are with the awesome work by waggerz!!!! More than highly recommend them for all of your doggie friend needs!!!

I am so happy I found you guys! Willow (St. Bernard) is mouthy around other dogs and is too big for us to bathe anymore. You were wonderful with her and she looks gorgeous! We will definitely be back with her and her sister, Mina!

Great experience overall, really nice shop and easy to find. They gave tips on how to make the grooming experience better for my puppy and were very kind and gentle with her for her first time at the groomers. Will definitely be returning!

They always do a fantastic job with our dogs. They used to be so scared to go, but at Waggerz they are comfortable. My dogs look beautiful.

They know how to groom big dogs. Our St Bernard loves her “spa time”.

We had the best time at Waggerz and the staff was so friendly and welcoming to our 4 month old Brussels Griffon. We are very happy with his cut!! Great job, we will definitely be back. 10/22/21: we stopped using waggerz just because we moved to fuquay, but I am always so happy with their services! When Obi goes to some other groomers, he comes back traumatized and I can tell he had a bad time. When he comes back from Waggerz, he is always in a happy mood! They always clean and cut around his ears and leave him looking perfect! It is worth the drive over here for us for our dog to have such a good experience. Thanks again!

This is our third visit to Waggerz and they are wonderful! George (my mini-Bernedoodle) is always happy to see the staff.. Appointments are prompt, staff are very friendly, and the groomers are thorough in making sure your dog is groomed the way you want. When I was last there, they noticed that one of my dog's ears looked infected and suggested I see a vet, which I did right away and he's now being treated. I highly recommend them!

Excellent job of grooming. They are very good at their job. We had Anthony today and he was professional and very pet friendly! My dog loves going there. She can’t stop wiggling when we pull into the parking lot! Very happy to have found them.

This was our first time trying out this groomer and we went solely by Google reviews. Sure thankful for Google reviews because you people were spot on...they were awesome and the place is adorable!! We were so grateful they happily held our furbaby a little longer since we were running late for a particular reason. It was a tiny bit more than what we usually pay but well worth it because whatever de-shedder they used on her was a Godsend! Our old groomer would never let you past the front desk (now, not even inside!) and tours were never allowed so this was a breath of fresh air to see fully inside the facility and feel welcome. Trust me on this place folks, you won't regret ! ???? PS if you pay with cash it's cheaper !
