I came to Hilltop Animal Hospital because my vet could not provide the help we thought my kitty might need. The online reviews steered me right. The staff immediately made Sneezy and me comfortable and got down to business so his problem could be discovered and treated. When it became clear that Sneezy would need extensive tests and specialized treatment, they found a resource and set up the appointment. Beyond that, Dr. Gibbs offered to be a sounding board if I had questions/concerns about suggested treatment options. He and the whole staff were my angels through a very difficult situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is the best vet I’ve ever visited! The staff is very professional and confident, they let you go back to the room with your pet in order to comfort them as well as give you a break down of all the testing/shots that are needed to be done or recommended as well as price estimates. I have a mean cat that doesn’t let anyone touch him, and Hilltop was able to give him his shots which he remained calm with. Overall great place to take your animal I would definitely recommend!

The office staff was friendly and very professional. They know what they're doing. Dr. Gibbs is truly caring about my pet and my pocket book.

Not in tune with my dogs anxiety of getting her nails trimmed. Heard my dog screaming when she was getting her nails trimmed for the whole time she was getting them done. Also the staff was not the friendliest.

My old dog was having trouble walking. Dr. Gibbs did a thorough physical exam and some blood work before putting my girl on a NSAID. I was expecting $450, was quoted $350 if X-rays were needed. Walked out for under $300, with medication (no x-rays). 2 Days later my old girl is walking much better with no signs of pain. Thank you Dr Gibbs and your staff

I have been using Hilltop Animal Hospital for a very long time(12 yrs plus) I reccomend this vet.

The vet (female, can't remember her name. I apologize!) Is absolutely amazing. The techs. Wonderful. I myself am a vet tech and the vet and techs are top notch! The front staff is a bit rude. Actually ... Downright rude. I hate giving them 4 stars for this because the front staff is so bad. People come in scared and anxious with sick or hurt pets. They act like it's an everyday thing for them, (which it is) ... But for the owners, it's not. And it's their fur baby's that are hurt or in pain or suffering. The front desk, being one myself before, needs to kinda lay off the attitudes. They couldn't have made my mom more uncomfortable if they tried. Coming in for service means it's a big deal to the owners. The front staff seems to think it's not that big of a deal. Not cook to any owner out there.

Every single person we spoke to - front desk receptionist, nurses, and vet - were wonderfully friendly. They have all been very gentle and patient with our cats (and us!), communicate very well, and keep their place very clean. Prices are fair for the services offered. Really wish we had found them sooner!

Erica was amazing today! she took time and listened to my concerns about my puppy. she explained in detail to me how to care for my puppy when i got home, and what to expect over the next 24 hrs or so. She is AMAZING and a pleasure to have her caring for my dog!!!!!!! Front office staff is sweet and welcoming and quick to respond to emailed questions I had!!!

I will do a hard review once after my dog goes in for his ultrasound. It’s going to be very expensive, but vet said it’s the only way they will be able to tell what’s wrong with him so I have no choice. I almost said no since on fixed income, but if it gives us a good diagnosis, I will be a very happy pet owner.

I have two puppies and they are getting their first shots. They were helpful but not cheap. Thanks

Dr. Canter's expertise, compassion, and professionalism has been nothing short of wonderful. Her responsiveness has supported our family as we are faced with making very difficult decisions for our sweet cat.

I will always recommend people towards this vet hospital! They are so friendly and loving towards my two rescue pups and the vets there always take time to answer all of my questions and spend time with them inspecting them. I appreciate them always taking that extra time to insure they stay healthy and happy.

Our dog, Bonnie, had a swollen jaw. Hilltop took her in the morning I called. They gave me a detailed diagnosis and estimate for oral surgery to take care of an infected and cracked tooth. They also treated her infection right away. Bonnie and I were treated very nicely and professionally that day and the day of her surgery. I would definitely recommend Hilltop to anyone looking for a new Vet

Dr.. Gibbs is all about the money he was going to let our dog die .He has a new building he is trying to pay off and he taking people's money

Our kitty developed a blocked urethrae that after spending the night at the Emergency vet still was blocked. I called our local vet and they couldn't get him in for 3 WEEKS. Hilltop took him immediately back and attended to him. Dr Gibbs and his staff are wonderful. Needless to say we will be transferring all of our care to Dr Gibbs.

Just moved to the area and panicked when our best boy needed to see the vet as I hadn’t found one yet. Hilltop got us in for a sick visit and fixed my boy right up! They were so kind and attentive. They love their patients!

I love bringing Sam and Mikey to Hilltop Animal Hospital. I have the reassuring comfort even before I walk in the door, that the doctors and staff, actually want to take care of them like they were their own pets. They have helped me for many years and as long as I have Sam and Mikey then Hilltop Animal Hospital will be there home for medical care. I appreciate them.
