We love this place! Our dog can be anxious but he always bursts out of the back area energized and content. They send me picture messages during his stay so I can see how he is doing. I feel at ease with this daycare.

My dog has gotten so much better with doggo socialization since I started bringing him to the Pet Wagon. He gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot!

Honestly, just okay. I took my 7 month old puppy here because of the excellent reviews I saw on google/yelp and to be honest, I was not blown away at all. When we first walked in, it was very clear that both my puppy and myself were a little nervous (it was the first time we did a puppy day care). The staff kind of grabbed her and shuffled her to the back while I dealt with the receptionist up front. She was not very reassuring and she immediately tried to push DayCare packages on me, I politely said "let's see how this first time goes before I purchase a package with you." She then let me know that though there is not a live streaming service for the dogs, they will send a picture to me in the afternoon. Around 11, I called the Pet Wagon to see how my pup was doing (again, it was the first time we've done daycare and I was concerned). The receptionist did not seem thrilled that I called and responded with a curt "She is fine." This did not sit right with me and I was waiting for a picture that never came. Around 4pm, I picked my dog up, when she was brought to the front, I ask again how she did- the response was "she was good." As a first time customer, I expected a little more of a detailed response. Made me think that they have too many dogs to really watch and take note. Will not be returning here.

We’ve been using Pet Wagon for years. They’re so great to our pets and they seem genuinely happy to be there. It’s really nice that they send pictures of them while they are in daycare or boarding.

Both of our dogs absolutely love day care at the Pet Wagon. We are especially grateful for The Pet Wagon's adherence to Covid-19 protocols. We have used the boarding service in the past, as well as nail trim and bath services. So grateful for the amazing and professional staff there who love on our pups!

Both of our dogs absolutely adore coming here. This place is truly special. They have separate play groups based on your dogs personality and play style. One of our dogs is super high energy and plays forever so he is placed with similar dogs. Our other dog is fairly timid and smaller but he likes to play with other dogs. He is placed with similar dogs. This is the safest and most enjoyable way for your dogs to have fun! Plus each group is monitored by at least one person who have all been trained by the owner Juan, an amazing dog trainer.

My Ellie has been coming here for daycare for several months now. The staff are amazing - super friendly and welcoming. They know both me and my dog by name. They've been doing a fantastic job at no contact drop offs and pickups during Covid. They divide dogs into size and temperament- Ellie stays in the small calm dog group. They send pictures everyday. In every picture Ellie has a wide grin on her face. She absolutely loves it. I haven't used them for boarding but wouldn't hesitate to. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat.

I've never boarded my dogs before and was so nervous because my big girl is a lil' stress ball, but I can tell they had an awesome time at The Pet Wagon! I got pictures of them playing outside every day, and when I picked them up after their weekend stay, they were absolutely wiped out. I'm looking forward to having them attend daycare here.

They take great care of my dog Jax for daycare. Flexible hours for drop-off and pick-up. Reservations are not required for daycare once you complete the application and evaluation. They accommodate all types of dogs and offer training as well. Good sized play yards, and most are covered for rainy days. They also text you pictures. I'm not a huge fan of the artificial turf and the smell that it leaves on Jax, but the friendly staff and overall facilities are great. I would recommend them for daycare, and though I haven't needed it I'm sure boarding there is also a good choice.

I have never written a bad review but I want to warn others to be careful and look around before deciding on daycare place. My puppy was 4 months old in daycare there for several days and one overnight. The very first day, the owner told me "he barks a lot. We may need to put a shock collar on him". I was surprise- he is a puppy and he rarely barks at home. He threw up twice after being there and was very distressed in his kennel when I did a stop-in visit. At the last visit- he acted afraid of me when I picked him up, which had never happened. All I know from asking more questions is that they don't like dogs barking, they spray them with water if play actively and pull their necks on long leashes they keep on them. Then they go to shock collars if dog barks. They also have 80-100 dogs there with minimal space to play. And nobody sleeps there overnight with the dogs. All things they do NOT tell you ahead of time. No toys or treats are allowed in their kennels. I told the owner they need to be more upfront with their discipline tactics, limited space, and overnight practices. And the staff seems pretty grumpy! I have found another place that LOVES all dogs, says mine "rarely barks- just plays"- they have enormous fields for dogs to run around, are happy people, don't mind barking when it happens. They never use negative discipline- just redirect if needed. Toys and treats are allowed. They have "add-on" services like extra play times and cuddle times for boarding! It's a nurturing place. My dog is much happier there and like "himself" after- sweet and tired, not distressed. They typically have 40-50 dogs and limit their boarding numbers. I wanted to share an honest experience and encourage dog owners to look around and ask questions about discipline, space to play, what exactly happens in boarding etc. before making a decision. Pet Wagon may be good for some dogs and dog owners, but certainly not for all.

I have been very pleased with the Pet Wagon. The front desk people are cheery and know every dog and person which is simply amazing; most Doctor's offices aren't this attentive. They also are extremely efficient in getting the dogs in and out and not interacting in the front desk area. I've been a somewhat frequent patron of their day care service over the past year with my very high energy Vizsla Jackson. They keep him under control and playing safely with all of the other dogs. When I bring him home he is ready to sleep the rest of the night which is perfect for those days I need some time to do other things. 5 stars, thanks Pet Wagon staff!

Our dog loves it here! They were great with boarding and very clean! We had to go out of town and our dog sitter canceled close to the date. They were very kind to squeeze us into the last opening they had for the weekend we were leaving. My dog has some separation anxiety, from the circumstances before he came to be mine, and he really seemed to love being there with no issues I was informed of. The Pet Wagon is over an hour away from our home but we will continue to use them in the future.

Our dog, Pippa, has been going to Pet Wagon since they first opened about five years ago. The owners and staff members always remember her and take really good care of her. Their facility is very clean and has been updated (no more dirt!). I am very particular about who takes care of her when we are out of town and I cannot speak more highly of this place.

I adopted my 1 year old rescue Pete back in February. The poor little guy had a rough start in life. When I returned to teaching it was important that he not be alone all day. I am SO very grateful to the staff at the Pet Wagon. Pete has been going there for 2 months. He is a different dog! He practically jumps out of the car before I pull into the parking lot! From day one I was impressed by the physical space, caring staff and absolute professionalism. I have also had to board my dog on two occasions. I was concerned Pete might have separation anxiety. HA! He did not want to leave when I picked him up! The Pet Wagon is the ONLY facility I would trust with my dog! 5 stars are not enough! Christine Gebhardt
