My dog, Wesley, LOVES Camp Bow Wow North Durham. He is a highly6 social dog, always eager to meet new people and especially make new canine friends. He is safe and happy at Camp Bow Wow North Durham. The facility is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We have used them for day camp and weekly boarding and I am really pleased.

After an interview, Camp Bow Wow claimed that my dogs were not ready for doggy day camp; however, I took them to another doggy day camp where they had no issues whatsoever.

Update: The staff at CBW of North Durham are warm, caring and loving toward Mamaduke. We always have a peace of mind when we board her there. She is never anxious when we leave her in CBW North Durham's care. We live in the Mebane area but the drive to CBW North Durham is certainly worth it. Are there closer facilities to us that provide great care? I'm certain there is, but it's like finding a good hair stylist - you'll drive to wherever to get the services you love!! My family has been extremely pleased with the patience, professionalism and genuine care Camp Bow Wow of North Durham staff have shown us and our girl, Mamaduke. She is always excited when we pull in the parking lot and although she is not the most playful, staffers meet her needs with lots of affection. Mamaduke also was treated to a Spa Day and Camp Bow Wow did a WONDERFUL job. Her coat is shiny, she smells good and the brushing service really cut down on her shedding. We live in Alamance County but would not consider taking Mamaduke anywhere else. Thank you Camp Bow Wow of North Durham! We appreciate you!!!! ????

Convenient. Cameras so you can check in on your pup. Dog is excited when he gets there and exhausted when he gets home.

I would consider using Camp Bow Wow again! Toby came home as happy as can be and smelling nice and clean!

I scheduled an appointment for my camper interview and was very specific with the person that took my call that my puppy was about to receive his last set of vaccine es. She scheduled my dog’s interview for a few days after that appointment. I was very clear on when the vaccines were in relation to the day of the interview. I drove an hour and a half there hoping that my dog could board here while traveling, and was informed that it was too soon after the vaccines for him to visit. The gentleman that handled the issue told me the matter was the fault of my vet (and I don’t deny that my vet should have educated me on how long it would take for the vaccines to be in full effect, and made no apology for that his staff member also failed to do her job and that I and my dog were inconvenienced as a result. Camp Bow Wow (or at least this location) lost me as a customer before I even officially became one. I could have forgiven the ignorant employee if the person I dealt with this morning could have at least said “I’m sorry.”

Yesterday, 6/29, was Juniper's interview. Jordan told me what to expect during the interview, I was watching the whole process on the screens in the lobby. She passed with flying colors. Ashley was telling me what was happening and what the staff looks for. The staff in the lobby was very welcoming and friendly. The staff in the play yards looked like they were having a good time with the dogs. Most of all, Juniper came home with a new level of exhaustion, she thoroughly enjoyed her first day that she went back again today. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for a great experience.

Much better than I expected. I've watched several hours of video feeds to see how well our dog has been taken care of. If we can't find her on the screens, they are happy to tell us where she is at that moment. Dogs are free to roam between indoor pens and outdoor.

Up front and honest about what to expect during the interview day. They are super easy to schedule through the app and love that they have cameras to check in. So far my girl has LOVED every day

Our dogs Rosie and Ruby Sue love to go to camp! Staff is super friendly and obviously care a lot for their campers. Flat rate boarding and daycare, no late pickup charges, and flexible scheduling are jusy a few of the perks. We recommended their services to all of our friends and colleagues. I feel completely comfortable leaving our pets in their care. 10/10 for sure!

Camp Bow Wow has been a game changer for Maisy, my pup, and me. The counselors are warm and welcoming and the care is exceptional. Maisy plays all day while I work from home. Every day at Bow Wow is a happy day!

Camp Bow Wow made our puppy’s first day extra special! We also enjoyed being able to monitor him throughout the day via their user friendly phone app. Fair praises means they are the complete package!

Everyone here is so wonderful and nice!! I know my dog is being well taken care of when he spends the day here. I never have to worry - it shows when we say “do you want to go to Camp today?” and he runs to wear his leash is hanging up!

Love Bow Wow, we've taken all of our dogs here over the years and have always been treated like family here. "Play camp" is a load of fun, so much that when we pick up from day camp our baby girl is snoozing on the back seat before we pull out of the parking lot! Pair that with enrichment activities, free day camp following each night of boarding (can do day camp without having to board), and training re-enforcement via Bark Busters, easily the best way to socialize your dog's while giving them a great outlet! 1000% recommended, your dogs will get addicted to this place!

Over the past 17 years, I have brought my three dogs (Shandy and Casey before, and Darby now) to Camp Bow Wow for boarding and daycare. I have always received excellent service and support and my dogs have loved to go to Camp Bow Wow. With my last dog before Darby, Shandy, there was a medical crisis with her while she was boarding at Camp Bow Wow and I was away in Texas. Camp Bow Wow handled the medical crisis beautifully. I couldn't haved dreamed of better service, support and coordination. Thank you always for helping Shandy and me. I trust my dogs' lives and well-being with Camp Bow Wow, and that means everything.

It is a great feeling to know we're leaving our pup with a sweet, caring staff. The folks here are so welcoming and you can tell that they really love their job, and the dogs! Thank you!!

Camp bow wow north Durham is great. The Staff is awesome and they all know my dog by name. She loves going for boarding and camp

First boarding visit which consists of an interview that the staff takes very seriously. One on one with staff member initially to evaluate any show-stopper behaviors, then into the indoor play yard where they add a few existing "campers" at a time to see how your dog reacts to other dogs - again, looking for aggressive behavior like snapping and lunging. Keep your pet for at least 3 hours. They also put your pet into a cabin to rest and make sure again that there are no anxiety or severe nervousness problems. They want to make sure your pet has a good experience and all animals (and staff) are safe. Have web cameras in all yards. Staff is professional and facility was immaculate, including the play yards.

The staff are very patient and friendly! I have a nervous German Shepherd puppy and each time I’ve brought her to Camp Bow Wow the staff have been accommodating and happy to work with her to help build her confidence and make sure all the dogs play well with each other. The hours work great with my schedule and the price is very reasonable. I will refer all my friends and continue to use Camp Bow Wow’s services!

My dog Jack loves CBW North Durham. He’s been going there for training, daycare, boarding, and grooming since we adopted him 3 years ago and we’ve always been happy with the service. The counselors know him and we feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. I highly recommend this CBW!

They treat our dog well during his visits, and nice that ww can check in on him via their remote camera.
