I go here to buy shampoo for my pets. Staff are always very helpful and kind.

Poor customer service. Some of the staff could care less about customer service. Kim and the one groomer are rude. THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It takes four hours to get your dog groomed even when you made an appointment. Kim and the groomer told me my dog is no longer allowed to get groomed there. This is kind of funny because another customer just said the same thing! Where is the regional manager? I have been loyal to that store for five years! Good job Petsmart in offending a loyal customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

This review is for the grooming not the store. The store has always been very friendly. The grooming can use some extra training. Well a certain individual I should say. Paige is an awesome groomer! We loved Paige and loved coming here to see her! We try to book with her when we can but the past couple of times she will book weeks out in advance. So this past time we booked with Sarah who unfortunately was terrible. She provided horrible services abuse my dog. When I spoke to management at the store I was given an apology and was told going forward they will make sure I book with Paige. & she would provide a credit to my account to use for next time. Well that next time came and as I was getting my puppy ready for this appointment. I was told by a different manager Natile that my puppy is no longer welcomed to their salon. This is very disappointing on petsmart. How does my 5 month puppy get punished for your neglect abused during his last service? I was told you would make it up and when we show up for that “make up” you turn us away. Apparently this new manager Natile called the store manager to express this issue and the store manager said it is what it is basically. So sad that pets smart has the kind of staff on hand who abuses puppies.

I made a good decision choosing this business. It was my dog's first groom in my care. Nice and informative staff. Their atmosphere is welcoming. My dog was comfortable as I left her in their care. I returned for pick up after a text alert. Awesome job the groomer did!! My dog was happy. Prices are reasonable. I didn't break the bank. This is now my go to place.

I just love the pretty little kitties

Paige did such a great job grooming our 3 yr old golden retriever, Bella! We had never gotten Bella groomed before, so I was very nervous about what to expect, but the questions that Paige asked at drop off put my mind at ease. She did a fantastic job of getting rid of some bad mats, and cleaning up her whole coat all while keeping the classic golden retriever cut.

Great selection and friendly staff

Walked into the store, was greyed and assisted immediately. Have to give a shout out to Matt C. as he waff the best help if I ever needed any. I came into the store looking for fish and no idea what I was doing. Matt was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best fish; for an aquarium I previously purchased, and taught me a lesson about aggressive and schooling fish. Matt also helped me pick out the proper food and chemicals needed to treat ther water for our new fish friends. The fish are happily swimming at home!!! Thanks

Went in for cat litter but found some adorable pet clothes for my cat. They have some winter clothes on clearance (got one outfit that looks like a teddy bear) and they had a whole endcap of Prideware. Got my cat a rainbow onesie. They had tiny rainbow fedoras but hats aren't really my cats style aesthetic. LOL

Love this smaller store. Great for supplies, grooming and cat adoption. If you order something on line that they may not carry in store due to size, you can pick up

I don't know, I think this store is expensive and set up odd. Dark inside, not comfortable when you walk in. Just my opinion.

What is this, a PetSmart for ants? Just kidding, this small store is well stocked and organized.

The PetSmart Groomer Paige Wilson, at the Cornelius NC Salon, was so down to earth and wonderful with ALL THREE DOGS AT ONCE it was comforting. She is by far the most experienced groomer we have ever had in over 25 years of pets. She really cares about my dogs and it shows through her work product. Paige took into consideration the history and health of each of my dogs with the selection and use of the most appropriate and safest products for each individual pet. Her professionalism and recommendations for proper care and maintenance of the dogs between grooming is invaluable. I just love her, HELL my dogs love her. She is a keeper and will get my unqualified recommendation to my friends and family. She earned it. C. Barone

Sales staff was very helpful

This is a mini-store and is poorly stocked. They only have a handful of fish of limited varieties unless you want feeders. Tried to pick some up recently and waited and waited. Finally tracked down one of four employees (not counting groomers). First two “couldn’t help with fish” said they’d get someone. I waited some and gave up. As I walked out two people came out of the office. One offered to help me, but by then I was out of time. Why so many staff in such a small store and yet with poor service?

This is what is termed as a micro store, the location IS a petsmart but doesn’t have the inventory or floor space of a full 40k square foot store. You won’t find everything but you can get what you need at the moment and if you plan to be a regular customer just ask the manager about stocking what you need. Think of it more like an old school hardware store for pets. If you are gonna need it they will bring it in, and tell others where to get it. As far as actual pets there is limited supply no reptiles onhand, no birds, no mammals short of rescue cats ( who really really need good homes) but pet supplies are fairly stocked and as someone who has a constant presence in petsmarts the fish health and longevity really depends on the population of the buyers in the area. Stores that have large fish selections have large populations that want fish, in stores that they are t in demand they live most of their lives in the display, if not all.
