Great practice. Very professional and caring staff and docs.

I have recently started to bring my dogs to see Dr. Long at Animal Hospital of Clemmons. Unfortunately one of my dogs passed away recently and unexpectedly which was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through. Although I brought him to a different ER hospital due to the urgency of his condition, when I brought my other dog back to see Dr. Long a week later for a previously scheduled appointment, she was well informed of the situation and was clearly reading up on the notes as to what had happened. I really appreciated her diligence because it showed that she cared. Additionally, I got a condolence card from her office a few weeks later which was hand signed by multiple staff members, again showing a personal touch. Honestly I got more comfort from Dr. Long and her staff than I did from some of my friends and family, and in such a difficult time it really meant a lot to me.

These folks do a great job with our furry family member.

My cats, to put it mildly, hate vet visits and always act out! Despite their bad behavior, , Dr. Pugh, and all of the Veterenary Technicians and front desk staff treat them like royalty, providing outstanding, up to date care with love and professionalism. I drive from Winston Salem to Clemmons because I love the care, and the expertise of AHOC. They always go above and beyond to treat, and follow up. I would not go anywhere else!

Our 2nd time here for grooming and the staff are very welcoming. MJ is very cool!

If you have a dog with anxiety, this is the place to go. My dog is a rescue that we think came from an abuse situation and he gets especially freaked out at the vet. It has been a struggle for me to find a vet that understands this behavior and I was at the end of my rope when I finally called Animal Hospital of Clemmons. The receptionist that took my call was incredibly understanding and told me about all the of different accommodations that they make for dogs like mine. When I got there for our first appointment, the whole staff was so gentle with him and I really got the feeling that they wanted to help us. The vet he saw, Dr. Rothe, is a certified no-fear vet, and knew exactly how to work with him. What a relief. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Best vet I been so far. Wonderful staff. Clean facility. Vet was straightforward and bounce around with what you needed. Prices were reasonable.

As I researched Acupuncture for dogs, I was surprised to find a vet nearby who offered this service. Even as a “new” patient- they were able to get us in that week. The staff was super friendly, and very informative. The vet was so patient with my Furbaby- and went out of her way to make her feel comfortable. Thank You Animal Hospital of Clemmons!

First time going to AH. After years of meds, multiple seizures, read about acupuncture. I'm hoping it will help reduce our baby's struggle. I was impressed with Dr. Long's gentleness with him. I watched his anxiety decrease as she treated him. I'm hopeful! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.

As a first time pet owner and my first time at a veterinary office I was very impressed. The professionalism from the moment you walked into the office all the way through to completing the visit showed. Friendly staff, good tech and a wonderful veterinarian, Dr Roth. She took the time to inform me of everything I had questions about and more. I was so happy I picked this animal hospital.

First time visit, with my little Bella, I found the staff professional and friendly. Dr. Rothe was wonderful and offered me alternatives much more agreeable with this little dog than the standard heartworm, flea and tick medications I find impossible to get into her!!! We hope we have found our forever vet!!

Great experience at the Animal Hospital. My dog had to have knee ligament surgery and Dr. Martin did a fantastic job. Very impressed with her attention to detail and how well my dog has recovered since then. Everyone is very nice and helpful. As an added bonus, they accept Pet Assure (check it out if you haven't heard of it) so I was able to save some money. I love how the final price includes all follow-up visits as well. Highly recommend.

I love Dr. Amy Pugh!

I can not say enough good things about AHC! We see Dr. Amy Pugh and have had good experiences with the other vets when we have seen them. Dr. Pugh is amazing, and I truly believe that she is the reason that my 16 year old cat is not only still alive, but thriving! My fur baby had issues off and on for years that got worse 4 years ago. Our former vet was dismissive and never took the time to find the underlying cause. We desperately needed a new vet when she suddenly stopped eating and was not herself. By pure luck, AHC was able to work my cat in on a Saturday, and Dr. Pugh was so incredibly thorough, kind, and patient. She presents us with options and gives us the information to make the best decisions. My cat is a nightmare about taking any medication. Dr. Pugh tried options that our former vet never even told me about. Dr. Pugh routinely calls at night/weekends to check on my fur baby when she is sick, and was able to finally pinpoint the cause of the respiratory problems that she has had for years. I think she was as excited as I was to finally find answers and to have a successful treatment plan in place for flare ups. I truly love her and will never take our cats anywhere else for care. The techs and office staff are wonderful too! I typically get appointments quickly (and with Dr. Pugh). Bonus- my cat adores her and is no longer afraid at the vet.

Dr. Rothe was so nice , caring and thorough.I called that morning and they worked my kitty Dolly in who was sick . I am very grateful. Two other vets would not see her. I was referred to this practice by another vet and am so thankful for that! A loving , caring compassionate Dr. and team!Hoping for Dolly to get better! Thank you Dr. Rothe for caring and taking the time to explain things to me.Dolly is trying to eat a little now, I will bring her back if she does not get better. Thank you! Andrea Watkins

Took great care of our little guy while we were away for 10 days

Appointment for our canine family member was made with ease. They took him into the facility promptly and followed excellent Covid-prevention protocol. Everyone we dealt with on staff was professional and caring. They had him back out to us with a comprehensive write-up in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our first visit.

The staff here were all incredibly helpful. They listened to what I had to say about my pets and gave back honest and helpful input. Both the ladies at the front and the Doctor in the back were very patient and took the time to make sure everything was well with them and that I had the information needed. Could not recommend more!

I took my dog in on Saturday morning and dr. Douglas was very helpful and diagnosing her and providing proper prescription. I've been visiting the Animal Hospital of Clemmons for years and have always found them to be very courteous.
