Best veterinarian office in Clemmons! Just got a new puppy and the staff was fabulous with him! First check up and so he got his first shots and didn't even whimper when he got it! Dr. Spindel is a wonderful vet and a wonderful person! He takes the time to be sure pet parents are informed and comfortable with his evaluation of your pet! We are looking forward to a long happy relationship with this office and it's staff. They are all above what was expected in the midst of a pandemic!! Thank you so much from Remington and his mom!

I've been a customer for a few years now and thought it'd be best to put an actual review. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, I have never had a bad experience. I started going to Animal Ark when my cat Shaelynn got sick, she was diagnosed with FIP, and the vet made sure I knew what it meant. I lost Shae about 5 days later, they allowed me to get a few more days with her with medication, and I will be eternally thankful for that. They did cremate her, and gave me her paw prints and nose print, all of which I am so thankful to have. After losing Shae I brought my kitten Mr. Bigglesworth in, she was never a super friendly cat, and she made it known she wasn't going to accept anything but respect from the vets. In the 4 years she went, she saw just about every vet, and liked none of them. They never once made it a problem, they were willing and able to work with her and her attitude to make sure everything was safe for her and everyone else. Mr. Bigglesworth had to be put down today (1/5/22), and it was a hard decision. They had her record, which included 2 of 3 attacks on my person, they did everything they could to help with her anxiety and aggression, from medication to exams and tests, there was never any real rhyme or reason. No one made me feel like a monster for making the decision to euthanize, I have dozens of scars from her attacks, and it was the hardest thing for me to actually do. Besides my cats I also bring my ferrets, we had three but lost the oldest of the business back in 2020. Mr. Wiggles and Notadog are both always excited to go to the vet, though they don't enjoy their vaccines and Lupron shots, Dr. Spindel has always been great at explaining what's going on. (Even if he calls my boy fat.) When Notadog had a blockage on a Saturday, he and a vet tech stayed late to make sure she was taken care of. They saved my baby and she's been doing amazing since. We had driven to Raleigh for the Emergency Vet, and were told they could do nothing until morning, and it'd be cheaper to go to her normal vet, we were up until 3 AM trying to get everything done, and managed to get her in that morning. The staff goes above and beyond at all times whenever they can. Covid has caused issues for every industry, from running on a skeleton crew, trying to keep up with appointments and keeping all our pets safe, I will always recommend Animal Ark, and I can never thank them enough for what they've done for my family.

Took our dog in and we were charged VERY pricey for a heart guard (which didn’t work btw). But my dad noticed everyone else would be on a payment plan except us. All in all, they bill Black people and put white people on a payment plan. Black people beware.

Love the staff and care my great dane receives here. It's worth the extra price to get exceptional care for my baby.

Absolutely the worst I have experienced for my dog. Prescription prices outrageous and they force you to buy through them stating for quality. It is bull that they state this when other reputable pharmacies are much cheaper, $20 extra per prescription. Waited 45 minutes to pick up my dog when they knew when I was arriving and not even an I am sorry. Was worried when it took thirty minutes for them to come get him after appointment time. Horrible car of pet. Your prices mean my pet has to go without his meds because you are running a racket.

Animal ark is one of the few places that offers care for hamsters. They have been AMAZING with care and compassion for our 1/2 cup of joy..our pet hamster KIWI. Sadly she did develop a terminal illness but the medical care providers at Animal Ark gave her (and us) 5-star treatment until the end. They were patient with my anxiety and compassionate with my sadness...this place is to be commended.

My son's chameleon had a prolapse the evening before Thanksgiving. I called and they said they could see us. While we were on our way, they called and canceled. Since it's considered an exotic reptile, there was no where else we could take him so he died.

We had to put our beloved kitty "Tigger" to sleep and this vet did an amazing job to make the process as easy on us as possible. The staff is very friendly and take great care of your pets and the facility is very clean and nice. I highly recommend their services. I have also used them for services with my bunny Bubbles and they did great with her as well. We aery happy customers. Thank you for being so thoughtful throughout the whole process. ❤

We had our first visit for our bearded dragon, Toast Malone, Thursday. This has to be the sweetest group of people I have met at a business. Everyone was so kind and caring. The office is extremely clean and looks great. This will be our permanent vet office. Highly recommend. And the prices are affordable.

All the veterinarians and techs are all very kind and helpful during emergency visits or just check ups. I have a senior dachshund that has had to have emergency visits sometimes and they always fit him in and treat him with utmost importance.

Dr. Spiegel was awesome at trying to save my son's pet sugar glider "Peanut"! He did pass away but he did everything that he could to save Peanut's life! Thank you so very much!

Had to take our duck with a broken leg because it was stepped on by our calf took it down they checked it out x-rated put a splint on it and a week later it's really better and another two weeks should be walking just fine thank you

I took my mom’s parakeet who had an accident. Even though she didn’t have an appointment she was still seen. Everyone was so nice! I will definitely go back in the future. I really appreciate everyone’s help and patience.

Animal Ark has been the best. A flexible staff that keeps our pets safe, values our time, and clearly loves animals and keeping them healthy and safe. From all the vets I've ever been to, and all the places I've ever been, these people treat animals right. And they even have room and board for ferrets! These guys are amazing, and highly accommodating.
