While the staff is quite friendly, both of our pets returned to us after a 7 day kenneling with multiple scars on both pets. We'll find another kennel who will take better care of our dogs.

I have taken both of my dogs here about eight times now. The front desk staff is very sweet and always helpful and the rates are very reasonable. My issue is the last three times my dogs have come back with eye infections, ear infections, and minimal scrapes and cuts, I assumed just from dogs playing. However, this time my dog has a huge injury to his groin and missing an entire patch of fur down to the skin and he is in pain and not feeling well. I watched a few times this weekend over webcam and saw that most of the workers were never paying attention because they were on their phones as dogs were getting aggressive or there was urine spots everywhere that they didn’t clean up because again they were just messing around on their phones. Also taking dogs into the pouring rain in cold weather. I’m not sure why this place has gone downhill but it is unacceptable what has happened to my dog and I am waiting for a response for something to be done or to at least get some information as to what could have happened. I will not be taking my dogs back here because I want to ensure that my dogs are being taken care of and that they are kept safe.

Rocky us obsessed with this place. All I have to do is say "Doggy daycare" and he goes crazy running to the door, whining to get in. The best part is that he's tired and ready to nap when he gets home. We love Lucky Paws????????????‍????????????????

They had last minute availability, which saved my life (or sanity, I'm not sure which). Pricing is great and they offer bathing and nail trimming services. I gave four stars only because it would have been nice to know that I needed to provide food and they left two of my dog's nails untrimmed, including a dew claw. Ouch!

So we left our 4yr old pitbull and 6month old French bulldog for a week to go out of town to return to the pitbull having a bruise/cut over her right eye ...a canine form of pink eye and a bad case of kennel cough ... For three days our pitbull was not visible and it was always and excuse why the weren't on camera and nobody on the staff could info me of what happened to my dog. We will never trust the safety of our fur babies again to the folks.

This was our first experience with Lucky Paws and our last. Our dog and his belongings left smelling of urine. Actually the moment you walk in the smell of cat urine hits you. It seems as if our dog never left his kennel and was sitting in his own urine. We had ordered a bath for exit but it didn’t even matter. I spoke to the manager/owner who was not helpful and never apologized or offered a remedy. Horrible customer service.

Fairly new to the area Lucky Paws has taken wonderful care of our senior Pug and our Beagle/Jack mix. Both dogs get excited when we even pull up in the parking lot. I feel at ease getting away not having to worry about my dogs. The staff is super friendly and kind to my dogs.

My babies were so happy and feeling good when I picked them up today. I was made to feel comfortable leaving them for there first wash and cut here. I will be back I’ve found a new home.

Left our 6 month puppy here while we went out of town for a week, and had a great experience! We were able to watch him on the wifi camera, and they leave notes everyday (and throughout the day) of every time his crate is cleaned, he’s fed, and napping. They people who work here were super nice, and gave him lots of snuggles. Definitely going to be our go-to place next time we need to board one of our pups!

I had my Maximilian there in May, He came back very underweight and had a chipped tooth. He was also very weak. I don't know if he was caged the majority of the time because the first 2 days he was seen doing fine on the webcam. Then he was not on it, I called and they said he was aggressive to other dogs. I know he is a handful, but I do not believe they even let him run around or let him play.

I cannot even imagine boarding my dog ANYWHERE else! They do an amazing job here and go so far as to have a running webcam on their website so everyone can see their pet if they want to! The owners are the most loving, caring people and have a love for all animals! If you want your pet in the best of care, then DEFINITELY use Lucky Paws! You will be grateful!!

Lucky Paws is the ONLY place my dogs would get boarded. I'm sure there are other good places out there but I don't need to be concerned about knowing who they are because Im so happy with these folks. They care about the dogs and are always giving me updated and reports when I get them.

We recently had to use lucky paws for our dog as we had a last minute trip we had to take over the weekend.. when I picked him up he was happy, healthy, and good ole tuckered out from playing with the other dogs! They are the only place I use as I have used them a few times in our times of need and we and our dog love the place! Thank you Lucky Paws for always taking care of Chance when we need you! We will be back as always! I highly recommend them and trust them, when I drop him off I do not worry about him at all(I do miss him tho when we drop him off!) see you all next time!

We LOVE Lucky Paws! My dog gets so excited when we enter the parking lot. He is my first baby, so it’s important to me that I leave him in a safe environment. The staff is incredibly attentive and I always know that he’s in the best hands. I absolutely recommend Lucky Paws for daily daycare and boarding. They’re the best!

We have boarded our dog Buster at Lucky Paws on a couple of occasions when we made long weekend, out of town trips and we were perfectly satisfied with his treatment. Buster never had any issues following a stay at Lucky Paws... As a matter of fact, we have boarded Buster at a local animal hospital on occasion and were much less satisfied... (There he received no exit bath, that we could tell from the smell, and it didn't look like the animal hospital had given him any of the food we left for him). This never happened at Lucky Paws. I know the owners to be kind, caring people who love animals. If you have concerns about the care of your animal, talk to the owners at Lucky Paws prior to boarding. I think you will find that they will will be more than willing to accommodate your special needs and concerns.

My girl is not the easiest, these staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My dog has the best time. Highly recommend !!!
