I have been taking my Yorkie, Charlie, here for 2 years. I am always pleased!!

I wasn’t sure how I wanted my Maltipoo cut so the groomer, Janet, listened to what I liked and did not want and my girl came back to me so adorable. I will use Instyle Grooming all the time. The prices are the best around and worth so much more. My girl is happy, professional perfect cut and her nail length is back to to where they should be and my dog hates anyone touching her feet. Thanks Janet!

Janet and John have been grooming our babies for such a long time! They are awesome! Our newest baby is a Tea Cup Yorkie that weighs 2lbs and is very wiggly, but they do a great job on him! So I recommend Instyle Grooming to anyone looking for a place to take your babies! Linda

Janet was recommended to me when my dogs began to exhibit fear of going to my previous groomer. They always look great when I pick them up and they have no fear of being groomed there. She's one of the very best groomers I've ever used.

I’ve been taking my 2 babies for the past few months and they do a great job! I took them today, and my ten year old Pom was scared ???? to death! I really wanted to take her back home, but I think it’s because she 10 and is scared of other dogs ???? the grooming is on point and the price is decent and they go every 4 weeks! I just hope it’s just the dogs ???? she’s scared of! Highly recommend

I love Instyle...I travel a little to get there but it is so worth it. Janet is not overly warm, but she is over the top professional and she caters to the needs of the animals she takes care of. She knew that my toy poodle needed special care and she gave it to her. I no longer have my poodle, but I am getting another puppy and I have already contacted Janet for an appt. I have never had a problem paying her. She is always happy to accept cash, checks or credit/debit cards. If you're looking for southern charm, this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a professional that will take care of your pet's needs and please you in the process, this is definitely the place for you.

I took my flat coated retriever there over the summer to get shaved & they did a horrible job with the cutters. It was NOT even at all and in some places, they got down to raw skin and he was bald. Since it's the winter and I don't need my dog to be shaved but just washed and nails clipped, I thought I would give them another chance. I mean, it's just a wash & basic grooming. I just called them & the lady was EXTREMELY rude. She acted like I was bothering her for even calling them. I asked her "am I bothering you or something?" She said in a gruff voice...."no not at all".....still rude. Sorry but this is NO way to treat potential customers. She is so rude.

I have been to several places in Clayton and this is by far the best for my dogs. Once you get to know them they are friendly. It just takes a couple of times. Very professional and my dogs always look good. I've never had trouble getting an appointment even with short notice.

I asked around the neighborhood and 5 out of 6 people recommended this groomer. I was also warned by several of these people that they are not the most pleasant. I have come to realize that they are pleasant, it's simply that they are northern and don't necessarily have the typical southern charm about them but they are very good to the animals and they do a wonderful job and they are not intentionally rude, they simply aren't dripping with southern sweet tea like many in this area. As my mom would say they don't necessarily have good bedside manner. They have worked with me several times on short appointment notice and other things so in truth I highly recommend them. I take my little princess there every 6 weeks and she's happy going in and happy coming out.

On Saturday, June 27, 2015 I took my little dog to get groomed at In-Style; this was our first visit. I could not be happier. My dog was perfectly groomed, she was not nervous and looked great! I highly recommend In-Style Grooming...Janet was great and I have already made my appointment for her next grooming!

Have had Janet as my Cassie, a Maltese, since she opened her doors. Cassie loves Janet. I know this because I will say are you ready to get a wash and wax with Janet and she will bark as she makes a mad dash for the car and goes straight to her business door. Prior to this I had taken Cassie to many groomers and Janet was the first that my dog had such a.positive reaction to in all her 13 years. Cassie loves her some Janet

RUDE!!!! When I called to get my dog an appointment to get groomed she was rude and acted like I was bothering her. She is very unprofessional for someone who owns their own business. I took my dog to Doggie Doz in downtown Clayton and I absolutely LOVE it there. Everyone is SUPER nice and they greet you with a smile!!
