Can not go in wait in car for pet. Always very nice and courteous. No problem with care for pet.

Covid precautions were securely in place when we took our dog to get her nails groomed. The waiting time from the time we arrived to the time they took her in was prompt and efficient. Thank you!

Very caring place to help your pets

Doctor and staff are awesome. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they are still operating under covid restrictions so you cannot go inside with your pet. It's been over a year now. Everyone, everywhere is open except them. Kind of frustrating but manageable.

They are very good, especially Dr. Porter. Hard to get appointments at times. Have mail order prescriptions that save you $.

First time going and they were extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I love the customer service and I was in and out very quickly with my cat as a new patient.

Loved it, as usual. Dr. Porter is the greatest. Our little Abby is going to be ok. Hoping we won't have to have her operated on. She's so sweet. The staff is awesome. They all love animals.

The staff is so nice! Dr. Porter was so kind when we had to put our dog down. He made sure we knew all of our options. Dr. Hurley has also been great with all of our animals too! We are so glad we have a place that treats our family so good!

I have been going to Western Branch Veterinary for 21 years. Dr. Porter has been there for all of my fur babies and they love him too. You won't find anyone better.

LOVE this vet’s office! Newish to the area and decided to go here after reading reviews and considering the close distance to my home. My dog had his first visit and I could not have been happier with the experience today. I wasn’t able to go in because of COVID, which is perfectly fine, but I felt very comfortable and that my dog was in good hands. I was extremely impressed with ALL of the staff I encountered. Everyone was so professional, friendly and personable. The vet also took the time to explain so much to me about the appointment and my dog’s health. I appreciated this so much! The prices are also very fair. I paid over $100 more for a very similar visit at my previous vet’s office. Highly recommend!!

I haven't actually been able to formally meet the staff yet due to COVID regulations, however, these are my first impressions: Western Branch was recommended to us by another dog owner. We took our dogs here the first time for their annual shots and check ups. They were great about being very thorough with our dog's information and also with me in explaining what they needed and what they actually didn't need based on their day to day life. They also went over all the prices with me and discussed some options with one of our dogs about allergy medicines. The next time I brought my dog here was to have surgery. They were very understanding and patient with our dog who was terrified to go in and i appreciated that they were able to let me drop her of with one of her blankets for when she woke up. They called me and walked me through everything and how she did. When the biopsy came back, the doctor called me and was on the phone with me for almost an hour being very thorough about everything, making sure I understood what she was telling me, and answering any follow up questions i had. I did find they are a little pricier than other vets, however, I feel very comfortable paying because they have done such a great job with our dogs. I also knew that they were a good place when I called to set up an appointment and they were booked out at least three weeks trying to get all their patients in after being shut down from COVID.

Very friendly and knowledgeable with MY Bella.. Took great care of her keeping me informed as treatment was administered considering THIS pandemic. Love and will recommend THIS place for all animal lovers????

I bring my kitties here, both veterinarians are wonderful and take time to explain everything about your fur baby. The nurses treat the animals amazingly and the front desk is always nice.

Our dog likes it better than his last Vet and it's a bit cheaper. The Doctor seems to really know what he's doing.

I don't like that they wouldn't give my son's dog his flea pills during the pandemic????HOWEVER, they DID schedule a visit so he could get them...but he had to wait like 3 weeks for the appt...

Took my animal in for a consult. Came out later that he needed a procedure and needed additional shots/tests prior to. WBVH had me come back the same day so I wouldn't incur another visit charge. They are upfront and courteous.

Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

The BEST group of caring professionals - our Vet for 17+years and 4 dogs???? They welcome each new four footed family member, help keep them healthy and grieve with you when you say good-bye to them. They are part of our village ????
