I’ve brought my sweet little Jack-Russell Beagle here two times now and love it!! My dog is so happy before and after. We do the spa groom, brush, and nails. She smells amazing after. Her coat is soft and fluffy! Her nails look good with no rough edges. The personnel are friendly and seem to love animals. This is a great place for your furry loved ones and the prices are awesome!!

Clean shop, personable staff. They listen and adjust your pet's cut based on your desires. I haven't used the doggy daycare, but the pups seem to have fun. Overall , a great place!

I have been bringing my Yorkie there for about 3 years. They have always done a great job grooming him. He is now 14 yrs old & needing a bit extra care, which they gladly give him.

Feedback as a future customer on initial contact: Customer service on the phone was OUTSTANDING and I am looking forward to try this place. However, there are a few concerns you should know about. 1. I am new to the area and had searched the internet for 'Dog Day Care' in the area and the search engine never brought up this business, even though you are 8 minutes from me! So I have been driving over 25 minutes to another Doggy Day Care location I trust. 2. Your work hours are not very convenient. I would definitely use you more often if your hours were more reasonable/competitive. You are open for day care during hours where most people work, when the point of daycare is to drop off pups BEFORE the customer's working hours and a reasonable time AFTER work hours. Most places are cheaper and open earlier for drop off and have the option for later pick up. 3. It concerns me that there is no attendant with the dogs at all times, however I am willing to try it out before being completely against the idea. Hope you reconsider your hours in order to make you more competitive. Even though you are more expensive than most, I am sure you can get away with that luxury, considering there are not many other options in your area.

I should have written this review a lot sooner. Aimee and her staff at Furst Love are the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet. When she first open her doors back in 2016, I was just diagnosed with lymphoma and going through chemotherapy. I took a chance in her not only as a groomer for my beagle and Doberman (a puppy at the time) but for their day care services as well. Aimee would meet me up at her business first thing in the morning and bring my fur baby home with her to play with her own dogs while I was receiving treatment. I could never ever think her enough for the kindness and grace and showed me (a stranger at the time). I will always be a Patron to this great business. Prior to moving to deep creek, we lived in VA beach and my husband used to always take our dog to Pet Smart, however she would always get between our legs and seem nervous at drop offs. After moving in 2017/2018, I saw Furst love and thought we’d give it a try, especially since it’s right down the road... our dog loves it!!! She is actually EXCITED to go. Clearly they are doing something right ;) They also let you know if behavior or symptoms seem off, ie they noticed blood in my dogs urine and she ended up having an UTI, but because we let her out in our back yard all the time, I didn’t notice. They truly care and their prices are very reasonable! I love how you can do doggie day care before and/or after your grooming visit as well!

I would never take my dogs anywhere else. I drive 45 minutes so that Amy can groom and care for them. I know they are treated like family here and they love going!

I took my large breed dog Prince here. I've never had someone go into so much detail in cleaning him even down to his old man nose. He is kennel aggressive and they were very attentive and accommodating to his needs. He's 12 and is very loud. They welcomed him with open arms and did such a fantastic job that I'm definitely going to be bringing my other dog! I'm very pleased with their services and the price was definitely right!

A couple of months ago, my wife and I got a Goldendoodle puppy. We did a lot of research on the breed before making this decision. We knew that our little guy would need regular professional grooming. I found Furst Love Pet Spa through their positive reviews on Google and have been taking Jax there for grooming and daycare. I'm extremely happy with the care he's received and my interactions with the friendly staff. I'm looking forward to being a regular and loyal customer.

We recently took our dog, Buster, to Furst Love and simply cannot speak more highly of this establishment. They were so kind and loving towards Buster, especially given his old age. We are so grateful for Furst Love! Everyone must take their fur babies there! ♥️

Super friendly and accommodating! We have an 8 year old toy poodle. He was treated so well and his haircut looks fantastic. We plan to return every 6 weeks for his regular grooming appointment!

Excellent. Professional staff. I dropped my lab off to get the 'spa works' package. He was very clean and wasn't stressed when I picked him up. They also called to check on him a day after. I will be using them regularly.

Took me in at so last minute and treated my dog as if he was the only dog there. Were extremely accommodating and made my silver lab look beautiful, they even put a cute bandana on him. I will definitely be using them again!

This Place is a hidden gem. We have been going here since they opened and we will keep coming back! They staff is fantastic and the owner Aimee is so sweet. She always remembers our dogs when they come in for grooming and she cares for them like they are own. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your dogs! They also offer military discount. ????
