Staff is amazing. My dog lives going there and lives the staff. They treat my dog with love and care.

Great service and staff. We always feel comfortable with bringing our dog here for check ups or whenever there is an issue.

Village Vet (and associated Falconridge Veterinary Hospital) are the best veterinary experiences we have had. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable. But even more important, they don't push expensive treatments that benefit themselves when cheaper, and often better, alternatives exist. Our previous vet had our cat on an expensive prescription diet that the cat refused to eat and still ended up needing monthly intervention. Village Vet suggested a change that works out to a dollar per month and actually works.

We have been patrons of Falconbridge for well over 6years. Once moving to Village After the fire, the quality of service declined. We had a bad experience during a $300 office visit for an ear infection. Staff was not friendly to our very friendly pit bull! for the record, she was not aggressive, nor did she show signs of aggression during the entire visit!!!!!!! People can say have their own opinions on the breed, but if the very people who care for dogs are uneducated and ignorant to the needs of the breed, then it doesn’t surprise me why the stigma stays. When I called to cancel my other (small dogs) appointments, and stated the reason why, the receptionist simply and very cheerily, ok! Triangle Veterinary Hospital now gets our business!

My dog was in critical condition and I went to see Dr. Reeves. Dr. Reeves told me I had to get her to a hospital after she did some blood tests because she was very ill. We did just that and rushed my my dog To NC State veterinary Hospital She was there for four days. Dr. Reeves acted very fast and very smart in determining what was wrong and Insisted we go to the hospital. Because of her fast thinking my dog is alive and thriving. She has taken care of our dog for four years and we cannot say enough about them. This practice is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone with a pet if I could give them 10 stars, especially Dr. Reeves I would. The office is friendly, helpful, and always there to talk to you.

My main vet has been their sister business At Falconbridge. I called for an appointment to have my dog neutered here and was quoted over $700!! I’ll be finding a new Veterinarian asap after that. They assume people are completely ignorant. I wasn’t asking them to snip a T-Rex, just my lab mix. Smh.

I wasn't happy with the price from my original vet so checked with these guys and their price was more reasonable for the surgery for Jake. The surgery went great and healing is going great also. Everyone from the Doctor to front desk staff has been awesome. They have gotten a new patient in Jake.

We have had two Labrador retrievers and now have our third. We could not ask for more compassionate or excellent medical care for our sweet Labs. Donna

We have used the services of Falconbridge and Village Vet since 2006. They have always been professional and kind with our pets and with us. Recently we had to put our rescue dog of 11 plus years down. The staff and vets could not have been more compassionate and caring. We have recently adopted a new rescue and she has already made her introductions to the staff. We look forward to many years of working with Village Vet (and Falcon Bridge).

Absolutely love these guys. Took our new rescue in, without an appointment, just to be checked. Everyone was super friendly. Our new pup had a good experience too. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

I have a vet office 4 miles from my house, but I drive 25 minutes to get to Village Vet. They are FANTASTIC. Caring, knowledgeable, available, flexible. I actually ENJOY going to the vet! I have 8 animals and they know all of them by name and their "stories." Rachael (office manager) makes it convenient, welcoming and an overall caring place.
