Employees aren't universally concerned with mask safety or wearing of masks at all... my cats food is almost never in stock so Amazon it is... $20 cheaper and zero gas mileage expended at least...

Great place. Friendly staff who always have dog treats at the ready. We take our dog here monthly for the self-wash station and they have a great selection of soaps and supplies for the wash. And we generally always leave with a new treat or toy as well.

Always friendly service and wonderful folks that take care of you as soon as you walk through the door. The selection of foods, toys and everything else in between is pretty amazing. For a franchise, it feels like a small town neighborhood pet store. Swing in and check out the products, and maybe you'll see a rescue or two outside waiting with your next furever companion!

There is truly no better pet store in the area. The team at Unleashed prioritizes the health and happiness of our dog above everything else. They even greet him by name when we come in! We come here for all of our needs and also to cheer up our dog, Beans.

If you care about providing good stuff for you dog. Then you need to get to know these people! The staff here is very knowledgeable and can explain about their excellent products. Their focus is high quality, heathy foods, and other pets items. But definitely the best of the best.

I brought my fiancée to Unleashed for the first time tonight! We had to come in a few minutes before close and were going to move quick, however Katie was focused on us and whatever we needed! She had an answer and excellent suggestion for every question! She introduced us to so many new things that blew us away. There was no pressure to rush or leave. This especially meant a lot to my fiancée because she hasn’t ever been and wanted to see everything! At the end of our transaction, Katie gave us their card and insisted we reach out to her or the store manager if we ever have any questions and of course insisted on meeting Xena! Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and friendly- Katie you were fantastic, even at the very end of the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unleashed is a great store! It has a big selection of items for my puppy and my rabbit at reasonable prices. The staff is super nice too, and was super excited to meet my puppy.

Star hated her bath but loves the store! I love the self service bath available. Come cooler weather we really have nowhere we can bath her comfortably and this was a great option for us! They are very kind and helpful! She even got to interact with another talking doggo which made her day! So many yummy snack options for her and very fun staff!

They carry the best food and treats and toys for our puppers. We keep them on a raw based diet with a variety of food choices. Though this type of diet is more expensive (our animals eat better than we do!), it's worth it: clean teath, good energy, and stellar check ups at the vet. The staff here is friendly and helpful. It's worth checking out.

Seriously the nicest people ever work at the Cary location! And they always have what we need for our dogs.

We pass at least three other pet stores from our home to Unleashed on Kildare Farm Rd. They listen to our concerns and are so knowledgeable on all things pets. Going to Unleashed is a treat for our whole family; the two legged and the four legged. Our weekly visits are definitely the highlight of our fur baby’s outings.
