We took our dog Barbie to yall for her nail being stuck in her paw. She doesn't do well with many people but she did awesome with yall. You guys did a great job with her. We will be bringing her in again along with my other 2 dogs. Thank you for being friendly, courteous and professional!

The staff is wonderful! My mastiff was a rescue who was abused and neglected. I explained this to the staff. My mastiff was so nervous at the vet until we moved to the area and found this facility. They are so kind, caring and comforting to him that he no longer is nervous. They take the time both my dogs need. I never feel rushed. We will never leave!

Emergency from my cat, Heather. He took her right away, checked her out, gave me your diagnosis, which turned out to be pretty good. They were quick, fast, efficient, and polite. Great veterinarian, dr. Tina Byrd.

Love ALL of the vets. They are compassionate in caring for our dogs and equally engaging with us humans and the new facility is wonderful

After using Randolph Animal Hospital for 20 years I am considering never going back. Took one of the dogs there today with my 5 year old. When we arrived I was told my child could not accompany me to the room. I could not be given a medical explanation as to why. I then asked if only one tech would be allowed in the room and was immediately met with hostility by a tech not wearing his mask correctly and being passed by a second tech, also not wearing a mask correctly. I wanted to let it go, but my wife came in and took my child from the lobby without anyone asking who she was, and then on my way out I walked past a room with two grown adults holding a dog in an exam room. That was the final straw. I asked for a call from the owner. Hopefully I will be given an explanation as to why the policy changed halfway through my visit, or at why they would prefer to potentially lose a child than to allow a 5 year in an exam room.

Dr Barnett is most professional as well as his staff. have been using Randolph Animal Hospital for years and expect to continue our relationship.

Great clinic with awesome staff. They were able to work my dog in for an emergency visit when he had a stroke, rushed him back immediately and provided excellent care. They were extremely helpful when I called with questions about his care at home and again at his follow up visit. We are on a limited income and they were very understanding and up front about costs. Shout out to Dr. Gustavsen, Jamie and all the other staff who helped me and Sugar. Vet staff deserve all the appreciation they get and way more.

I took my maltese to see Dr. G and I felt very confident that he was receiving the best care possible!

The staff and doctors are amazing. They have treated ours babies and I trust them. I will continue taking my babies to them. I highly recommend going to them

The veterinarian is extremely considerate of your concerns. Has a wonderful attitude with the animals and just an all around great experience. You know your urbaby is in good hands as soon as you walk in

I have taken my two dogs to Randolph Animal Hospital for almost 12 years. I had a Springer Spaniel that was very difficult to deal with but Dr Bird and the rest were able to handle him. Unless I have no other alternative I will only go to Randolph Animal Hospital.Also a shout out to Dr Behrens for helping me with Stubby. I am forever grateful for all at Randolph Animal Hospital.

The Vets and techs here are so loving and sweet to the animals and even to the owners too. The whole staff was just wonderful in my family's worst time of having to put 2 of our dogs to rest in less than 2 months of each other. They sent the sweetest hand written card to my family. I highly recommend them and will not take my animals anywhere else.

I recently adopted a cat , after being new to the area I selected the Animal Hospital of Randolph, mainly because it is the closest to my home. I am so happy I did. The Doctor and support staff are amazing, so supportive, helpful and professional. You can tell they all clearly love animals, by the way talk to and handle them.

I loved that when I walked in, my parents’ dog’s name was up on a board welcoming her! Dr Byrd was very thorough and shared a genuine concern for their pet. The staff overall was accommodating, pleasant and made us feel truly welcome. Mimi was caressed to ease her anxiety and handled with love and care!

I have been going to Randolph Animal Hospital for more than 20 years. Dr. Byrd is my doggy's doctor, and she loves my doggy. She remembers her and caters to her. She gives me good advice and takes good care of Seussie. All the staff is kind to my dogs and cats. I trust them completely with my furry loved ones. I highly recommend this hospital.

I had never been to this vet before, but found myself there with a cat I found in the middle of 64 in Asheboro. This poor cat had been suffering for a few days and was in very bad shape. This vet was the first thing that came to my mind. They kindly agreed that this poor cat was not going to make it and needed to be put to sleep. They took her and humanely put her to rest and did not charge me. They were kind to the cat and myself as I was in tears. They were amazing people and I would refer any one there.

I was new to the Asheboro area and found this Animal Hospital. At first I was leery because my cat was 9 yrs old and had been with 1 Vet back in Massachusetts for his whole life. I was so happy once I met them. The attendance are so awesome and caring. Dr Byrd took care of my fur baby with such care and my concerns. She and the entire crew are amazing. This will be Whiskers Vet from here on. Love this place.

You can tell the staff here I really dedicated to their job and that they love working with animals they were honest and very helpful.
