Do not take your dog here to get groomed. We took a beautiful golden retriever in for a trim and ended up with a shaved cat, tail and all. It was nothing like asked and we even showed them photos. He also came home after being there all day and chugged 2 bowls of water so they clearly didn’t give him one ounce to drink. Find another groomer!!!

This has been our vet for well over a decade now with 4 pups. They have been great with the care of all of them, literally from cradle to grave ???? We highly recommend the team here to care for your pets at a decent price with more of a personal touch than you will ever get at one of the chains. We have also used their grooming and boarding services and have been very pleased.

So I have used you for boarding for many years . Recommend on Next door to many people. Due to covid have not used this place in awhile. Just thought the owner should know not the staff . There has been many different posts on Next door and owners unhappy. I know boarding for a dog can be stressed. But in the past if something was wrong with my dog I was called , texted and on the door note sheet . Many I said many at different times recently posted there dogs lost weight , the nail clips are so short they were bleeding, dog not coming back the same mentally . Dogs not washed when wanted or extra fun not followed through they paid for . All these owners took there dogs to there vet out of concern . Especially the weight loss . The owners said the front desk was not nice and excuses . Even kennel cough dogs had and yes you have to get before boarding. There we other concerns of people posting. I know this place is posting for jobs but !!! I was needing to use you guys for a weekend for a 10 month puppy but , not feeling comfortable. Also when a person posts on this site and a response is to please call us . No you should call the owners who booked there dog and paid a good amount of money and then having to use there vet to pay more out . I know boarding jobs are not easy I really do . Just thought you should know word is getting out not to use you . Again these were different posts on Next door at different times the past 2 months plus. No need to respond to me other than fix the issues and these owners were not looking for there money back.

Town and Country always takes care of us and our fur babies.

We have boarded our animals over 10 years at Town and Country and it is the only place we trust with our fur babies!

I will Never use this kennel again, they pride efficiency over compassion and the manager is rude and unprofessional

Very poorly managed place with declining service quality and rude attitude. I’ve been their customer for almost 10 years and paid them thousands of dollars so far. There are good people working there who are skilled at their job, except an extremely moody and rude person who introduces themselves as the “manager” of the place. Terrible, terrible customer service, rude and will scold you at every opportunity. I will discontinue my business as they are not the only one in town and their service quality has been declining.

I have been bringing my dog here for years upon recommendation from someone I know. The front desk staff is always friendly and organized. The facility is clean and its always easy to book my dog. I feel at ease with leaving my dog because he's happy to go with them and happy when I pick him up.

Took my dog there, he came back covered in fleas and cuts. Would not recommend even if ur dropping a pet rock off.

Our dog Twix loves playing with his friends at T&C, and the folks there take great care of him. A great place for dogs!

Awesome establishment. Always a pleasure coming here to care for my cats. Everyone is a professional and I dare say even my cats enjoy the outing. MEOW!

My dogs love daycare and the groomers do a wonderful job. I'm so glad we have them a try. I know my dogs are happy and loved.

We were unimpressed with this overnight boarding. Very expensive, with up sells for everything (like feeding our dog their own food, which we had individually bagged for each meal). We specifically requested a flea and tick bath, requested again at check in, and when we picked up, no one could seem to confirm that we actually got the right type of bath. Just a general “well we put in a note” and “oh, the bath we gave would have killed everything” - my understanding was it was an oatmeal bath, which would not have killed ticks etc. The facility looks very nice. But we won’t be coming back. For the $130 price of a one night board, I really expected better.

I have trusted Town and Country with both of my dogs for over 5 years! My family always took all our pets here when I was growing up as well. They always treat each pet with genuine love, care and patience! I trust them in any situation! All staff are knowledgeable and don’t just prescribe unnecessary shots, exams, pills etc without good reason. Dr. McNamara has always been thorough with exams and a recent emergency situation with my puppy. I felt reassured knowing my puppy was in their hands, they are extremely detailed in communication regarding your animal!! Thank you guys so much. Tell all your furry friends!

...my dogs first boarding. I think she had fun and she received a good report card. Make sure to double check their in and out times of operation. The only thing that was small challenge. Definitely would use them again...

This practice is one of the best in the area! Our fur babies see Dr. Groulx and she is simply amazing! If there ever was urgent care needed, we have seen other doctors and they are awesome as well. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends, and they have tried her and other doctors and like the practice as well. My pets get the best preventive and acute care in every aspect. If you are looking for a practice that is patient focused, has excellent communication skills, and really care for you pets, look no further! Thank you for all you do to take care of our fur babies!

Their cubside check-in, covid policies and procedures were efficient, fast and professional. Two pets were collected from my car, examined, vaccinated and returned to me in under 20 minutes. Vet, tech and reception were all welcoming and informative. I gladly drive an hour each way to receive the best care around for my boys. Highly recommend!

We took our puppy here for her first grooming session to be bathed and trimmed. When I picked her up, I was in shock. What was supposed to be a trim was actually a full body buzz cut. Mind you, this is not always okay on a long hair, …

I hate to leave any bad reviews and the people seem very nice. But we had our dog groomed there and they shaved a bald spot by one leg on his underside by accident and didnt say anything and still charged full price. Cut also wasnt very even. Wouldnt groom there again...and makes me question their integrity on boarding as well.

Only went there for training, but it's been a great experience with Bri. She's given us lots of after class help, and has been wonderful (and patient) with us and our pup.

We took our Golden Retriever for his regular grooming session and we picked up a completely shaved dog. A responsible groomer would never shave a double coat on a dog...Shocked and disappointed in the lack of care. We will not be bringing our dog back here.

Groomers completely shaved my double coated dog when asked to trim. Not only is that not what was asked for it can be dangerous for the dogs health, because that second coat is what protects from the sun and helps regulate bodyheat. Any reputable dog groomer should know that, especially one that charges that much.
