This place will rip you off, they want to charge extra for every little thing. I don’t recommend this place at all. Look for something better.

I love bringing my dog to the vet here. It's reasonable and conveniently located for me. I appreciate how the techs explain the billing and get you in and out and on with your life. Waiting area is a bit small, but it's NYC, so it's to be expected.

Caring staff, gave me the help I needed but definitely over charged me. However I was in desperation so I am thankful.

Great staff and great doctors. My pit bull puppy has gone to QAH 3 times (1 check-up/vaccines, 1 UTI treatment, and 1 follow-up) since I got her in July, and each visit has been great. She was checked by two different doctors (alternating for each visit) and neither one of them have ever forced or suggested any unreasonable testing or treatments. Also, their prices are fair and pretty straight forward, and the wait is always reasonable.

they charged me $39.52 for entederm ointment 15ml maximum cost of $10.95 while lowest sale price is 6.95 and when i call them to return the unopened item, they tell me about their nonrefundable policy which they never mentioned before. they said their manager would reach out to me for it but never did. they only care about their pocket. not your pet. i don't think that’s a fair and honest dealing. they are ok to lose their customers over $30. always compare prices online before you get medications from them. they are here to rob you.

To take X-ray, they charged $491($301 for X-ray and $90 for sadation and $100 for X-ray interpretation). Isn’t this over price?

It is a pet friendly place. My two babies(girl and boy cats) are patients there. They took good care of them. Every time my babies need medical care they are alwats polite and treat them well. They always explain carefully the care we should give them at home.

I think they mean well, but every time we go here they are extremely disorganized which causes a very long wait. Just make sure to give yourself LOTS of time if you bring your animals here because you will end up waiting a long time due to their disorganization.

Reasonable fee of $39 to have the Pet looked at on the weekdays. Office staff and doctors were prompt and polite.. It's been my second visit. Have seen a minor improvement in the pets condition. Inside and outside the business itself could use a little sprucing up. And be made more accommodating for its pets and owners.

I brought my pup in for a corneal abrasion. Doctor was very informative and knowledgeable guiding me through what needed to be done to get my pup better. I got a call the following day asking how my pup was doing. Couldn’t have asked for a more caring and great team. Thank you !

Horrible experience. All they care about is doing unnecessary tests and charge money. They prescribed a lot of medications and wanted to add up the bill. The vet was not very professional and not trust worthy. You will know if they really care about animals or just money. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Brought my dog in for a regular checkup and the doctor only listened to his heart and told me ok he’s good to go, he didn’t check anything else. All of my info was incorrect and they were very disorganized.

As much as the online customer service is amazing with all the negative reviews beings referred to email, I hope that more focus will be also be provided for in hospital services. My recent visit felt like being ripped off my money and time. With the diagnostic test done for less than 5 minute, the vet could not feel the tumor which I later had to point out to him. No big deal in that but after admitting to the tumor, the vet gave up on physical palpitation and asked for imaging tests to be done. This was the primary hospital for my cat and I have had similar experience for previous visits. But this time, knowing the unreliability of the vet here, it was a wake up call. I have nothing more to say.

Been there twice for my Queen’s shots. First time was at their previous location and then this time July 2021 new location. It’s still pretty small obviously for CDC regulations everyone’s waiting outside and not inside except when you go in with your pet. Prices are okay except to get your Queen spayed it’s hella expensive ????. Other than that doctors are okay. Will Update if I go back again anytime soon to take my new kitty.

This was my first time here and the staff were very nonchalant and not friendly. There was very little communication, and I only spent 5 minutes with the doctor. My puppy went in with fleas and tapeworms and left with fleas and tapeworms. This place only values the dollar and not your pet.

My sister took our beloved dog to get an ultrasound today at 9am. He was kept there until 5pm when she was told she could pick him up. She was told beforehand he had to be sedated to get the ultrasound. Our dog was diabetic, blind, and older. I'm not sure why that was recommended or why we weren't told the risks. My sister picked him up at 5pm today and by 730pm he passed away. My sister said when she picked him up he was still lethargic and very weak and the doctor said it should wear off in 2 to 3 hours. We believe he died due to too much sedation. We called the vet to let them know and they hung up on us, we called again and we were able to get in touch with someone who said he was high risk to begin with for sedation and these things could happen. My sister was never told about him being high risk from the vet or any other professional in that office. This office is very unprofessional and after paying $500 for an ultrasound that cost my dog his life, being told he was high risk after the fact is a slap in the face. I wouldn't trust this office. Please do your research and if you truly care about your pet, please bring them to an office that cares more about their life than money. Update: My sister was told she would recieve a call back so we are still waiting for that. We spoke to another vet at the office (not the same person who performed the ultrasound on him and she said she wouldn't have recommended sedation on him). The negligence of this "professional" who preformed the ultrasound on our dog killed him! They are 100% responsible for his sudden death!
