I absolutely love the ease of coming to happy dogs from their check in to checkout process it always makes you feel taken care of - plus their customer service and emails are very detailed and they're very attentive.

We are so happy with Happy Dogs Southside! They were welcoming and responsive from the beginning, which made the process seamless and enjoyable. My pup is often weary of places he does know, but from the first week you could tell he was relaxed and excited to be dropped off. I love that they have live cameras so I can check on him throughout the day (and peak at all the cute pups). I'm grateful to have found Happy Dogs + appreciate all the team there does!

Shay absolutely loves Happy Dogs!! Whenever we go to daycare, she runs inside! I feel extremely comfortable leaving Shay here especially since Shay loves it so much and there are cameras if I need to see her while I'm away. The only thing I wish I knew when I first signed up is Happy dogs communicates via email which was an adjustment for me however, they always respond in a timely manner. They take great care of my pup! The price is a great value too! I go here weekly.

Our nervous puppy absolutely LOVES daycare at Happy Dogs- she cannot wait for the door to open on the days she goes. The staff is also super responsive and booking is really easy. We are so happy to have found them!

We’ve been using Happy Dogs for awhile now and it’s been a good experience! We think our dog has responded well to going to regular daycare, and the handlers seem nice. I like that they have cameras to watch, and they are extremely responsive via email! They answer so quickly it is very helpful.

I have had a great experience with Happy Dogs. The staff is ultra-responsive, takes great care of the dogs, and notifies us of anything wrong with our dog and how she's doing. The owners are present and responsive as well, and we feel our dog is in great hands. Really recommend!

We've been taking our toy poodle here for a few months now. Their staff is amazing. I've really seen an improvement in my dog's anxiety around other dogs. I like that I can watch him via the webcam. The check in/check out process is easy. They've really helped when I've been in a bind and have to come late or need to board him. Responsive, professional, and I truly feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

Terrible. They need to work on their on-boarding experience. Not somewhere you can take your dog last minute. I wouldn’t even bother. I walked in and no one was there. There were letter sized pieces of paper with instructions. I had to sign up on a website and download an app, after they told me they could do the 1 hour assessment this morning, but then after spending 20mins signing up, they said I would have to wait until 12:30. Waste of time. The person working there also wasn’t sure how to help me. Weird that you have to climb a ladder to see the dogs playing way in the back.

We LOVE Happy Dogs Southside. At first, our pup Ralph was hesitant to go inside, and now he pulls us in and doesn't look back! They are professional, take great care of the dogs (and tire them out) and he is just so so happy when he comes home at the end of the day. We also really love to check in/out system by phone and the ease of the platform - and the free monthly bath as a bonus with our subscription. =) Definitely would recommend this place to any dog owner in the area!

We absolutely LOVE happy dogs! Our labradoodle also loves the daycare just as much. Our dog developed serious separation anxiety during Covid times, but when we bring him to Happy Dogs, he runs right in and could care less about saying goodbye to us. ???? the staff is friendly and the prices are really affordable. Our dog comes home at the end of the day tired and happy. We recommend joining 100%!

We absolutely love Happy Dogs Southside! Drop off and coordinating pick up is super easy and flexible. Throughout the day, we can tune in and see their live cam to check in on Charlie and make sure he is having fun. It is also clear that Charlie loves it there since as soon as we approach the door, he is dying to get in and hang out with his friends. A number of people in our building have their doggies at this location and everyone raves about it. It is nice that our our doggies are hanging out together and building a community together at Happy Dogs Southside. I definitely recommend you check out their location.

My dog and I are so happy that we found Happy Dogs Southside! When I had to return to work after adopting Ziggy (my pandemic puppy) I was terrified to leave him alone for long hours. Happy Dogs has helped him to socialize and minimize his separation anxiety from me. Ziggy loves going to Happy Dogs and wishes he could go more than twice a week! Thank you to the team at the Southside location for consistently answering all of my questions and concerns super quickly and knowledgably! Great doggy day care!

We take our dog to HD Southside since he was a little puppy (June 2017). The place is wonderful, they make sure have a great time as the place is espacious and always clean. The staff has always been friendly and responsive and been in touch and taken all the necessary precautions for the dogs to be healthy. We couldn’t be more happy with the place. They also improved their online system and dogparents can check what their dogs are doing as they have a live cámara.

At this point, it's hard to imagine any better doggie daycare. Our dog, Olive, has been going to their daycare for the past ~8 months between 3-5 times a week while we're at work. They have a wide open play area where the dogs socialize and run around as much as they want all day. They have a live video stream for you to be able to check in on how they're doing at any point while they are there. A few times Olive has gotten sick while there and the staff emailed us immediately and took a picture so that we had it to reference for our vet whenever necessary. I trust them completely to watch her all day and keep her safe and happy. We've also boarded her for a weekend before and seeing her be able to stay in that wide open area with the other dogs is so much better than her having to stay in a crate at any point!

Happy dogs is the best! We've been taking Crispin there since he was three months & he loves it. It's helped to socialize him so now he is great with other dogs. The staff is extremely professional and always quick to respond to our emails. I always know Crispin is in good hands!

I really can’t recommend them enough. They are extremely thoughtful and loving. They watch my pup Juneau three days and week and I always feel safe and confident leaving him with them. Two thumbs up.

Our dog loves it here! As soon as we get on the block, he starts pulling us and he goes crazy the second he gets inside. We know he has a great time and they take good care of him.

Happy Dogs Southside is a true South Williamsburg gem for Dog Daycare. I was super careful when choosing where I'd send my 10 month old puppy for full day services and I'm so glad I found them! They were very thorough in making sure my dog would assimilate into their pack by having her come in for a few hours prior to me signing up for a package. The employees at the front desk are always so friendly, and I love that they have the nest cam so you can watch your little one play while you are at the office. They are also SUPER quick to respond to questions or emails and always share the cutest photos through email and also their Instagram account. I am so glad I found a daycare that I can trust and our pup Rhaella loves going so much it's the highlight of her week! Love this place so much and recommend to anyone!

We've been using Happy Dogs for almost a year, and we've had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always friendly and extremely thorough--they even kept our puppy's baby tooth for us when it fell out during day care one day :') Our dog is always excited to go play with his friends at Happy Dogs!

Our pup is a very happy dog at Happy Dogs ???? It’s a great outlet for her to get out her energy all day instead of being cooped up and creates at home. I obsessively watch the camera feeds and am happy to see her playing (and snoozing) all day. The rates are also reasonable and packages very flexible.

Our dog is so happy when she arrives better yet, she comes home happy and tired! Its great to have a safe environment for dogs to socialize. Definitely recommend ????

My dog Casper LOVES happy dogs. The team at Southside love dogs and it shows in they take greatcare of all the dogs they watch. Quick to respond to emails and have been able to accommodate some last minute requests (Casper needed an emergency bath and they were able to get him in same day). They even have a puppy cam if you're into that.

They take such good care of our Bill, he always comes home exhausted! <3

Happy dogs takes great care of our dog and is always very responsive and accommodating when we need to make adjustments to fit our schedule. Our pup is always very happy to get dropped off there to play with her friends all day!

This place has been a huge blessing for me and my dog. The staff is super friendly and reliable and my dog absolutely loves it here. I am so grateful to have a place where I know she is safe and well taken care of and also having a blast. It's great to be able to watch her play during the day on their livestream. We also use Happy Dogs for boarding and have had nothing but positive experiences all around.

Happy Dogs Southside has been fantastic for us. The employees are welcoming and kind and they're so great with our pup, Pico. Pico is always so excited to go to daycare at Happy Dogs and he comes home happy and sleepy. I also love that I can check in on Pico throughout the day with their member-cams. 10/10 would recommend.

Would highly recommend Happy Dogs Southside!! We have been sending our dog there for over two years and every time she comes home she is exhausted. The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. Also love the live cameras to spy on the pup throughout the day.
