Always has what I need, prices are better than anywhere, and I love shopping local and seeing Dawn who is always there to greet everyone. The staff is friendly and so very helpful.

My husband comes to this store often. He has pleased been with the variety of cat food that he has been able to find here because the supermarkets hav been able to keep Purina cat food in stock.

I've been going to this location for a year or two now and every time I'm there it's a great experience. The staff are very nice and caring and or always willing to help you. Since I don't have a pet of my own, I usually go there to visit the cats the place has rescued and pet or play with them. From how they behave and look, they have been clearly given love, nutrition, attention, and care. Sometimes I even got to help with the cats since I've always wanted to adopt one someday and the staff know me well enough to know how much I love doing it and they trust me. Overall, this is a really nice pet store for the variety of pet food and supplies available, the caring and helpful staff, and how clear it is that all of the cats are being taken care of. I would highly recommend this place!

They have every pet food you can imagine! Great prices. Great staff. We have been shopping here often, not just for pet supplies, but also to visit all the great cats they have walking around. The owner, Dawn, is amazing and caring. She has helped to save countless cats. We wholeheartedly support her business. You should, too!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have multiple colonies of feral cats that they have inside the store that they feed and provide shelter and health care to.

Good store. Prices are reasonable, good selection of products, some higher quality products which I like. What I really like is how they give back by allowing a cat rescue have a few cats that for people to see & adopt. They also have "house cats" that have a permanent home there. Thumbs up!

Nice people working here. They always offer to help and have a great supply of different cat foods. If you have a fussy kitty this is the place to go ! Also , there is kitten rescue thing at front of store … loads of kittens to see! Lastly, the store has cats that live in the store … shout out to the fierce fat tabby and white girl kitty , always lays by back door … I think her name is Aberleene ? Anyhow , she’s cute and tuff! Oh , they got a few Betta fish hanging out for sale. Lot of the betta set ups their selling are way too small tho. Betta need minimum 5 gallons , heater and filter to lead their best lives!

This is WAY MORE than a pet store. They take in animals in need, they adopt out animals, they genuinely care about ALL animals. They even have a network of caring people that will do everything in their power to help you find your lost pet. I'm sure I'm leaving something out, and I could go on and on, but if you love animals you'll definitely stop going to the warehouse pet stores after one visit.

Love this store! Love supporting small businesses! Carries all foods I feed both dogs and cats. Very amazing helpful staff. All around wonderful!

I usually shop at the Farmingdale location, but West Babylon is as welcoming.

We bought cat litter from there yesterday.Me and my husband asked for cat how was this cat litter.Cat say meow good cat litter.Me and my husband are favorite store now.Because too many cat inside.Cat say welcome to store. Me and my husband cat lover.????????????????.Employee friendly too. I am shopping this store until this time for my cat needs. I support my local pet store and shopping there.
