I love this vet , they are very nice people and took care of my dog like he was their own . I highly recommend this place

Such an amazing experience with the vet and the vet techs. They were all so friendly and asked me about vaccines and medications our dog is currently on and made sure she was fully taken care of. Previously went to Williamson and had such a cold experience there and the vet there didn't even wear a mask during the height of the pandemic. They took COVID very seriously here. Much better time here!

Even tho they were fully booked they still found the time to take care of my cat. Thank you to the vets and the manager who found time to have my cat treated.

I've been with Webster Veterinary Clinic for years. They are always prompt in getting back to me. I have a difficult dog, a little protective of me. The techs and doctors work hard at keeping her stress level down. My 15 year old kitty wants to stay for more pets from the techs.

Doctors and aids are great- there is one receptionist that gets a bit spicy

I love love Webster veterinary clinic. Everyone is so nice and caring From the moment you walk in they make you feel so welcomed. Doctor Cementa, Dr Lewis and Dr Pasternak are the most caring, compassionate Doctors you will ever find. I have 3 dogs that are my babies and I wouldn’t trust anyone except WVC with their care. The technicians treat your animals like they are real babies which I absolutely love. Lol. They talk to your pet and soothe them while taking blood giving shots etc. I am so grateful to have them for my dogs care. Thank you WVC for all that you do

I became a first time dog mom this year and have had a lot of questions and made many trips to WVC. Everybody I’ve talked to has been fantastic and my pup gets so excited when we go and happily runs off with whoever comes to get her from the car. They have been great about answering any questions I have ranging from basic random things to small emergencies and separation anxiety advice, and are so kind and helpful and get back to me quickly. They truly care about your animals and I know my dog is in good hands when we go.

It’s all about money for them more than your pets health. Experienced this issue on multiple occasions. Switching both dogs to another vet.

The staff is AMAZING! They went out of their way to fit our pug in when he was not himself. He is very nervous typically and the staff worked SO well with him. I highly recommend. Also, the cost of services is very reasonable compared to our previous vet office.

We adopted a puppy with special needs. Webster Veterinary Clinic was willing to work us into their schedule as soon as possible!..thank goodness because our vet was unable to fit us in anytime soon...even tho we had been customers for years!!!! Webster Veterinary Clinic has been amazing. They always respond to any questions, they are very thorough and wonderful to work with.

We’ve been patients of Webster Veterinary Clinic for many years. Followed Dr. Sementa from his previous clinic to here. Over the years and for all of our dogs we have seen all 3 doctors, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Passantino. They all are amazing and so caring. They will truly know you and your pets by name. They are not pushy nor do they recommend any services that are not necessary for your pet. Some of my dogs have ongoing health issues and they have been there every step of the way. The staff up front is equally just as wonderful and easy to get a hold of. I will always recommend them because of how well they have cared for our pets and how I see them treat everyone just the same.

We are new to the clinic and with the couple visits we have had we love them! My one year old shepherd needed a quick blood draw for her heart worm medication and they got her in super quick and she came out so happy! the staff was so nice and we truly appreciate them so much! My pup is a lover so at the previous vet when she seemed terrified to go in i knew something was wrong.. that is not a worry at all here. Definitely recommend bringing your pet to them!

We got our first ever puppy in October and have been with Dr. Lewis at Webster Vet Clinic since our pups first well visit. Everyone is so friendly and answers all my silly new pet Mom questions... sometimes more than once, with a smile! The PetDesk app they use for communication is super easy and I hear back from them quickly which I love. I’m a high maintenance pet owner and they have been amazing. As an added bonus, their prices are super reasonable.

I can not say enough about the care my dogs have received from the staff at Webster Vet. During the pandemic I had called several times for my senior dogs and they were responsive and I could not be happier with their service. Dr. Sementa and Dr. Lewis show their true compassion for your animals as if they were their own. Thank You for providing the exceptional care for my four legged family,. YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Webster Veterinary clinic has an amazing, caring staff. I trust them completely with my dogs and they have always provided the best care as if my dogs were their own. Their office manager, Nikki is professional and very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Dr. Lewis is excellent and very attentive!

Many thanks to vets and staff! Not only for our routine visits, but especially for the care when we had to put down our Boston Terrier, Freddy. We would recommend them to anyone.

I had taken my car Sam in twice for wellness check-ups with Dr. Lewis and things were fine cost me about $140.00. I took him in last month as an emergency patient because he had not been eating for 6 days. The vet I saw was new and she noticed that Sam's eyes looked yellow. She checked him out ordered blood work and xrays and antibiotics and something to settle his stomach and fluids subcutaneously and flea and tick treatment. All together the bill came to $722.96. $233.00 for bloodwork to be sent out, $172.50 for xrays etc.... I paid $230.00 deposit and was mistakenly sent home. Called back to say his liver was enlarged and would know more with blood work. I went to leave with him and asked to pay the rest of the bill $492.96, and they wouldn't send bloodwork out unless I paid full bill. I'm on SSD so I'm not rich. I ended up having to put Sam to sleep last week. I still wou8have had to pay an arm and a leg to have him put down there plus what I owe. I know they worry about the money more than the patients. Will never take another pet there ever again.

I called to have my dog seen and they REFUSED. Later on the same day, not even two hours later I had to put her to sleep at the Emergency Vets in Henrietta. What a HORRIBLE experience for my family. We have been long time customers of Dr. Lewis. She refused to see my baby, not even two hours later she had to be put down. How is that “Great” service for you?

I cannot say enough about this entire practice. We moved here 2 years ago from CA with a (at the time) 13 year old dog. They immediately treated her like they’ve known her sense she was a puppy. Throughout the last two years we’ve had a few scares with her and each time they have responded quickly and with the up most care. Next week she will be having surgery for a cyst she developed. I am constantly overly impressed by the entire staff and how they respond and reassure me throughout Zoies medical needs. They make us feel safe leaving her with them (we cannot go in due to Covid). I don’t even leave her for grooming so this was a big step for me. Zoie is always comfortable going with them and a wagging tail when she come out. They are quick but efficient. Both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Sementa have cared for Zoie and you can’t go wrong either way. They had VERY high expectations to live up to from the vet we left in CA and I can honestly say they’ve over exceeded our expectations.
