A very kind and knowledgeable staff! Gave me precious time with my senior kitty, and when it was her time, the kindness and understanding that Dr Brown and his staff showed me made all the difference. When I’m ready, and adopt a new fur baby, I know where to get the best care! Thank you so much!

I've owned a ton of pets and had different vets my whole life and Dr.Brown and his staff are the absolute best. They're all so so sweet and genuinely care for their little patients. I'll never change vets again, I trust them completely with my pups

Dr. Brown and his staff are the absolute best in animal care. You will not find a more kind or knowledgeable group.

Simply the best care for your precious pet in the Warwick area. Dr. Brown and the entire staff are so helpful. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, and they really take the time to answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Brown also will not waste your money on unnecessary treatments. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I cannot even put into words what my experience here was like. If google gave me the opportunity to list negative stars, I would. I left this practice in tears and shaking. Was I told that my cat was dying? No! I was basically told NOTHING! Charles Brown, the vet, subjected me to AT LEAST 50 irrelevant, stupid anecdotes (one about a Japanese mushroom expert who died after eating a mushroom) having nothing to do w/pet care, spent at least 10 minutes rifling through a dermatological reference book, attempting to find the name of a condition (clearly obsessed w/this endeavor, even though it didn't matter to me), castigated me for buying into "grain-free food" marketing, and made the most heartless, unempathic, stupid jokes I have ever heard. I DO NOT CARE THAT HE WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND, I DO NOT CARE HOW MANY PATIENTS LOVE THIS SITCOM VET. I DO NOT CARE THAT HE HAS BEEN IN PRACTICE FOR 40+ YEARS. I could go on for pages, but I will only relate two more incidents: (1) I was charged $32 for a feline rabies vaccines, which would have been acceptable, except that my cat did NOT receive any vaccines; (2) the cost of an exam, during which he said it was unnecessary to take my cat's temperature, was $82; and the entire bill was 4 TIMES WHAT I HAVE PAID ELSEWHERE. His last words to me as I waited for the bill, as tears streamed down my face, and after he had spent 40 minutes convincing me to arrange a follow-up appt in 2 weeks, were: "Well, you can set up the appt EARLIER if you want. If her leg falls off, I can glue it back on." Completely devoid of compassion and appropriateness. If an MD said that about your children, wouldn't you punch his lights out? This demented freak should be given a permanent room at the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center, where I am sure they have a copious file on him.

Best vet in town staff is extremely nice and helpful, also very accommodating. You can also walk your dog outside before you go in on the grounds. If your considering a new vet to take your pet just make an appointment.

This is the best vet in the area. The staff are kind and excellent and the location feels like you're in a farmhouse which personalizes the experience when there is an illness to attend to. I highly recommend it.

Couldn’t be happier with the care my pup received here. Has a reputation as being on the expensive side but absolutely worth the slightly increased cost for top notch care. Have been to many other vets in the area and WVVH far outpaces then all. They really care!

This office and vet has done everything they could to provide emotional and medical care to my pets and my family, Dr Brown is very knowledgeable and every visit is not only comforting when my pets are ill but also is a learning experience. I could never say enough good things about him or his staff.
