Great place. Appointment was easy. Came out to my car took my cat inside and then called me with updates till they brought her out. Can't ask for anything better. Reasonably priced also

Very nice staff. I had to bring a cat in that I found. Needed to scan him for a chip. They were very accommodating. Found the chip and immediately called the cat's owner. Thank you guys! ????

I really recommend this practice. They are so good with our pets. Their fees are fair. They go the extra mile to help you understand what is going on with your pet and how to best care for them. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional. I am so very grateful for their outstanding care.

I came across this vet because I have ferrets and they are one of the few vets that treat them. I'm glad I did as now I have a place to bring my dogs. They have been nothing but helpful, informative and seem to care about my pets as much as I do!

dislike they are still having you drop your pet off in the parking lot. no communication after receiving devastating news. didn't feel right and took my cat to another vet and 2 days later she looks so much better.

I had an emergency with my pet bunny and after calling 4 vets to try to get someone to help him this was the only place that was fully booked, but made time to help me. While in the end my lil guy gave out just as medication was being distributed, I found comfort knowing that the staff did their best to help me and him in our time of need. The were very comforting and understanding of the whole situation and I am very grateful for them.

They got us in urgently when no one else would this week. Staff was great to us and my cat got good care. They're still only doing curbside so we couldn't go in when our cat did which we didn't love but otherwise good experience.

Awesome vets! They spayed my rabbit Indiana and she healed perfected. I definitely trust them with her and my new bunny as well. They also provided me with Critical Care when I ran out. So helpful!

Dr. Robinson is awesome. We have been working with her for more than 18 yrs. When she left the place we used to see her at, we followed her to Country Willow. Its well worth the ride. She is an excellent clinician and very knowledgable. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. So happy to still have Dr. Robinson caring for our dogs and Counry Willow is lucky to have her.

So attentive, knowledgeable and understanding. I have an English Bulldog who has everything wrong with him. They have worked with me to help him have a better, happier life.

The Drs and staff are caring, and compassionate to the animals in their care and the owners . The facility is clean and well organized. They are very good at what they do . The care my dog received was top notch , Very knowledgeable about treatments and care . I would highly recommend

My rabbit had surgery done at Country Willow Veterinary Hospital and they were so helpful. They did a wonderful operation, and they answered all of my calls and questions! Amazing veterinarians :)

This was our first time going to Country Willow and we are so happy we made the change.

I took my ball python Slith here and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. They are currently only letting animals into the building because of the COVID situation, but the veterinarian took time to come out to the parking lot and talk to me about my pet and the issue I was having. I will definitely return to Country Willow V.H. if any of my pets needs a vet. Highly recommended!

I wanted to move my 5 dogs to a new vet. When I called I was told there were no available appointments for 3 weeks. That was, unless I wanted to pay extra, then there was availability. Great way to deal with a new client.

Negligent, unprofessional, lying, money hungry, inexperienced fools. Find another vet. Almost killed my very young cat because they read the wrong chart. Find another vet.

I’m in Goshen and didn’t know you existed till this week. I’m a new exotic pet mom ( 2 leopard geckos) Dr Brian was terrific! He took his time and explained things to me that I’d have no idea about. Looks like my one gecko may need more care, and I trust they will help every step of the way. I highly recommend them!
