It's a pet store. It's good. Prices are high as I found same pull toy in Walmart for $5 instead of$14.98. Nothing else to say.

It's where my pets go!

We bring out pets there for their shots. It's less expensive then going to your vet.

Just ok. Not that clean, staff not overly outgoing and friendly.

Doesn't have alot of merchandise. Lacking a large selection of leashes and bones for dogs.

Has good stock but always short on staff. But those that are there are super knowledgeable and friendly.

Don’t bother with this store, after waiting outside in the rain and other customer coming out informed me that the electric sliding door isn’t working and got to be opened by hand, A note on the door or the employee that was staring at me for five minutes could’ve told me this!!! Hey grooming appointment for 8 o’clock was told by the groomers I have to leave my dog all day and when they get them done they will call me, what’s the point of making an appointment if I got a sit around all day waiting for Petco to call me!!!

I wanted to buy fishes for my aquarium and I was waiting for about 15-20 minutes for help. I did asked for help and the staff said that someone will come over to help me. I waited for another 10 minutes and no one came. I will understand the wait if it's busy but it's not. When I exited the building 3 staff were just talking to each other in the front.

We made an appointment to groom our dog and they couldn't do it because it wasn't 100% still.Dog is a small poodle that doesn't bite....go figure. Very limited supply of cat food.

Jake from Wantagh helped me get my Pals reward figured out, he was patient and helpful, he was very knowledgeable, and handled everything with customer service for me.

Jesus! worst customer service The service staff, if you have any questions, is very rude and concise. the purchase is a disaster products out of order and crazy workers day and night. Really uncomfortable place to do your shopping. very bad!

Staff is very friendly at this location. I've been coming here for years and everyone is always ready to help. It's nice to come to a store and see happy employees.

Good experience. Gentleman helped me really understand the differences between adult cat food and kitten cat food. Ended up getting a mix of both so if they eat from each others plate it is not a big deal. Everyone wins lol... also got a new name tag and color for the newest member of the family. His name is Butterscotch

If I could give 0 stars for this location I would, and I now know why I choose to shop at PetSmart instead of Petco, especially this location. I called the store looking for a specific item which Petco said they had (at this specific location). And let me point out -- I know it was an hour before closing and on a holiday where people want to get home to their families, I TRULY understand it. That doesn't give them the right to be out right rude and unprofessional. When I called the store to make sure they had the item, one employee told me "We don't carry that" when I questioned him and said his company website said that specific store does carry it, he began to give me an attitude. "Out of Stock" and not carrying an item are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. After I spoke to him how he spoke to me, he then HUNG UP the phone on me. I proceeded to call back at which time they picked up and hung up the phone on me. After calling a 3rd time , I spoke with another employee who claimed he was the front end manager. I asked him to speak with the store manager and asked him what his name was and the employees name was, and he then proceeded to yell at me and tell me he didn't have to give me that information and hung up on me.
