My go to store for pets toys and furniture. My shopping is always pleasant and the animals are adorable!

This review is only for online shopping. I've never been to the store. I ordered cat food that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was thrilled that they had it and decided to have it delivered even though I don't live far. The shipping was very minimal and they delivered it themselves, not through any mailing company, and I got it the very next day! But to my surprise, when I opened it, they sent extra goodies! I only ordered the big bag of cat food but they sent a few cans of food, a couple of lids, a lint roller and a laser toy! I guess I won the store lotto that day! Impressed! Even without all the extras I would order from here again with such quick delivery and the product I needed. Thanks Pet Supplies Plus!

Our Family has been a customer since the store opened and i say this because the declined in this store is ashamed starting with customer service no greeting what so ever not even a thank you when paying at the register manager Tiffany i believe is her name is very rude and unpleasant to deal with if it wasent for the staff at the grooming i wouldn't even come to this store what happened to pleasantries and making your customers feel welcome this manager had no patience us we felt that our money spent and being a loyal consumer for this store had no value our experience with this manager the last couple of times hasn't been any friendly at all PET SUPPLIES customer deserve better

It ok. Prices are a little higher than normal or franchise pet stores. It's just the closest pet supply store I know in my area.

Good member discounts! This has become my go to place for anything my cats need. They love the new cat climbing trees. And there are great brands of pet food always stocked. Great staff!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Each time I go they always have the brand and size of food I am looking for.

Looking to purchase your Pets Needs? This is definitely the place AND then some... They do offer grooming n such. Don't go here for those services BUT the items for pet food, pet treats, pet toys, off the charts compared to most other places, and the sales from time to time are absolutely fantastic! (No I don't work there) I'm just straight up a consumer passing on the good word!

This place is great. The selection is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the fish/live animals always look clean and healthy. I also really love their DIY dog bathing tubs, they are also always clean and well stocked. By far the best pet store in the area.

Brought my dog for a full groom and cut, it was awful, choppy and uneven everywhere. Long hairs left ALL over and I don’t know if it’s from the collar they use on the table but the top of his neck is extremely sensitive and he won’t let me touch him there. May have to bring him to the vet if it doesn’t get better in a couple days. Needless to say I will NOT be returning again nor shopping here.

Had a great first time groom experience with Doug ...we have always groomed our own dogs and do was nervous as to how our dog would react to stranger grooming him ...Doug was very tolerant and patient with my hovering...it turned out great and would highly recommend Doug to all...

They are very helpful at this location but unless you know how to shop for a deal, you may be spending too much.

Love this place... The people that work there are the nicest people and always willing to help- it's kinda nice to have such pleasantness~ in these dark days...... Thank you to the ones that are always kind .... ????????????????

Awesome fish and aquarium plant selections! I stocked both my ten gallons with platys, cories and plants from here and they did great! Always take ick precautions (every pet store ever) but I just moved my fish to a thirty gallon and they are doing great! Awesome staff are always great and educated about what fish work in what size tanks!

Workers at the troy location are always quick with help, always incredibly friendly, and ive yet to see someone who didn't genuinely seem to love animals. I love shopping here.

Always someone ready to assist you. They carry all pet things you could possibly ever need. Grooming too. Wish they had a better selection of fish and didnt get their fish in with ick so frequently from supplier.

Today was my first time ever visiting a pet supplies plus store and the experience sure is different from PetCo and pet smart. I thought it was kinda weird I was greeted when I first walked into Pet Supplies Plus because I don’t get that at any other pet store. But then I quickly realized people here are just super friendly. Marylin cashed me out today she was super friendly and recommended something to help my dog which I didn’t think my dog would like as he is super picky but I decided to give it a try & he actually ate it! Thanks for the recommendation Marylin also thanks for the awesome customer service! I will definitely be back!

Took my dog in to get groomed and the job was a chop cut uneven everywhere and never trimmed the hair on her feet.. I'll never bring her back there..

The employees are all very nice and helpful I purchased 2 bags of cat food one time from here and both bags were expired. So definitely check the dates of your pet food items. But I returned them and got a refund, no problem. Also seems like they run out of wet cat food fast, so if you see something you need soon or want to try, grab it then. Don't wait.

Great all around,as usual. Staff especially pleasant.
