Good people but I surrendered cat after she hid and wouldn't eat or drink for five days. I was told her system would shut down so I surrendered her. She needed nutrition and hydration. I was scared she would die.

I brought a stray cat in for the free Trap Neuter Release (TNR) program. TNR is great because it reduces the feral car population without resorting to euthanasia

What is needed to adopt just wondering because we are considering to adopt?

Look up Ruby. She was a precious mishandled Pitbull Puppy when this organization got her over two years ago. Due to their neglect and unaffectionate treatment of this beautiful baby. She is now up for euthanasia. Somebody wants to adopt her and help her be a beautiful dog in society but they are only worried about getting their $$.

They were very understanding why i was there, very helpful for my needs.

They have cats, dogs and more in between

Amazing people, got my kitten here about two years ago. They were lovely, and so helpful. It was so easy, I couldn’t even believe it. Thinking of coming back to get another cat.

After a bad experience else where, I came here. I should have come here from the start bc I love my little baby. We took home a 2 year old cat. She is the best. I couldn't be happier! The staff was wonderful too they matched us up with her. They knew she was the right one for me. I would recommend to anyone!!

Love my Bosco !!! Aka Lucky Everyone was so nice ! I was waiting for him to be neutered and fully adoptable, I called all day to check on him !! I ran there to pay the adoption fee just to make sure I had him in the morning!!! and he was there waiting for me. ❤️☺️

We took home 2 little kittens. The pic is then a week after we got them. Very easy, cheap and quick adoption. No crazy hoops to jump through.

These folks are great. They really love animals. They have a real knack for matching up pets and people. Would surely go there again.

Great animal care, a good place to look for a pet.

Very clean and well maintained shelter. Very helpful staff that want to make sure you find the right pet for your family. Fair price for adoption fees includes shots and getting our cats fixed when they become the right age. We went in just looking and walked out with 2 kittens.

We had a wonderful experience with all at the Town of Oyster Bay Animal Shelter in Syosset and would recommend them to everyone. Very caring people and super clean facility.

Just adopted our beautiful little girl, Nana, from here. The senior pets for senior citizens is a free, wonderful concept. The facility is very clean, does not smell, and the cats have lovely cages in an open, airy, bright spot. The staff was very caring and kind.

Went there to see about adopting a kitten but they didn't have any for adoption just yet.. Soon they said

Staff is very caring, courteous, and professional, Animals are well cared for. Facility is clean. If you are considering a new pet I would reccomend visiting them as they have many adorable animals in need of a home. Conveniently located off the LIE service road.
