There were only 4 other customers in the store, yet there were no shopping carts in the lobby.

I am unable to lift heavy things and it's great to have curbside pickup and all of the workers are so so nice there

Syosset and Babylon usually have a better stock availability then Bay Shore - and employees are helpful.

horrible. the workers do not look after their animals properly. my friend was given a sick guinea pig that died a few days later due to the lack of care that these "workers" gave. they did not even know that the guinea pig was sick. go to any other petco than this one.

Store was clean and well organized. I was waiting in line with one register open while two employees stood having a conversation near the register. They were obviously not busy and joking while the line grew on a Saturday afternoon.

Found exactly what I was looking for for a fair price. Medium Parrot food. Nothing fancy but my Amazon likes it.

It has most items you are looking for. It carries a lot of food brands. You can of course bring your dog. The staff is helpful. The store is big and clean. The prices seem competitive these days. It is very convenient. The only issue is the parking lot is crowded. Be careful

We really like Petco for any of our pet supplies. We recently tried the dog grooming services and was very happy. We are going to be bringing our puppy to Petco for grooming services.

Super nice cat lady/employee helped me! She has a cat rescue and I have a cat rescue she was super nice! Just wish the store had nutrical. Formula is expensive lol

The grooming department was very rude to my daughter and me, and then refused service. I wasn't going to leave my dog anyway, after the unprofessional behavior.
