Dr Sangeorgio no longer owns this practice and the women who arrogantly stated she was the office supervisor made that very clear to me as if they do not like the man who built the practice from the ground up. She was extremely rude to me for absolutely NO reason. The reception was rude and lacked any understanding nor compassion. Didnt even fake to care. I felt like I was in highschool again. Why? The practice has gone downhill from here. Major. Reception is at utmost 5 stars for being unprofessional, horrible and disgusting to say the least. They talk to you as if they own the place and sound like snobs who know nothing about customer service. Time to find another practice for my pup. I do not recommend this practice anymore. No way. They should have experienced, compassionate staff handling reception.

I depend on the staff to care for my pets and they seem to do a good job. I have relied on the services for many years.

I love this veterinary center! My three cats feel comfortable with the doctors. They have never had an experience like this one. The center is open daily for everyone's convenience. I thank the staff for taking excellent care of my little sweethearts. Book an appointment, and see for yourselves.☺️

I've been going here for over 25 years. The staff really care about the animals. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and compationate and really take their time during visits.

They were very attentive and caring towards my dog.

Complete care has taken care of my multi pets over 20 years! Always kind and compassionate! And always treats medically my pets with knowledge and expertise.

I want to give this place five stars for the phenomenal Dr. Rodriguez but I'm finding it hard to do that due to their front desk staff. There is a very kind gentleman who sometimes works reception, he's always been fantastic. But I've called several times throughout the day today and never got an answer. This isn't my first time calling multiple times a day at different hours and still not getting reception. I've been inside the office recently and I had to listen to a receptionist carry on a very unprofessional conversation with a relative while she complained there were too many people on the other line. My partner and I were shocked as he has also experienced difficulty in contacting the office. I love this Vet clinic and the staff has always been delightful, but as we have pets with chronic illnesses it is super important to us that we can actually get in with the vet asap. Thats hard when no one even answers the phone :(

Amazing staff- kind, Considerate, understanding and they explain everything. It's a bit pricey but you very what you pay for.

I was extremely nervous on our 1st visit since my cat often bites. When we were there, she was very mellow & cooperative. The staff at Complete Care are very professional and I’m glad I chose them.

Lovely hospital w caring staff.

Took my puppy for his 3rd set of vaccinations and the vet asked all kinds of questions about his health , eating habits and behavior. I felt that it was more than just giving vaccinations. We just got a new puppy and I learned so much at the vet visit i can not wait for my puppy’s follow up visit to see his progress.

Dr.Rodriguez was very caring and explained everything about Shelia medical problem to us. Emily at the front desk was great she is so pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank You M.H.

We have four cats at home and have been taking all of them here for quite some time. The prices are good and so is the service. After two of our kitties had developed some issues we took them in and they saw Doctor Rodriguez. We have been blown away with how thorough, kind, and clear he as been about explaining the issues and recommending solutions. Definitely recommend this place, and especially Doctor Rodriguez.

Great all the way around, and they also do house visits

I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday and i accidentally came a day early in the rain in an uber.. i was so upset as i thought they were wrong but come to find out i was. I apologized and had no choice but to leave. However while waiting for my uber someone came back out and informed me that the person scheduled for that time slot did not arrive so if i wanted i could take it as they knew i took an uber.. i cancelled my uber so fast! I was more than happy and appreative they did that for me! I also had my son with me. And they took good care of my dog. I hate that he pooped inside lol but of course i cleaned it up. They gave me all meds and a shampoo and they worked. Even called to follow up with me to make sure im seeing results. They were soo nice. Definitely will return.

Love going to this vet it's my go-to vet especially with dr. John he takes care of my Bella girl very well due to the academic he was still able to see her and give her her shot outside pick up they came out to me and brought her back out to me Best Vet on Staten Island especially with dr. John he's very thorough thank you dr. John for always taking care of my Bella

My first visit to this place was amazing. The doctor is very personable and sweet. Lou, Dawn and Denise were very kind, professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant visit, my dog seemed very happy, and comfortable with the entire team, and we will most certainly be going back. We have found our new vet home for our baby!!!

I started seeing Dr. Sangiorgio 16 years ago when my very particular German Shepard refused to go to our then-regular vet. She liked Dr. Sangiorgio, and he took wonderful care of her. Over the past 16 years, he’s provided the absolute best care for our three dogs, 5 cats, and our ferret. We all highly recommend him.

Dr Sangorgio is the best veterinarian on the island

I will only bring my dog to this vet for all procedures and check ups. They are very professional and clean/organized. During Covid they made my dogs surgery super easy but coming to the vehicle with papers to fill out, the doctor himself would come out to see if you have any questions and explaining how the visit went. They always answer their office phone in a timely manner and are very responsive. Overall I would 10/10 recommend this office to bring your dog to.
