My first visit there but the staff was very friendly and Dr. Jeff was very good with my little fur baby...

After seeing another vet a week before and her saying he was fine, I knew my cat was sick. Took him to Lock one and saw Geoff. After a thorough exam this time, he had different things to say which we are now tackling one at a time.

An exceptional clinic. Dr. Geff is fantastic, as are his staff.

The new ownership seems to genuinely care about their clients and pets. Dr. Geoff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His staff as well. Considering the fact that they had big shoes to fill (Dr. Sam) they are doing an admirable job.

Had our first visit with Dr. Geoff this week and it was a fantastic experience! He was so thorough and very knowledgeable. His staff were so friendly and efficient! It gives me peace of mind to know that my animals are in good hands at Lock One Animal Hospital!

NEW OWNER!! The new vet that has taken over Sam’s practice has raised the prices SUBSTANTIALLY. I was quoted $450 to my cat fixed. They will be loosing lots of business.

I truly feel blessed to Have Sam and the staff at Lock One Animal Hospital. I have been going there for 14 years. It always amazes me at the time and care spent with my dog. Sam's ability to notice the slightest change in my dog, even after a long period of time has passed is so comforting. Financially, I am also convinced she can't be beat!! I cannot say enough great things about this place.

Dr.Sam is one of the most loving and caring veterinarian s I’ve met, she has cared for our miniature dachshunds for over twenty years now. Dr. Sam and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring I would not take our animals anywhere else. ????

Dr. Thompson is always a pleasure to meet with and has such a great bedside manner with our pets. You can tell by her interaction with our first dog and now our new puppy that she just loves animals. We appreciated Dr. Thompson and the genuine care she showed for our first dog so much that we couldn't wait to contact her to have her look after our new puppy. We are so thankful that she was able to take her on at her practice. We know our puppy is in great, caring hands and would recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian for their furry loved ones.

Dr Sam is truly the best around. She is genuine, caring, and it is all about the best care for the animals. Shes the only one I trust to care for my pets! (kids) Thanks for putting your heart into it.

By far the best vet around! Dr. Sam is so kind, caring and personable to each pet she sees and works with. She's always been so wonderful with my two fur kids. I always trust her judgement, and won't take them anywhere else. She clearly loves what she does and it shows in her work.

Dr.Sam and her team are exceptional. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with more than one pet. I own English Mastiffs and her level of knowledge and experience with giant breeds is comforting and gives me great confidence in her recommendations. Dr. Sam Thompson is the most kind and caring person. We have had her as a vet for 11 years and she is the best. I always feel better about my concerns for my pets health when I leave from an appointment.

I have been with Dr. Sam Thompson since she started practicing and I dread the thought of taking my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Sam's knowledge of dogs and her compassion to all animals is second to none. Everyone of our dogs - past and present, wags their tails and looks forward (without fear or apprehension) to seeing her friendly and kind face. Over the years, she has gone above and beyond by making house calls. Knowing she genuinely cares means she also holds a special place in our human hearts.

The Dr. at Lock One (Sam), has been looking after my dachshund for 12 years. She is an incredible vet with outstanding bed side manor. She has helped my dog a few times over the years with more urgent medical concerns and he has always been happy and healthy as a result. I have complete trust in Sam as my vet. Sam is incredibly humble and has an obvious and honest love for animals in general. When I was in my college years Sam would adjust her pricing to what I could afford. This breeds loyalty and shows how honest the business the is. Just outstanding!
