I have loved taking my kitty girls to Dr. Aziz for the last 8 years! We always feel very well taken care of! All the staff are so kind and thorough that I know my girls are getting the best care! Highly highly recommend!

I was in Niagara Falls staying temporarily with my brother after a fire in my home rendered my dog and I homeless. My dog Tucker a 16 year old Black Labrador was in the final stages of his life and I was far away from his veterinarian and needed help. I was able through the Dog and Cat Clinic to have him examined in the comfort of my brothers home, and with the help of Dr. Aziz I was able to let my baby cross over the Rainbow Bridge and to be out of pain. I will be forever grateful for the kind and gentle way Tucker was treated in his last earthly minutes. Thank you to all the staff at the clinic for their help and compassion in this most difficult time.

Our vet clinic that we go to in Niagara Falls is closed, and we wanted to check our dog asap. The clinic is very responsive and got us a spot right away. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Haidy is super nice! I would likely recommend this office! :)

Everyone at the clinic is patient and responsible. This clinic has been with my family for three years. My family have been here for surgeries, daily check-ups, and annual rabies shots, and they are all healthy and energetic now. Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to everyone around me who has pets at home.

Have went to this vet for the past 2 years until today. The vet was over 25 minutes late for the appointment. Not one employee said the vet would be late. Upon arrival into the room im told to put my cat on the scale …

My first visit with Dr Aziz was so pleasant. He took the time to explain my sick cat Jerry’s situation and answered all of my concerns about treatment. I didn’t feel rushed. The girls in the reception area are friendly and polite. Their prices are affordable and the whole staff seem very companionate about the care of their patients. I feel like my Jerry will get the best care .Would highly recommend this clinic!!

Pt black bear pt standard poodle. Now that I have your attention, my 130lb (before rapid weight loss) Bernese and Std. Poodle ate some unmentionables and could not keep food down for approx 4days. I live outside of the city and was visiting, Nick and co. got me in that afternoon, when 'nothing' in TO was available that morning. It was a wonderful experience during a trying time. Fortunately after x-rays/barium and gastro food he is on the mend. Thankfully no surgery was required - they provided me with all options - our family member was in the most professional hands on short notice. Highly recommend this clinic, the entire crew were amazing.

I have been going to this clinic for years now. I take all my children here and recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff is kind, caring, and patient. My yellow lab Benny absolutely loves them. They are also much more reasonably priced than other locations. This clinic is an absolute gem!

a lot of vets get judgmental when you are concerned about the price of their service, often implying that you don’t love your pet if you have to ask. the team here provides excellent service at a fair cost and when i discussed my budget with one of the doctors, she did not judge me at all. i will be hoping to make this my cat’s main vet for the future.

This veterinary clinic is the only one I hope to ever have to deal with and recommend highly to everyone I know who has a pet. The staff are phenomenal and their prices are very reasonable compared to any place else I have checked in the area. I had to have my poor sweet Ivy (cat) put down a few years ago and they were so caring. I have since taken my other cats to them for treatment and annual checkups. I can't say enough good about them!

This clinic has the best vets, veterinary assistants, and staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. My cat had kidney disease and they provided the most amazing care for him, even when he passed away. They were so caring. Since he passed, I've adopted a new cat and they are amazing with her as well. You won't regret bringing your pets here. ♡

We had just moved to the area and noticed our cat Orion was not doing well. I was able to make an appointment easily with the Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara. We were seen with compassion and understanding, when it was discovered that Orion was very ill. Everything was explained and the pricing was fair. I will be bringing my other pets to this location. The staff here are all super amazing & I can trust my animals life with them. I got my cat spayed a few days ago and everyone was so reassuring and took such good care of my cat!

I recently brought my new puppy for his first check up. It’s been a year since I had been because my previous dog had passed away. There are no words to explain how absolutely fantastic they were with him during the last stages of his life so I couldn’t imagine taking my new guy anywhere else but I didn’t expect anyone to remember who I was - I mean they have how many people coming in and it had been a year, but I was so wrong. They remembered me, my family and my boy and we’re so excited to meet the new addition. They make us feel like family and I can’t express how wonderful of a feeling that is and that doesn’t even take into account the Dr. Aziz is incredibly talented and skilled at what he does!! I mean, the man is a wizard lol. All of the staff is incredible!

I brought my Mallory in yesterday (Oct 8th,2021) and was seen by Nick at the clinic. He was very professional, kind and honest. I wasn't pushed into anything drastic but instead was given an inexpensive medication for my sick dog. I will be returning to this clinic as I left completely satisfied in all respects. Thank you.

Such amazing and caring staff. In the last year between my immediate family there was alot of loss. Before making any final decisions they tried and did everything possible to do what’s best in the interest of our fur babies. At that point I didn’t have any pets of my own but I knew as soon as I found my kitten I knew that this would be the vet that we’d be bringing Marley too. They’ve been so welcoming and friendly since we walked in the doors. As an added bonus their prices are affordable (not that I could put a price on my baby) it truly makes a difference when you are in the care of someone who actually cares about you and your pet

I made an appointment with Dr Nick. After a short amount of time he diagnosed Roxy with a swollen gland. He prescribed medicine and $250 later I was on my way. I was very disappointed to see that the medicine did not work. When calling back I was put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on. I called back again and spoke with someone. She told me she would speak with the vet and call me back. 2 hours later (past closing time) I called and was told the vet will call me around 9 am. At 6 pm the next day I called back and was told there’s nothing they can do for me. I can book another appointment if I wanted. I explained that I’ve already spent $250 with them and had no results. They said there’s nothing they can do for me. Do I want to book another appointment? Now I’m worried the issue has been pro longed and I’m left going to see another vet. Extremely un professional. Just a money grab really. They do not care about your animals.

After weeks of trying to find our cat Sweety a new vet, they were quick to reply and also sent the fees along with their initial email. It made things so much less stressful for trying to plan our finances for the appointment. On our appointment day we were greeted right away and within 5 minutes brought into the examining room. The vet was thorough in her exam and confirmed my sweet girl had an ear infection in both ears and not mites like I had originally thought. I also originally planned to have her shots caught up the same appointment, but the caring staff there let me know that because she was fighting off the ear infection they did not want to put her immune system under any more stress and we would book another appointment in the future. The prices were extremely reasonable for the exam + medication and I am so pleased we were able to get her an appointment. I 100% recommend! Thank you again for getting us an appointment so quickly so our Sweety-Pie can get back to feeling like herself!

A little over a year ago, my cat was hit by a pick up truck. Dr. Aziz allowed me to rush my boy in, and because of his wonderful advice my boy made a complete recovery. Lantern had a very bad fracture in his pelvis along with ligament damage. Now, over a year later, you wouldn't ever know that he was in such an accident. Thank you for saving my boy!

My 10 year old cat suddenly became sick. I was able to bring him in immediately to be looked . Dr Aziz came in early to care for him. Thank you to everyone there for all you do.

Was recently into The Dog and Cat Clinic and I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They have always been friendly and caring towards my animals! Thank you Dr. Aziz and Dr. Nick for all the help with Dawson! I would also like to thank the staff behind the desk and in the back! We received a referral to Dog & Cat Clinic from our groomer (Paws & Claws) and decided to take our new kitten here after having a terrible experience with a previous cat and vet. I cannot say enough about how amazing all of the staff and Dr. Nick are! We were welcomed with smiles from everyone; the energy there is incredible! All of the staff were super friendly and came in to meet our new little baby and introduce themselves to us. The facility was spotless and so inviting! We weren’t pressured into anything, only given genuine suggestions about things that could be beneficial to our kitten! The staff were so wonderful that our kitten even fell asleep on the table while we were doing her initial exam! We’re actually looking forward to coming back in the future! Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for making our first visit so memorable!
