Paradise Pet Salon Schenectady, New York

Our Bernese mountain dog is very anxious and fearful of just about everything, and bringing him to a groomer is always stressful for the both of us. But he went to Paradise Pet Salon for the first time today and Rachel was so patient with him! He came home four hours later with a far better cut than he's had from anywhere else, which just shows how much time she spent making sure he was comfortable. (Usually you can't even turn a clipper on near him without a freak out!) Thank you Rachel - we'll definitely be back!

Our fur child DESPISES nail trimmings. We’d argue every month when it came time to do so… We took her to the salon and she was done in minutes… no freak outs, no meltdowns… I can’t recommend them enough!

Brought my dog in on the wrong day! But they took him anyway, and he was still ready in 3 hours. He looks wonderful, I will absolutely bring him back!

Everyone that I've dealt with here at Paradise Pet Salon have been professional, great with my dog and myself, willing to go the extra mile as well as being friendly. This is the only place that my dog doesn't give me a hard time getting her in the door, she like to go. I'm thankful everyone is great!

Paradise Pet Salon has always taken extra care to make me and my pets feel comfortable, like family. And I have a high-strung chihuahua that needs "extra" attention. They're the best!

I have three shih tzus. Every time that I bring them to Jennifer she does an absolutely beautiful job with them. They come home Happy, and groomed to perfection .

I’ve brought my medium hair cat here multiple times for nail trims, sanitary clips, baths and brush outs. She can be difficult (fear-based aggression) which is why I can’t bathe her at home. They always do an amazing job in a timely fashion - plus the pricing is extremely reasonable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Paradise Pet Salon to anyone that needs to have their cat groomed.

The only place I will take my fur babies, I trust them 100%, I had a fur child my kitty Poodle pass away from a bad grooming experience at pet smart, thank God for Paradise pet salon, my fur children get excellent care and I know with the staff I don't have to worry at all about them being groomed. Happy fur mommy here.

Great service! Had a scheduled appt for Friday But had to call at 7 AM today a bit frantic after Shyla met up with a skunk on our morning walk. The staff got her in quick and took great care of her.!
