You should go somewhere else. Our cat died New Years Eve, we were just looking for a place that would cremate him and return his remains. Sarah(not sure of the spelling) answered the phone and said we aren't accepting new patients right now and we should go somewhere else. She was very inconsiderate and unsympathetic and in a hurry to get us off the phone. Not even a comment to say they were sorry for our loss. You can make up your own mind folks, but based on our experience you should go somewhere else.

Dr Rachel and Dr Sam are wonderful, as well as the rest of their staff. Their practices during covid were well thought out, and well executed, Just like every other aspect of their business. Cannot recommend highly enough

Love this place! We switched from Rotterdam Vet Hospital & couldn't be happier that we did! Dr. Sam is absolutely amazing!

These ladies took extra care of my dog and were just extra sweet and had nothing but nice things to say about my dog. 10/10 would recommend this vet clinic to anyone.

compassion less, driven by profit alone

Had another visit at companion this week and as usual, we had a great experience! My wife called them the second our girl started showing symptoms and they got us in the same week. We saw Dr. R but have seen Dr. Sam as well and they are both amazing. We have never met such compassionate, caring, thorough Veterinarians. We followed Dr. R from her previous practice and it was definitely worth the switch! The ENTIRE staff from the front desk, to the techs to the staff that works in the back are awesome. Everyone there welcomes you with a smile and seems to really care for each pet they see. We couldn't be happier with Companion Animal Medical Center! Thank you for always taking such great care of our “Kids!”

So glad we changed to Companion Animal Medical Center. They have always accommodated us, and everyone is so incredibly nice. LOVE this place!

I don't have enough good things to say about this clinic. I had recently started going earlier this year because it's close and it was convenient to take my older cat to. This was the best change I'd ever made the staff is fantastic and the Vets are amazing. I'll be taking my other cat there now too

Ok for regular appointments but abysmal for anything more urgent than a week as you will be told to go elsewhere, even as a patient of several years. Office staff is very rude and unsympathetic. Do not use if you ever expect your pet to get sick.

I have 5 animals. (4 cats 1 dog) My partner and I recently moved and needed to find a new vet for everyone. So Companion had great reviews and was recommended to us by a friend. First it took over a month to get an appointment. We decided to take them anyway and to take 2 cats for the first appointment together and the next appointment would be 2 cats and our dog. We the first appointment went well but expensive but one of them got blood work and glands expressed. $350.00 for that visit. The next appointment for 2 cats and a dog I ran 12 mins late and they refused to see anyone. Now I understand I was late but they couldn't see any one of them because of 12 mins? Not willing to work with me at all and the lady on the phone was very rude. This place is not worth the effort of writing this but I thought people should know.

Very quick and friendly, practicing very safe precautions for the animals as well as the owners.

Had to take my service dog for a leg injury and of course I was panicking... Never been a customer before and needed emergency care... Staff was super friendly and calm... although very busy they fit my dog in for a check up when they didn't have to and had every right to turn me away because I wasn't a regular client... Gave me excellent medical advice and my dog amazing care and all during a PANDEMIC... If you want a vet that cares come here best vet I've ever been to

This was our dog's first visit. Within the restrictions of COVID, the staff was great. They were efficient and professional. All of my questions were answered. Cosmo seemed to like them. All in all: recommended.

When I had to unthenize my dog this past week Dr.Sam was very caring and such a great staff I take all my dogs to them
