I have 5 rescue cats, all of which have had continued vet care. My most recent rescue was a kitten. My regular vet office wasn't able to help me with this kitten, but Dr. Jolie didn't hesitate to help. She went above & beyond what any other vet had ever done for me & my pets. She helped me to give this little guy (who was very sick) the best possible life he could have. Unfortunately, despite her dedication, loving & deeply caring heart, he passed away 1/11/22. It was very obvious I had found the most caring vet & staff any animal lover could ask for, Binx left behind 4 older brothers (cats) & a sister who's a Goldendoodle, they were best friends & she hasn't stopped looking for him. His brothers will now have continued vet care with Dr. Jolie, as will his best dog friend. To Dr. Jolie, I can't thank you enough for everything you did & tried to do for Binx. His four cat brothers & dog sister are looking forward to having you as their forever vet. ???????? RIP Binx, you are so very missed & forever loved.

I have a extremely anxious and reactive dog, time and time again she’s been sedated for the smallest things at other offices, not at hearthstone! Dr. Jolie is wonderful with Espyn, she even gave us the opportunity to tour the facility while we were deciding if this was the place for us. Absolutely wonderful staff, we won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Jolie has helped my dog immensely. I recently had changed vets to come to Dr. Jolie because I didn't feel my old vet was doing much for my dog. Dr. Jolie identified one problem he was experiencing after just a few days. She addressed that and moved on to my dog's next issues. I was so grateful to finally feel like he was getting help. Dr. Jolie is compassionate with animals and people. I'm very happy to have brought my dog to her.

Been going there for 16 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Total professionalism.

They refuse to see a pet unless you agree to stay or neuter your pet... Terrible policy and they clearly care more about their personal views 5haj keeping your pet safe.

Everybody at Hearthstone is very friendly and informative, they have the patience to take questions and discuss any concerns. I've gotten call backs to check on my dogs, after some visits even! My two dogs are always "treated" well and are comfortable in going there. Dr Jolie is great with them, 5 stars!

I made an appointment two months ago to have my two rescue bunnies spayed. They took down all their info, etc. We came at the specified dropoff time on the day we had it scheduled and they had no record of us or the bunnies. They seemed perplexed but certainly not apologetic. I wrote a letter to the vet, alerting her to what happened with her office staff. She was rude in her reply and told us we are not welcome at her practice. No apology for their error and the inconvenience it caused - just the continued assertion that they did not make an error. I would warn future customers to not trust a practice that is this disorganized (and rude) with their pets. Edited to add: I did not, as the vet suggests, demand that my rabbits be taken in for surgery. In fact, I was quite calm and understanding about the matter on the phone with office staff. I was encouraged by the rescue organization owner to let you know what happened with your office staff, in case you were not aware, which is why I sent a letter detailing the experience.

Doc was so gentle and caring

Rude staff that doesn't know how to handle a dog that's a little aggressive towards strangers poking at her while her mom waits outside. Brought my dog in for a nail puncture infection and I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life. The vet and the tech both were horrible. My husband normally takes her so unfortunately I didn't catch the lack of professionalism is badic human kindness sooner.

Nothing but good rates, friendly service, and nonetheless they take care of my cat just how a vet should! Highly recommend.

Unpleasant staff with zero empathy or compassion. One would hope the physician's creed, "Do No Harm" carries over to the animal world. Not here.

Great people, great with animals

They spayed a feral cat for me which was great. The waiting area is the size of a large bathroom so I wouldn't bring a nervous or aggressive animal if there was any chance of having to sit there for awhile.

The vet she is the best. Our cat injoyed his visit the staff and vet injoy and love animals.

We LOVE Dr. Jolie!!! After getting our puppy, Henry, he became VERY ill. Dr. Jolie has been on top of getting him back to health. She has gone above and beyond for us, more than we could have ever asked for. She is very thorough, answers all of our questions (and one of us has A LOT ;) ), and one can tell that she truly cares about the animals. On top of this, she has convenient hours. Highly recommend.

I will NEVER take another beloved pet to this clinic. My dog was neutered here as part of the program we adopted him through. Other than the confirmation call the day before, there was no other communication (what to expect, what paperwork to bring, etc.). When we picked my dog up he was crying hysterically in the back. The woman told us over and over how he needs to be better socialized because he was “so noisey and talkative all day and didn’t trust anyone” (he goes to obedience class and doggy daycare and is regularly around other people, so I’d say he’s pretty socialized). When they finally brought him out he smelled HORRIBLE. No one on the staff mentioned anything until we asked about why he smelled so bad. We were told he pooped in the crate after surgery but because of how nervous he was, the supposedly trained veterinary tech was unable to get into the crate to clean it. So after going through surgery, my dog sat in his own mess for who knows how long. That’s unsanitary, not to mention inhumane. Then we asked for a collar to take home just in case he started to go after his stitches, and we were charged $16 for something that looked like it had been worn by 100+ other dogs. To say that this was an unprofessional experience doesn’t even cover it. The only reason I’m even giving this one star is because I have to in order to write the review. I’ll never trust this place with another one of my pets.

Dr. Jolie is an incredible vet. I adopted a rescue years ago who had been abused and had severe trust issues. Other vets dove into her space and threatened to muzzle her. Dr. Jolie sat on the floor and gave her time to get to know her. Dr. Jolie is willing to listen to you. When you have concerns, she gets you right in. When meds aren't working, she reaches out to other Doctors (I'm wary of any Dr. who knows it all). She doesn't believe in over burdening the animals bodies with too many vaccines in one day. She will have you come back the following week (no added fee) just to take it easy on your pets body. She's more than willing to consider homeopathic options. When the end was approaching, Dr. Jolie was there for us. She gave us our options and we were able to reach her when the time arrived. I am grateful for the wonderful care she gave our girl and will return to her when we decide to adopt again.

Dr Jolie, Beth and Dominique took great care of my siamese cat over the past many years. When she clearly began failing (at 18), they all made sure to keep her comfortable until the time came when she was ready to go. When she was, it was done with sensitivity and compassion. Dr Jolie gave my dear cat a good extra year with expert veterinary care. I am grateful for all they did for us.
