Very Kind, Caring and Compassionate...

Everyone at that office has always gone out of there way to help me and Brando from day one since we have been going there. I am so grateful to have a animal hospital I can trust and one that does not make me wait for over an hour or over charge me. They are always friendly and helpful but most of all they love Brando and that matters.

Rocky Point Animal Hospital has taken the very best of care of all of our dogs. We have been patients for over 15 years, we just had our puppy well check the other day, our third dog. They always take their time, never in a rush, going over all details in a caring and compassionate way. We have always felt our dogs are in the best of hands. This was totally apparent, on many occasions, but especially a year and a half ago when our beloved Harry had to be put asleep. My family and I will always be grateful for how Rocky Point Animal Hospital handled the whole process, from months prior (he had a progressive sickness) to the end, as well as, follow up calls afterwards. This is truly an A+ Animal Hospital with gifted Vets and staff.

Dr. Caputo is knowledgeable, empathetic and very gentle in his expert care of our eleven year old Shih Tzu. This practice goes all the way to make sure my baby girl stays healthy. I am grateful for their quality approach and wonderful staff.

Our newly adopted dog was suffering from severe dental disease. Dr. Kahn is skilled and compassionate and treated our dog with the utmost care. We have been clients of this practice for over 25 years and have had exceptional care from Drs. Caputo, Cangelieri, and Morgenstern. We would not consider entrusting our pets to any other practice.

Very friendly and accommodating. My Princess has seen 3 of the vets there and they are all kind and compassionate. Staff is awesome as well.

Thank you to the doctors at RPAH for taking care of my beagle, who means everything to me, during a medical scare. Prior to visiting the animal hospital, we visited emergency services which were more stressful than helpful. At RPAH, the doctor spoke with me, listened to my concerns, examined my pup with tender care (and peanut butter), and explained their findings in plain language. My pups is on the mend, and I feel confident that I can call or visit if I have any difficulties and when she needs a wellness visit!

RPAH helped us bring up our precious Golden Retriever Bailey. Whether in person or by phone, they always provided excellent care & absolute compassion. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old Bailey & they all compassionately helped us through this intolerable day & even days after by mail. Wouldn't, couldn't have faced it without them. We are eternally grateful. YOU COULDN'T CHOOSE A BETTER VET.

I love Rocky Point Animal Hospital. My cat, Birdie, saw Dr. Olds and she was so thorough and helpful with a great disposition. Natasha had a magical touch keeping Birdie calm. I have been using Rocky Point Animal Hospital for four years with my two cats and definitely recommend them.

Great caregivers and staff. Like good neighbors.. There's plenty of parking spaces, restroom, access to other shops if you have an extended wait. Highly recommended!

Dr. Caputo is a very kind caring gentleman, he puts the animals first. You could not ask for a better veterinarian.

I have 4 cats and only trust them with Dr. Kahn and her staff.They all show how much they care for our cats every time we take them for a visit.We have been going there for at least 12 years and would not consider any other doctor for our cats.

While not an ideal scenario for a first appointment with a dog, I brought my puppy to RPAH and had to wait in the car. In a perfect world I would have liked to be in the exam room. Knowing this, the person that helped me, introduction, brought dog in, etc was great. I expressed concern about an issue with the dog and the vet came out and spent the time to provide their opinion. Despite corona it was a good experience.

I had an established account with my cats here....as a matter of fact my last day was operated 3x here... unfortunately I had to have him put to sleep before his 4th surgery... Last week my other cat got sick and they kept telling me they had no appointments for him, I explained that he couldn't even stand up and they suggested that I find a animal hospital which I thought they were to take him to, I wound up going to the Animal Hospital in Selden and they started caring for my cat, the vet over there called Rocky Point Animal Hospital to explain to them what was going on with my cat and they told the vet that we were not clients of them, meanwhile I had an appointment for the following Wednesday that they gave me. I cannot believe that they would not even tell the vet the truth that we had an established clientele there, just because we didn't take all cap there every week to get checked. They are supposed to be an animal hospital and actually had me go to another hospital with him oh, I will never ever ever take another animal to them, they are not professional oh, they have no compassion oh, and they shouldn't even be in business sending poor innocent animals that are very sick away. I found a very very good veterinarian and I'm very happy with him and he doesn't turn anybody away

Two months ago my absolutely gorgeous bloodhound mix developed a fast growing bump on his nose. I brought him to Rocky Point Animal Hospital and it was my first visit there. I'm very glad I brought Rodney here as he is gorgeous once again. You can't even tell he had surgery! Dr Morgenstern has hands of gold! And with this Covid scare thing going on, the staff was cordial but professional. I will bring my other pets here in the future and would recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

Will not let me talk to the vet in person with my dog. Even though I have been vaccinated and will wear a mask. Very unsympathetic woman on the phone.
