Customer service excellent. The cost of a flea collar a little elevated but to be expected for neighborhood establishments.

By phone I just attempted to purchase a gift card or certificate to be mailed to a relative who resides in Rochester. The unexpected response was “I don’t think we do that”.

Small store but has a decent selection of pet items

Always clean with a caring staff. The animals all look healthy and happy.

Had our dog, Bailey, neutered in the morning, wanted a post-op collar to replace any lampshade provided by the vet. Excellent phone help by Archer. Drove to the store that same afternoon and met Lisa the owner. She custom-fitted a Kong Cloud collar...great personal service. Bailey agreed.

The big box pet stores never have what I need. Park Ave Pets ALWAYS has exactly what I need.

Very friendly staff. We brought our dogs here for baths and the owner was so kind to us even though our dogs are crazy. The staff also helped us pick out the right things to take care of our carnival gold fish.... The gold fish died a week later. RIP Squid

I really like this business! Helpful and sweet employees and fairly good selection. I would have a few recommendations such as, to give their guinea pigs more hay and more hides and to stop selling small critter cages that are too small for the critters! Only a friendly suggestion! Otherwise best pet shop within a reasonable drive.

Loved that it was a small private shop! In my experience they usually don't have much so it was a good option for feeder fish... They had sooo much stuff to my surprise, I walked out of there not only with feeder fish... But dog clothes, cat goodies, bird stuff, new fish for my community tank, and my daughter wanted a betta fish, and they were in SUCH GOOD CONDITION compared to chain pet stores! 10/10 recommend stopping in!

I discovered this on my way to the park. It's cute and quiet and they have ALOT of items you wont find anywhere else. It's super dope and the down to earth vibe will def have me coming back. If they dont have an item they will try to have it added to the shipments. I gave 4 stars bc they didnt have the small dog boots my pup needed. Otherwise I'll check on Weds which they said more should be in.

I love taking my Milo there to get groomed. Austin does a fabulous job. Austin works very well with Milo who has a very high anxiety.

I love park Ave Pets they do awsome grooming here. They are pleasant and always happy to see the pets come in. I have taken mine there several times and have never been disappointed. I wish I could give more than five stars they are well worth it so happy with them. You can really see the difference I put the before and after pics.

Awesome local small business that carries surprising variety and quality of items in store. Many small mammals, birds, and a variety of tropical fish for sale at all times. All supplies for classic pets like dogs and cats are available all the way up to chicken feed and aquarium air pumps. Stop in for any of your pet-related needs!

This place is great! The owner is super nice and will order what ever you're looking for if she doesn't have it in store.

Friendly staff and great store. The walk-in dog shower is a nice service they offer and my family uses it often. My kids not only like giving their dog a shower there but also looking at all the animals.

Great independent pet store. The owner is always there and is super nice and offers great customer service. They offer grooming too. Can find high quality food for dogs, cats, and other animals. Everything you need.

My husbsnd and I visited Park Ave. Pets for the first time today. My 2 month old English Bulldog needed his nails trimmed. I have only had him for one week and was a little apprehensive. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. There is a wide variety of merchandise to chose from and we will definitely be returning to Park Ave Pets for Rexs' supplies. I am happy to support a local business where it it obvious that there is a genuine love for what they do!???? Thanks again, Edith & Rex????

Love this local shop. We bring our dog here for nail trims and they can always fit us in and do a great job. Just added a fish to our house too and they were very helpful. Friendly, responsive staff and the friendliest cat of all time who lounges on the desk.

Lisa is a fantastic businesswomen. And loves her animals. I highly recommend this store.

Bathing facilities very good. Boss got his nails trimmed and they have good selections of toys for big dogs. The cashier was very attentive and nice. ????????????????
