This place is spectacular! With wonderful caring staff that go the extra mile with your beloved pup! I never have to be the least bit concerned when my baby is there. She loves it and so do we! Overnight boarding is also available and I would highly recommend!

I love K9 Playtime because the staff are so wonderful. My Molly gets so excited to go there and play with all her friends, both human and canine, she can barely wait for me to stop the car. And when I pick her up she is happy and tired. She is so much more confident around other dogs. We are both very satisfied!

Phoebe loves her friends at K-9 Playtime. We swear she knows which days she goes to doggie daycare and gets excited! She has a fear of men and Jack has continued to try to help Phoebe relax around him. He shares videos with us. Phoebe also enjoys Spa Day once a month. We love the feedback at the end of the day. Phoebe is treated as a pal not as a number. We are thrilled they are so close to NWVillage. Thank you!

Staff has amazing been amazing in dealing with me! I’m always 5-15 mins late to pick up my dog, I always need a last min boarding and even once my parents forgot to pick up my pup. I can not stress how amazing this team is and I am SO thankful to have found them! My dog isn’t the most social boy but I feel like he really does enjoy his time here vs other doogie daycares.

My dog loves it at K-9 Playtime! She goes a couple days a week and always comes home happy and tired! She sleeps the rest of the evening which is great for us with the energy she normally has! Very convenient to our work and our house as well, would recommend to anyone!

i have tried several other facilities which all have their pros and cons. A surprising number keep dogs in crates for part of the day so that they "do not get overstimulated" (if I wanted my dogs crated I would leave them at home and save the money and travel time). Here the emphasis is on socialization and play. The staff obviously love the animals and they remembered my labradoodle's name after the first visit which impressed me. I would give them a five star rating but they do not have cams which I would prefer (not to check up on people but to entertain me while I work). Jon

I have been bringing Jake here since they started at the Atlantic location! Everytime I drop Jake off I know he’s going to have not only the best time but he well taken care of by the kindest staff. He loves it! Overall the best dog daycare in Rochester by far❤️

My dog has been going to K-9 playtime since she was a puppy. She truly seems like a part of the family there. It's such a great feeling to know that she is being well cared for, loved and is playing safely with her friends when I'm away at work. Amazing place, great staff. 5 stars :)

These guys are great! Super clean, expansive facilities, with professional staff and lots of activities for the dogs. My dog Hobbes loves it here. He goes to day care once each week and I've boarded him as well. Highly recommended

My two dogs love this place more than their own home. They play with all their friends all day long, and come home drop-dead exhausted. Highly recommended

Andy has been going here for almost 9 years now. I don't know what I would do without them. He has had some very bad separation anxiety issues over the years and they were always able to accommodate anytime I needed to drop him off so I could get a couple errands done and couldn't leave him home. All I do is ask him if he wants to go to daycare and he's ready to run out the door. Andy loves you guys! One thing I remember is that on the 2nd day I ever dropped him off, they remembered his name. Unfortunately, his sister Charlotte can't handle it and gets too overwhelmed but she loves stopping in to get her nails trimmed.

K-9 Playtime is the best. The owner and staff really care about the pups. A special shout out to Jack. My pup can’t wait to get in to play with his pack and comes home happy and tired. This place is great for my pup and saves my sanity!

I stopped in randomly before sending my cavalier King Charles here. The front office part reeked of urine and was the first red flag. I asked the guy if I could take a look around and was told no (second red flag) and that I could come on a Saturday when the owners can watch their pups play with other dogs. He then changed his mind and told me I could come inside and see the four other cavaliers. They were inside a large cage with an old ottoman. It was hot, stuffy, and humid. No toys, and didn't see any water. It was a beautiful day out and I asked why these dogs were not outside with the others. He said "we rotate them". I immediately left and knew I would never step foot in this place again. I would feel guilty leaving my dog at this "facility".

Simply the staff is not friendly. I went in to pick my dog up and as I opened the door there are 4-5 dogs in the entrance way and one gets out without a leash on. Instead of the staff apologizing for letting out one to many dogs before they get a on leash, instead I have a staff member (woman) rudely say as she walking away from me to the back, that ppl (meaning me) need to learn to keep the door closed.

This is a great Daycare for dogs! How do I know? I take my boy there once a week and he can't get in the door fast enough! I sometimes take him for the Saturday morning 1 hour playgroup and I can see myself what a blast he has. I can see that the staff there truly love dogs♥️

No matter where we live in Rochester, we will forever take our dog to Dog E Woggy’s! Nala loves the friends she’s made there as well as the staff! We pull up to the building and she goes nuts! They even called to check in on her when she was injured! You can tell that they are 100% in it for the love of the dogs and we are so grateful for all that they do for Nala and the rest of the dogs!

I really wanted to like this place. We live in the neighborhood, so it would be hugely convenient, and the building is a cool design concept. But we had multiple disorganized, confusing and frustrating encounters with the staff here. My boyfriend initially called to schedule my pit bull for daycare. The owner emailed us the necessary intake docs and asked us to bring my dog for a meet and greet/assessment. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment a few days later, the staff said they didn’t know we were coming and asked for our paperwork. We explained that we had already submitted it to the owner, but we emailed it to the staff again so they could reprint it. When we returned to pick my dog up a few hours later, we were told everything went great and that my dog was cleared to start daycare as soon as we submitted our paperwork. We explained that we already sent it twice, including to staff that same morning, but were asked to submit it again because they didn’t have it. Later that day, I noticed 3 tears on the pads of my dog’s paws, which she must have gotten from the daycare meet and greet, as we took her there first thing in the morning. She couldn’t walk by the end of the day, so I called the vet, had her rest for a few days, and she recovered. Not a huge deal. I expect these things will happen at a doggy daycare, so never mentioned it to staff. About a week later, after she recovered, I dropped her off for her first day of daycare. Two hours later, I received a call that my dog had been separated from the other dogs and needed to be picked up ASAP. I asked what happened, as my dog has been to 11 other daycares between Rochester and NYC (where I used to live) and never had a single issue. They responded by telling me “she just isn’t happy here” and needs to leave. I asked again what happened and whether she was aggressive toward the other dogs. As a passionate dog mom and behavior therapist of humans, I find these details crucially important so I can address any issues immediately. I sincerely want to know how my dog is behaving, especially in a case like this that sounded so out of character. The response was “we don’t use that word [aggressive] here” followed by an explanation that “she’s no spring chicken” anymore (she’s 6) and would be happier somewhere else. When we picked her up, my dog was sitting calmly separated from the other dogs and again no one would explain what happened. I still never got an answer. They didn’t refund any of the entire day I paid for daycare, which is fine. But, it took me 5 outreach attempts over 3.5 months for them to finally return the $200+ daycare package I prepaid for. They also provided recommendations for 2 other daycares we could try about 40 minutes outside Rochester. Which I found strange. My dog has since been back to another daycare in Rochester multiple times and never had any issues. In fact, I’m constantly told what a kind, loving dog she is, which is more consistent with reports from precious daycares. In summary, I don’t trust this place due to the repeated disorganization and vagueness about an apparent incident that I believe should be shared with the dog owner.

We started bringing our dog here in June and he just loves it! And we love it when our dog is tired out after a day of play! We've also boarded our dog multiple times (sometimes on very short notice) and everyone is wonderful!

The owner is often on site and is very knowledgeable when it comes to dog behavior and compatability. Her heart and soul are weaved throughout the place and it shows. Our dogs enjoy every minute of their time here and as a dog trainer I highly recommend this facility.
