Great place to bring u fur baby and great people. Also they have a few cats running around and they are adorable

I've taken my cat here for a couple of years. I've become quite frustrated, as the office seems pretty chaotic, phones go unanswered frequently. The responses and care itself seem somewhat lackadaisical. I changed vets.

They were wonderful during a difficult time.

They cared for my cat for the past several years through to the end of her life. They always provided quality care, honest information, and fair prices for their services.

They were extremely attentive to my cat. The staff is fantastic and very caring. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had to bring my cat in for long overdue shots and the staff was super kind and helpful with updating my cats info. They weren’t judgmental of the fact that my cat hadn’t been seen in years. I brought my 3 year old daughter with me and they were so kind to her and not at all bothered that she came too. It seems rare to find places you can bring your child to nowadays where the staff doesn’t seem put out. I also really appreciated the thorough job they did to make sure my questions about my cat were answered

I've brought every single one of my cats to Dr. Arnold for almost 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She and her techs handled every single one of them with gentleness and compassion. With me, she's been professional and has never rushed me, taking the time to explain things. In fact, I've found that Dr. Arnold has a great deal of patience with both my cats AND me. When it comes to quality care for a beloved pet, price is irrelevant in my estimation, but I've found their prices to be reasonable and fair. For those who say they're expensive: good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good. There was only once I felt overcharged for the services performed, but that veterinarian is no longer there. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, professional and accommodating. Are there times when it's busy, the phone is ringing, and staff is hustling to get things done? Sure, but that happens in ANY business. I own/run a business also and there are days when unforeseeable circumstances make the day hectic at times. It's the businesses where the phone isn't ringing and employees are sitting around that you need to worry about, folks. I was there less than a week ago and the place was clean & didn't have cat urine smells. I give this practice an A+. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my babies' care.

A cool vets office for sure! The cats that live there are happy and well adjusted. Thank you for the flea preventative.

We have been bringing our fur babies here to see Dr. Betsy Arnold since 1996. She is the best! Both her and her staff are very helpful, friendly and caring ❤. Caring for Cats is the only place we will bring our fur babies!

Great company, called for a semi emergency and they made sure they found a way to squeeze me in that day, I really appreciate that. The prices are also very fair.

I absolutely love all of them

I am fostering a stray momma who had kittens Thursday. Today, monday she is still having diarrhea. I called Caring for Cats and they only had one appointment left but I had to get there in 20 minutes. Thanks to their kindness and love for cats my little momma is resting with her babies. And I am so relieved.

Called just now and stupid lady said, “Yea, we are not caring for sick cats at this time”. Soooooo, you only see healthy cats!? Then what’s the point of calling yourself a “cat hospital”. I think she needs to learn the definition of: hospital. She was very snooty! I took a screenshot of the services right off of their webpage! Does it not say service exam for vomiting cats!? I don’t even know if my cat is sick, he’s throwing up his food and I need to know if he’s sick and why he is vomiting up his food! Isn’t that their job!? To find that out!? Then the lady proceeds to say, “Try changing his food”. Oh is she a doctor now!? I’m not taking advice from a phone answerer!

Dr. Arnold is the best! She listens and explains things in a way that's easy to understand and truly cares about your beloved pet(s). Dr. Hartman is no longer with the practice, thank goodness!

We love this place. Despite moving from Greece, we still commute to this place because they know all four of our cats and treat them so incredibly well.

I’ve been bringing my kitties here for almost 10 years. They have always done what is best for my kitties. The demeanor can sometimes be ‘prickly’ but tell me about a place that is completely filled with happy people that never have a bad day. Regardless they always give really good care.

Caring for Cats vets and assistants are the most caring pet people around. I've had them for my cats through the years and often recommend them to friends and family. ????????‍⬛????

We’ve taken our cats here for years. They’re very good at what they do. It’s nice that they only see cats. No dogs allowed! ???? The decorations are cute. The staff are friendly. I would highly recommend.

Love this place. Veterinarians are good with the cat clients. Prices for exam, vaccination and nail clipping were reasonable. Luna kitty behaved badly but they were patient with her.
