The vet was able to get me a new patient last minute emergency visit which was impossible to find. Office was very friendly, caring and helpful. I felt my cat was in good hands there and he didn't want to run unnecessary tests and waste money so I feel he was genuine.

Money hungry and terrible. Made us believe our pup had a food allergy and sold us expensive diet food that wasn’t even puppy food. The Vet made remarks towards my fiancee that made her feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We went to a new vet and he was appalled at what we told him about Roosevelt, our pup has been doing great since. Avoid this vet, they just care about money.

Very amazing caring doctors who don't overcharge or do procedures that aren't needed.

They are the most amazing people moved here 3 years ago with 6 cat neighbors recommended a vet local i used him for a 2 years called him told him my cat got bit by dog he didn't care my girlfriend used Roosevelt for years I called them took my cat immediately most amazing people just called them again my other cat got a allergy they took her in next day love them

My dog had an on going problem. Every time I brought her in I would be told something different - no consistency with what care should be taken.

I used Dr Phil for 30 years at Roosevelt but that changed yesterday. I brought my dogs for maintenance and allergy shot and this is what transpired: two young attendants came outside to get my dogs to which I asked one of them about when we would be able to come inside facility to attend my dogs care. After all three weeks ago my wife was allowed in to attend my cats euthanasia. The response from one the attendants was nothing short of shocking: “ I’m tired of this question and I’m not going to have this argument now.” To which I responded it was a legitimate question to what should have been a conversation. With that she said “ you can always go to another vet “ Can you imagine going to an animal hospital where they treat you like that after spending tens of thousands and recommending the place to dozens? I promptly told her to go eff herself. When I got home Zangara called to recommend a vet where people can attend treatment with their pets inside. Imagine the callousness?

Responsive and always follows up! They love their four pawed patients and their two footed parents...kind and gentle and most important professional and knowledgeable. They were my pup’s vets when I moved to Fl (an entirely different vet experience but don’t get me started)...I hated to leave them...am currently visiting NY and my pup took sick..they saw him immediately and followed up next day and the day after that! Miss this practice!!!

Great staff all the way around, my dog is normally shy to new people but he felt very comfortable with everyone here. Made an appointment over the phone and was able to be seen promptly, when I arrived everything was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. All treatments and issues were concisely explained and successfully cured. Highly recommended A+

This is our second dog that I am bringing to Roosevelt Animal Hospital. Our first dog, Max, was so well taken care of and loved until the final moments when, unfortunately we had to put him to sleep. At the time Dr. Philip Zangara was amazing to us and I honestly felt Max got a loving send off. Years later we are bringing our second dog and between Dr. Philip and Dr. Chris (his son) the quality continues. We drive over an hour and pass many many vets on the way and I would never consider leaving. It's more than worth the trip every time. They are compassionate, responsive and more than reliable. This goes for the staff as well. We couldn't be happier with this place.

Have to say the everyone here is exceptional, caring people. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my new pup.

Dr. Zangara & his staff are awesome. They care for your animals with love & explain everything that's going on.. Also very patient with nervous pet parents!

Great Vet. Nice staff

The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and helpful with our new dog and has been very helpful with our cats.

I have bringing my pugs to Dr. Zangara for years. I only have one left now, and they just helped her through a health crisis of pancreatitis, diabetes and an intestinal infection. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They're staff are tender with the animals. I can't say enough positive things about them!

This Animal Hospital was wonderful! I found a stray kitten with extremely damaged eye. I called several rescue and veterinarians, they could not give me appointment for a least a month, the poor thing needed help fast. The staff and doctor here were very helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

Been coming in for years with 3 dogs and couldn't be happier. Doctor takes his time with our dogs and recommends what's in the best interest of the pet. Always able to get an appointment.

Our doofy dog has gotten a few serious cuts lately from playing outside. As concerned dog owners, my boyfriend and I tried to make an appointment with our regular vet. Who said he had no time for us. We called about 12 other vets in the area who told is the same thing. "Come in tomorrow." When we called roosevelt, we get an appointment day of to take a look at our dog. They have accommodated us not only once, but twice with last minute appointments. These people are true pet lovers.
