Dr. Monaco and his staff were very friendly and thorough. This was my first time using this office for my ferrets first exam. I have always heard good things and I totaly agree.

Incredible staff and brilliant veterinarian. We bring our sun conures here for grooming, checkups, and sometimes boarding. You can tell that the staff here really loves animals. They treat our flock like family and have helped us through some tough times with our babies.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Monaco and his staff!!! He has been there for my family and I, for over 25yrs!! He has not faulted even once!! He has saved and cared for my cats and dogs on numerous occasions!! I’ve been in the company of several veterinarians and he stands alone when it comes to the care and support you rely on during worrisome pet health issues!! You can always count on the fact your getting the highest level of diagnosis and treatment!! His entire staff is well trained, due to the fact that they guide and support you before, during, and after the visit!! In addition to aftercare!! And his colleagues, Dr Eisbruck & Dr McGowan, are tremendous assets to the Old County Animal Clinic!! Your pet will thank you for choosing Dr Monaco to care for them!!

Had a great, albeit quick, experience here, and I'm so thankful for Dr. Monaco and his team. I'm always weary of bringing our little caique anywhere after a string of unpleasant experiences – there was the groomer who cut her tongue during a beak trim, the vet who treated her like a money pit, shaming me into spending hundreds of dollars on unneeded blood tests and exams. Not to mention reading too many horror stories of birds going into shock on the table because of poor treatment. So when our sweet Kimi needed a simple health certificate, I thought another unnecessary, stressful experience would be inevitable, and I kept putting it off until I just couldn't anymore. Did my research for trustworthy avian specialists in the neighborhood and found this place. Dr. Monaco is a gem of a vet who checks all the boxes. The office had a different vibe than most groomers or vets – very calm and welcoming, and they put Kimi (and me!) at ease with their hospitality. Dr. Monaco let me sit in the room as he examined her. He was attentive, straightforward, gentle, and thorough. He and his assistant never forced Kimi into additional exams. It's clear he treats his patients with so much kindness, care, and respect. It's what all precious animals deserve! Again, I'm grateful to have met Dr. Monaco and his staff. They truly set an example for exemplary animal wellness and care, and after today's positive experience, I'd seriously trust them with Kimi's life. Thank you Dr. Monaco! Took my bunny here for an examination and was seen quickly. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are affordable too! Will come back with my other pets

Dr.Monaco and his vet staff were so compassionate and helpful with my 8 year old leopard gecko! They were so gentle with her and made sure to give her all the necessary treatment. I'm so happy to have brought her to this facility. They made sure to give me all the information i needed for her condition and also asked me lots of questions about her. Dr.Monaco answered all my questions too. I will be sure to bring her back to Dr.Monaco for any other needs. I cant thank him and his team enough! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Great vet practice. We were there the first time with a reptile and had a great experience. Much better than with some other exotic vets.

I took my Red Eared Slider to Old Country Animal Clinic today just for a regular check up and Dr. Monaco and his staff were very helpful and gave Kayla (My Turtle) an amazing check up and shell cleaning! He was able to clean while his assistant kept her very calm (calmest I’ve seen her in a while) and it was a very quick and easy visit. I haven’t been to a friendlier vet’s office and I strongly recommend this place to anyone that has a Turtle. Kayla left his office today happy and healthy! Thank you! She looks forward to her next visit!
