Did great job on my German Shepherd Laceys ears

We recently adopted a puppy with a birth related internal issue-- the staff at Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital has been great! From receiving documents from previous vet offices; getting appointments scheduled in the covid-craziness that we live in these days; to the great care and bedside manner we received from the Vets themselves and the support staff. We have felt like our dog is truly important to the members of PVH! It really makes a difference when you feel your pet matters to the people you trust to care for their health. (It's also worth mentioning the PVH is taking Covid precautions in stride and has made car-side appointments feel easy and safe)

We have been clients for 10 years for our dogs. This is a very competent and friendly practice. Over the years some of the Vets have come and gone, however we have always been pleased with whomever we deal with.

Dr. Reynolds and his medical crew are awesome with my cat I would recommend them to anyone that needs vet visits and well care

I have been using Pittsfield Vet for quite some time. The staff here are beyong amazing. The workers here truly care about the well being of animals and are very compassionate about them and what they do. They don't treat you like a dollar sign. They know you, they know your animal. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. This is the best place in Berkshire County, hands down!

Our Bailey loves to stay at the Resort. They take excellent care of him, he has a place to run and play with other dogs-his favorite! We are so pleased with their Veterinary care and their boarding. We wouldn't go anyway else.

Today was a bad day. I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 15 years. Dr. Mady made an awful situation manageable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. She explained what was going on with my cat and what his options were. She gave me advice and answered my questions, in a way that was calm and caring. Thank you Dr. Mady and the Pittsfield Veterinary staff. If you want your pets cared for by people who love animals, this is the place to go

I have taken all 4 of my guinea pigs to this vet and had very good experiences every time! Friendly staff, super helpful, very knowledgeable, and of course passionate with pets! Highly recommend!

Office staff are calm, kind and efficient. Dr M Loony is easy to talk with and investigates issues thoroughly. I trust her judgment and recommendations and so appreciate her understanding of and willingness to formulate best comprehensive treatment for end of life issues. We have received outstanding care for our elderly dog!

We use the boarding services for our cat. She is a senior citizen with myriad health problems and multiple medications. We know she will properly cared for and any emergencies that could occur will be dealt with.

I can't express how much I love this place. They have been amazing with my menagerie from dogs to birds.

Excellent vet and groomers! Such a wonderful caring, knowledgeable staff for veterinary needs or to have grooming done. We LOVE them!!!

They were able to take my dog in on the same day. Actually within half an hour due to an emergency. The doctor and RN were very nice and informative.

Very expensive for no reason

I love this veterinary hospital, they take care of all my pets and are very professional and caring. Great friendly staff both on the hospital and office sides! Doc Reynolds and staff are the best! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Demon has an appointment for the 3rd, and will find out more about what ails him,but they seem pleasent for the most part

Dr. Reynolds & the Team are truly terrific! When most other practices were turning away new patients during quarantine, he made sure my dogs were cared for. The practice is open 7 days & at hours that make it possible to secure an appointment. We can’t thank him & his team enough for providing consistently kind & authentic care.
