I dropped off 2 bags of toys for the animals....it made me feel really good that they were accepted.

I was there to adopt 2 guinea pigs.

Baught a dog from this place about a year ago and ever sense she left there the dog has been nothing but super aggressive dosent like people or other animals and almost killed a 3 month old cat I'm very displeased with how you run your place lieing about your animals. One of the worst places I've ever been to would not recommend this place for anybody trying to adopt.

We have done several one on one classes and are doing the Manners 1 course. The staff is excellent and so very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be using their services again!

Went in my per usual chipper self to see if I could look at some of the birds they have available for adoption. I refuse to buy an animal from Petco because of how poorly they treat their animals. The lady told me to wait a few minutes to talk with someone about it, I said thank you and waited. Another woman then walked out and rudely said “do you have an application in because if not I’m not bringing you back to look at them” and I said “no but I’d be happy to fill one out.” I took the application, went and sat down to fill it out and I was completely stared at and was obviously being judged. I then returned to the counter to give the first lady I spoke with the application, she went in back too talk to someone and came back .5 seconds later to tell me all of the birds have been adopted out and to call them to see if they get more in. I don’t know what expectation I had walking in but I’ll tell you what my chipper self was now crying in my car because of the way I was treated. I’ve been searching for the perfect bird too give a perfect home to for over a year now and after that experience I’m kinda thinking I just want to abandon the idea all together… it’s sad really.

Like how they screen people...however when you have everything in place (home,toys,food and experience) and you put your name down because you are supposed to be called back regarding available dogs and you discover dogs that could be potential dogs for you...you get no call backs. This has happened twice in my experience with Berkshire humane and it is very disappointing. New York humane society has been 100 times better in keeping potential adopters in the loop.

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly! Went to get help with the SNIP program to get my Kitty spayed. It's a bit of a wait but it's worth it cost wise. They have wonderful animals that need to be adopted or fostered.

Really great staff, nice facility, a wonderful place to adopt a new companion. The support from the kennel office has been excellent.

I was looking for a 6 week to 1 yr old female kitten ...no matches for that age grouping.

Really nice place. Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities. We got a wonderful black cat from here, who we have name General Grog the Vole Slayer. He's perfect for our family and we are so happy to have him! ❤️

This place is wonderful, nice friendly people, and I found, a wonderful cat I'm waiting to get. If you're looking for a pet, I recamend this place highly, clean caring people, this Human society is very clean and the pets are well taken care of..

The care for animals is always number one as it should be. the ladies at the front desk were simply wonderful, you can see the friendship and Bonds made over the love of animals.as they journey through to their forever homes.
