Visiting from out of state,they contacted our vet in NC,and took care of our shepherd . Very thorough and professional.

My dog hurt it foot and when I callied the paumanok veterinarian hospital. when I callied I was send to the Emergency room. Which I was did and was told the dog needs Surgery. So I had the emergency place fax over the paperwork. To the paumanok hospital.. i spoke to the lady on the phone and told her what I wanted to check my dogs foot and my dog needed the yearly check up and shot.and because I had to work I send my daughters . So when my daughters got to the paumanok hospital, I dont know what test they did and also theory treatment to my dog.. nothing to do , for what my dog problem was.. charged my daughters almost $900.00 and send them home.. and said come back in 3 weeks.. my dogs foot is still Limping....when I called the office ... they told me that they got The authorization from my daughters. Which they dont know nothing about... really.. the paperwork was faxed over to the paumanok hospital. Which I'd they read it they would know what was wrong with my dog and would have listen to my daughter when she was just asking to make a appointment to do Surgery on my dog's foot... I guess this place takes advantage of people that have and are pet lovers to RIP them off...

They are very caring for my dogs. Always very helpful on the phone with questions as well as in the office. They do good work for us animal lovers. My neighbor referred them. I am grateful for it. Thank you guys at Paumanok great team!!????

The staff is Excellent and courteous, and the very patient with the pets

Couldn't be better. Transparent and fair with pricing but more importantly the staff are amazing. Treated my pet like like they were their own.

Such loving and caring group of docs and vet techs. My pets love them too. Probably the best vets I know in the area. They followed up on my dog's care after his procedures and I can always count on them to answer my questions. They return phone calls and the office staff are very knowledgable, efficient, and kind. I cant say enough praise about the care Dr. Maggie and Dr. D. have provided to my guinnea pig and dog.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. They are gentle and kind with my animals, and patient with me and explain everything clearly. They were extremely amazing during the horrible experience of having to put down one of my dogs. They went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, and I couldnt be more grateful. 11/10 every single time

This place discriminates and segregates against people based on their medical status.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this place. The doctor was very patient with me and spoke both realistically and practically to me when it came down to how to treat my parakeet. The office is clean and the staff were very polite while I was there. Overall excellent experience and I would consider bringing other pets there in the future.

They took very good care of my dog through out her life until death.

My baby bird regurgitated and we were very worried. We called our vet but they were not able to help us. We called around our neighborhood vetenarian offices including emergency room but they were fully booked. Paumanok was located far from us but they were able to schedule us an appointment on the same day. The vet technicians were very nice and so does the doctor. I don't recall the doctor's name but I think it was Dr. Hensen. (I will edit it later if I have wrote the name wrong) She was caring and answered all the concerns that me and my husband had. It seems like the regurgitation of my bird wasnt too serious so that was a huge relieve. My bird is doing fine now. What we liked about this vet is that they followed up to check on my bird and the Dr. Hensen gave us a call to answer questions we had. They also sent us a cute card, welcoming us to the Paumanok Vet Family :) Though Paumanok Vet is far from us, we are actually considering them as our vet because we felt that the doctor and the staffs genuinely care about our bird.

I have to say that my little girl Mandy is my world. The love I have for my fur baby is unexplainable. She had a very rough life before me n my guy rescued her almost three years ago. Since I rescued her I have been trying so hard to find the right Dr for her. Well, a couple months back I did just that n it was reconfirmed when I went to Dr. Kelly again about two weeks ago. Dr. Kelly took the time you go over everything with me. She was so thorough both times and most importantly I could see how much she cares about her patients. If you love your fur baby as much as I love mine then please go to Paumanok n go see Dr. Kelly. Her knowledge and compassion makes going to the vet so much easier. I know my precious Mandy is in good hands with her and I trust her 100,000 percent. Thank you Dr. Kelly for everything you do for my little girl. I couldn't be happier that you are her Dr.

i was able to get an appointment when i needed it, though i waited longer than anticipated to be seen. the vet was thorough, yet a bit curt. the office staff mentioned they'd follow up with me in a few days but i never received a call or email.

Good bedside manner they treat your animals like it's their own.

Dr Dave saved my cats life. He really did the detective work to try to figure out why she was so sick. Don't have a clear answer, but she's much improved and feeling better. The staff is helpful, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend Paumanok veterinary.

Good place, excellent doc but they should tell how much things cost before doing them

I took my pitbull there for a second opinion and the staff and dr were awesome highly recommend
