Love ???? puppy paw is where I got my Fuzz my Pomeranian excellent customer service amazing staff. Everytime I visit NY I always stop by with FUZZ and they still remember us.

Workers are very disrespectful and have disgusting attitudes.

I waited a few months to leave this review to see if this so called business would rectify the situation they put me in. Instead of buying a puppy I could enjoy, I purchased a puppy that was SICK. My "teddy bear" which is a term they use nowadays for a MUTT. Turns out the dog was a poodle mixed with a Chihuahua. That part doesn't bother me so much. However they could not tell me what the dog was mixed with because it was purchased at a puppy mill. I was attracted to puppy's "shyness". PAID $2000 for a SICK DOG that would lead to the next few months of vet visits 1 to 2 x per week and a week long hospital stay. The vet was no help to me because I kept asking for paperwork and because she gets so much business from this pet shop they would give vague paperwork not explaining in detail the puppy's issues. They did take excellent care of puppy at my expense. Puppy had diarrhea for weeks as well as vomiting weight loss msye needed full time care that took away from me working. I gave Puppy Paws a chance. I went back 2 days after buying her because she was lethargic. They asked me to pump her full of sugary vitamins for hypoglycemia that only worsened the diarrhea. They said they would call me and they never did. I emplore any one thinking about buying a puppy here to run in the other direction. I suffered alongside my puppy and will be forever TRAUMATIZED by the diagnosis of several different types of PARASITEs some of them contagious to humans. They will sweet talk you to get you to buy a puppy, it's their job they don't care if puppy is sick. And they can not tell me the breeder is legit because I looked them up and they don't exist.

Great puppies. Adorable! Especially if your willing to pay high prices. (IF I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW). Bad business. Got two puppies from them. Took them to the vet in Kew Gardens and had them checked. Come to find out they had bad ear infections. When called and explained to them and they said they do not cover ear infections when I was told they would cover everything that is wrong. Also they lied saying the puppies where brothers and sister and the paper work said two completely different things. Not to mention there breeders don't even exist. Not to mention it took almost a week and a half to obtain the paper work from them. We would call and they would say the manager is not in or they dont have them. Had to pop up on them and all of a sudden they just came in one worker said and the other worker said they came in yesterday. I wouldn't recommend to no one. They customer service sucks no one know anything bout anything or nothing besides one lady with red and black hair. She was nice and cool and help the most.

Extremely rude. Me and my 6 year old got asked to leave 40mins before closing stating they are closed. I would not purchase a dog from here. They was mistreating they dogs and bad customer service

That cut my dog so good I had to give them a tip even my kids said give them a tip so I gave them a 500 cash tip

Very concerning place, bought a maltipoo from this place a few months ago, i fell in love with him, a week later i took him to the vet and they told me he got an ear infection and parasites, i spend almost 300 just on the treatment plus he was already expensive. They didnt even let me know the puppy was sick and needed treatment, they dont care about the puppies!! Thank God he survived after all. (Puppy had parasite before i bought him)

this place was amazing! the staff was lovely and even lowered the price when i i purchased my furry baby! all puppies looked extremely healthy and happy! definitely spoiled pups! we brung home elle, my 3 month old yorkiechon puppy. very pleased with the service and will definitely be buying another dog sometime in the future. i recommend shopping from here as it is the safest and your best bet. thank you so much puppy paws! this was all possible because of you guys. much love and support!????

I didn't like my attention, take my dog to bathe and do her hair. they would leave her pretty and they charged me super expensive. I don't care to pay dear as long as there is good service, but it was the opposite I pay $72

Selection of puppies were amazing. The staff was friendly and provided detailed information when it comes to purchasing a puppy. I can't wait to go back later on this summer to bring a new friend home!

Shortage of puppies and very expensive for mix puppies

They have very cute dogs most look clean most look not so clean ! Staff was ok friendly.. But crazyyyy over priced! 3’800 to 4’500 (3’200 if you pay cash ) and even though dogs are very cute definitely exaggerating prices . What a shame that you are taking advantage of people wanting a furry companion! Really wanted to give a cutie a great home but this pet shop is the most expensive place in the area

Great workers and the puppies was cute

I am reading the reviews for this place, and many of the reviews are bad. It says that the owner doesn't really care about the animals here, and all he cares about is the money. He doesn't want to give refunds when your dog passes away, and lies to the customers. What I can't understand is, why haven't this place been shut down? Why haven't the animals been taken to a place where they are going to be loved and cared for the proper way until they are sold to a wonderful family? Why are people still giving this place business?? I dont understand. I love dogs, but I would have to have this place shut down, and have the animals taken out of here, because clearly this owner does not know how to care for these animals the right way. This is horrible on everyone's part. Dogs are special.

They didnt have a large selection of dogs/pups. Many young immature sales people. I didnt want to leave such a large amount money in their hands.
